I had an awesome experience at this hotel especially the front desk staff and cleanliness . Housekeeping did an excellent job, and I got upgraded to a spacious suite. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Keep up the good work

We stayed here one night during the week while visiting Kingston for the Pen tour. This Quality Inn is great value and both rooms we booked were clean and as expected. The breakfast kiosk (included) was actually really good! Juice, toast, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, yogourt and coffee/tea. Hey, you grab something here and it saves you $15 each stopping to eat later.

The hotel was very clean and new. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean as well. The location of the hotel was great. 5 min from the 401. The breakfast was good. The only critique is that the breakfast time should be a bit longer. Closes too early at 9 am

The front desk employee named Mike, who is on shift this morning made it extremely difficult for my partner, and I to extend our room based off of hotel policy. He said he was not able to extend the room because it was from Booking.com which is the first time ever heard of that on top of that he was ready to have us paying additional $300 on the credit card as opposed to just checking us back in or extending our stay as a usual, he insisted that the deposit be returned $200 additional cash, and the room rate be paid if credit card could not be used and we would still be getting the exact same dirty disgusting room to my disappointment. He didn’t seem to find what he was saying to be of an issue, and showed no remorse or any professionalism, and was not. He was not helpful. He was petty and rude, and his solution to the problem was to basically tell us, if our credit card doesn’t have enough money to check out and find a new hotel. If this is how quality inn and suites runs their hotel business, the specific franchise needs to rehire their front desk management, so that they can properly portray the type of service that they are trying to give their customers cause crappy service is going to I get crappy customers. In the long run

The room was good size, one bed comfortable the 2nd one not so much. Bathroom was smelling, tub disgusting with mold and clogged. The sink was also clogged. Breakfast was too crowded but the person in charge was very attentive and caring.

The bedsheets were clean, albeit crazy wrinkly. The towels were clean. What was gross though, were stains all over the white shower curtain and what looked like a small blood stain on wall by toilet paper.

Stayed on the main floor and it was extremely noisy, lots of hall noise, but worst was the parking construction going on right outside our window. Dump Trucks (paving?) kept backing up with their backup beeper, honking their very loud horns, etc. So much for afternoon nap before our event. Wish we had been warned of the construction, (especially since i asked for a quiet room) The room was clean, with plenty of towels, toiletries and coffee. The beds were comically soft, to the point of being hard to get out of, so if you have a bad back, this is not the place for you. Staff were friendly, breakfast looked good but we just had coffee. Lots of on site parking.

No nonsense hotel to stay at on the way to Ottawa. Room is renovated, shower is nice, breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. It's all you want for this type of hotel. I would stay here again if I needed a hotel for the same type of thing.

We arrived after a long drive and were delighted by the friendliness and helpfulness of front desk staff. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The location was quiet, but convenient for the highway. Breakfast had a good selection of food. The hotel is pet friendly- front desk even had a treat for our dog. Would wholeheartedly recommend and will stay there again if we are in Kingston.
