Our stay at the Duck Pond B&B was for one night only. The cottage is as roomy and comfortable as described. We had wondered how good a breakfast could be that was placed in the refrigerator the night before, but it was delicious and generous in portions. The omelet was special as was the home-made bread. We also liked being...

Arrived in a torrential downpour and were welcomed by Margolein.Very kindly cooked our pizzas for us in their oven.Delivered by Aad,Marjolein husband, wearing a chefs hat,we all had a good laugh. The breakfasts were gourmet, and include lots of treats.Custards, homemade bread, preserves, fruit, juices.Allof the breads are baked by Aad. A wonderful cottage for a relaxing stay. Very close to Point Pelee (is just north of Leamington) for hikes, canoeing, cycling. Marjolein and Aad were great hosts, providing a clean cottage with very comfortable bed and cozy bedding. Delicious breakfasts (generous portions) of omelets (eggs from their chickens!) and crepes 2nd morning. More food than we could eat, fruit, snacks,...

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this Bed and Breakfast. Aad, our host, was extremely welcoming and the separate cottage was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It also had a very well stocked kitchen, which was great as we were able to prepare our own dinner after a hot day touring Point Pelee and just relax on...

Our stay at the Duck Pond B and B was excellent. The cottage itself was peaceful, comfortable, and spotless. The breakfasts and snacks were wonderful - they were delicious, unique, and plentiful. Our host was very accommodating with my husband's special diet, even on short notice. She was very welcoming and took pride in creating a wonderful place to stay....

Doug & Rita, Toronto We were seeking an opportunity to escape The Big City, to enjoy a few days of serenity and tranquility, but decent accommodations are difficult to find at the last minute, in August. Out of desperation, my wife searched the internet B & B listings, despite our preference for a cottage. We discovered the Duck Pond Bed...

We have been staying at the Duck Pond Bed and Breakfast for many years, every time we are in the Leamington/Kingsville area we always choose this bed and breakfast over any other bed and breakfast as well as any hotel in the area. The owners are extremely friendly and the homemade breakfasts are amazing with homemade bread, homemade jams and...

Our gracious hosts Marjolein and Ad didn't end in finding ways to pamper us: through lovingly arranged excellent cuisine breakfasts, thorugh making the bed and pulling curtains, accomodating with air-condition, taking the time to answer questions, stay back when not needed...just overall great hosts. We enjoyed the clean and nicely furnished, rather luxurious and spacious cottage. Although situated in the...
