I’m saddened to leave a poor review of this hotel, because my stay was mostly positive. Rooms were clean and modern, and although the building’s wood construction make it a bit noisy, it was all pretty pleasant. Unfortunately, while we were out, the staff member who cleaned our room stepped on my son’s ipad, likely as they made the bed. It was rendered destroyed and unusable. My wife calmly brought it to the attention of the person at the front desk who was very helpful and courteous. he asked for the information on the device and to see the damage, and assured that he would see that it gets fixed/replaced. He even sent a snack up for my son which was a very nice gesture. The staff member informed us that when the manager returned from vacation, this would all be resolved, and asked to exchange contact information. Upon returning home, my wife obtained a quote from apple to fix this device. It was then that she was greeted with an email from the hotel general manager stating that they were sorry, but have decided that they “do not feel they are responsible” for the damage, and that their housekeeper does not recall stepping on the device. They basically called us liars. I can’t express how disappointing it was to basically be told to F off.

We were in town for the Corvette Invasion. We were on the first floor of the hotel. Our room and bathroom were very clean. There are renovations ongoing but they did not disrupt our stay. There is ample hot water! The staff was pleasant and helpful. The grab n go breakfast was more than expected: water, juice, muffin and breakfast sandwich. Housekeeping only enters the room every 3 days. We did exchange towels at the front desk. The hotel is about 2.5 miles to downtown and the waterfront. We didn't have time to use the fitness center or pool. There are several stores, restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. We did enjoy our stay.

We were looking for an emergency place on our route to spend the night and came across this hotel... We were delighted! The staff is welcoming and the service very efficient even for late arrivals (3:00am) The bedroom/bathroom area was clean, the bedding comfortable and there was everything you needed available. Nothing to complain about, I recommend this place!

this was a 4-night gift from family. - stay was NOT enjoyable. Building is built of wood so anyone walking in the room above me sounded like an elephant. this happened all 4 nights didn't complain to management until checking out, since there wouldn't have been anything they could do about poor construction. - also related to construction, there were numerous places in my room that the wallpaper had been repaired......shoddy workmanship. - bed was made up daily, thank you BUT didn't receive fresh towels daily. - when gathering my belongings to depart, found a pair of ladies underwear behind a chair...................OBVIOUSLY room had never been cleaned properly or checked by management..........they weren't my underwear. - tried to contact Comfort Inn at head office to advise, but to no avail

The good part is that the place is new and the staff are friendly. The bad part is that we were there for six nights and the beds were never once even made never mind changed. The room was seldom vacuumed and the garbage was not always even emptied. Room service was terrible and the free hot breakfast was hardly edible. It would have been ok only if they charged half the rate! An expensive hotel with few amenities and poor service.

Great stop during a pass through road trip. Rooms well equipped, and are very large and comfortable. Bathroom toilet wobbled, not sure if it was attached or not, and there was no fan which makes for a stuffy time after 2 people have showered. But the hotel is modern and clean. Good breakfast selection with a specialty coffee machine. No pool Overall great and would definitely go back.

New hotel so very clean. Rooms are large and comfortable. The issue with this hotel is noise. We were unlucky enough to have a horrible group of soccer players staying at the hotel. 20 kids running the hallways and banging on doors. Totally ignorant parents who didn't give a damn. It's not the hotels fault and they did their best to try to get this group to stop at 11pm, 12pm and beyond. Just one of those unlucky things. But, the hotel needs to step up the rules around group bookings like this. Would not risk staying here again as a result.

I was expecting more from this place since this hotel is relatively new. It looks nice and clean, but if you are like me and want a peaceful sleep, that may not happen. For some reason they left out the soundproofing. We could hear hall noises and the people in the room above us. This is disappointing as we were planning on staying here frequently, anytime we visited my sister. We’ll have to find another hotel.

Got in town for one day work trip and my colleague recommended this hotel to me (due to budget constraint). I have to say I’m really impressed everything at the hotel. check in was great, room was new and clean and I think I had the best sleep at a hotel in a very long time (better than my nights at the Hilton honestly). The hotel was close to the mall, right across Costco so it’s convenient. If I have to critique one thing, I would probably say it’s the elevator - it’s just not too responsive. Nonetheless, I would definitely return to this place next time when I’m in town.
