Had a very enjoyable stay here back in October. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the morning breakfast crew. They went out of their way to assist and accommodate. Rooms were clean, quiet and well appointed. Ample parking and close to highways. A definite stay again when back in Kingston.

We stayed here one night during the week while visiting Kingston for the Pen tour. This Quality Inn is great value and both rooms we booked were clean and as expected. The breakfast kiosk (included) was actually really good! Juice, toast, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, yogourt and coffee/tea. Hey, you grab something here and it saves you $15 each stopping to eat later.

Great clean hotel. And reasonably priced.
Comfy pillows and bed.
Towels not too rough
Decent breakfast with hot and cold options.
Only negatives were the coffee in the room was a bit weak and you could not mirror screen from laptop to tv. But these are no big deal.

The front desk employee named Mike, who is on shift this morning made it extremely difficult for my partner, and I to extend our room based off of hotel policy. He said he was not able to extend the room because it was from Booking.com which is the first time ever heard of that on top of that he was ready to have us paying additional $300 on the credit card as opposed to just checking us back in or extending our stay as a usual, he insisted that the deposit be returned $200 additional cash, and the room rate be paid if credit card could not be used and we would still be getting the exact same dirty disgusting room to my disappointment. He didn’t seem to find what he was saying to be of an issue, and showed no remorse or any professionalism, and was not. He was not helpful. He was petty and rude, and his solution to the problem was to basically tell us, if our credit card doesn’t have enough money to check out and find a new hotel. If this is how quality inn and suites runs their hotel business, the specific franchise needs to rehire their front desk management, so that they can properly portray the type of service that they are trying to give their customers cause crappy service is going to I get crappy customers. In the long run

The comfiest bed and pillows, nice sheets too! When we arrived to our room we noticed our shower was pretty dirty, upon telling the hotel staff they switched us to a complimentary suite right away and house keeping was in our old room in the matter of a few minutes. The suite was nicely furnished however we noticed the shower pan was still stained/dirty and the water pressure was not great. Breakfast was ok (omelette and sausages) but I will say it again, the staff were fantastic, welcoming and understanding!

We’ve stayed at several Quality Inns & Suites throughout Ontario for almost 20 years & this one is easily one of best ones we’ve visited. The rooms were very modern, extremely clean, spacious & comfortable. One of the things we’ve always liked about Quality Suites is the consistent great service we get from the employees, who will do whatever they can to accommodate our special needs & this was no exception. Kate at the front desk was extremely helpful/accommodating & ensured that we were as comfortable as possible so we could get the rest we desperately needed after a long & stressful week. I cannot say enough about how helpful she was or how thankful we are. Since we were driving on the 401, the location was perfect as it’s right next to the highway (and a Tim Hortons). As usual the breakfast was really good, especially considering it comes with the room. I have absolutely no problem recommending this hotel, it is not only one of the best in the Quality chain of hotels, it’s one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in this price range.

Front team member Christopher provided the best service and saved me after I realized I booked the wrong dates. He went above and beyond. He provided me with a phone number to call and ask for a refund (which he gladly said he would accept). I can’t thank him enough

We stayed overnight in Room 104 with two queen beds. The room was well decorated and had a microwave and a mini fridge. The temperature was managed with a window AC unit controlled by a wall thermostat. There was an ample supply of quality towels provided.

The staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was decent, offering the typical continental options, though it lacked bagels. Despite the hotel's proximity to the highway, we found the rooms surprisingly quiet.

One minor drawback was that the windows couldn’t be opened for fresh air. Conveniently, a Petro Canada station and an A&W are located right next door.

Booked for 95$C via choicehotels.com

Check in was friendly and effective. The room was very nice, good king bed, fridge and microwave, clean bathroom with shower cabin. The tv was a cheaper make with bad muffled sound.

Breakfast was served by an employee, and included scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurts, muffins, fruits, juice. No bread or bagels for toast during COVID19. A tray was provided to bring the food to your room.

Plenty of parking. Gym is closed for the pandemic. If you are a cyclist, there is a bike rack in front of the hotel, and there are cycle paths close by.

Overall, good choice.

My family travelled to Kingston for the long weekend for a 3 night stay. We stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites which is close to the 401. The drive to downtown is only a 15 minute drive so to be on the outskirts was fine. The staff at this hotel, most especially Dani, are pleasant and so helpful. I spoke with Dani the day prior to our trip with some accommodation changes and she had everything in place on our arrival. It was very nice to meet her. The reception staff always acknowledged us when we were either leaving or returning to the hotel which was nice as I've stayed in hotels where you sometimes feel invisible to the reception desk folks. The rooms were large and very comfortable. I was travelling with my 2 daughters and my granddaughter and grandson. Dani had arranged for us to have adjoining rooms which made the stay so much more enjoyable. The breakfast was well prepared and there were quite a few selections. My granddaughter especially enjoyed the waffle machine. The hot items were well prepared and very tasty. The only negative to the experience was that due to Covid protocols, the housekeeping staff do not clean rooms when guests are still in them. I was not aware of that and when I went to the front desk to inquire and to request needed items, I was advised of this and was told to place the garbage outside and we could get items needed from the housekeeping lady who was cleaning vacated rooms. She provided me with the necessary items we needed. We could put in a special request to have housekeeping come into the rooms but the arrangement worked out okay. I did notice there were extra towels in the bathrooms and they were sufficient for our 3 night stay. All in all, a very nice hotel to stay in. Would definitely stay again.
