This place is super clean. There are no carpets, everything is either tile or marble. Their wi-fi needs improvement since it kept cutting out ruining anything in progress. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jessiica S. at the reception. Rates were more tnah reasonnable.

Love the lobby and the fireplace…..Caseys being attached was very convenient (good food)…..awesome that breakfast is included with your room. The Pub left something to be desired. Awful service……waitresses that seemed very inefficient and unprofessional. We waited 10 minutes sitting at the bar to get asked if we would like something. Would skip the Pub! Our bed was very hard... More

Stayed two nights as we visited Leamington, Kingsville and Peele Island. We read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Inn is of the old style motels with a courtyard that you drive into and park in front of your room 102. The room had been completely redone and had a frig, microwave, tea and coffee maker. Tea... Stayed two nights. Room was large, dark brown with slatted blinds that were great for keeping light out and the dark brown great for inducing sleep. Loved the floors were wood laminate -- don't like the carpets in other motels. Drive up to door -- haven't had that since the 1970's as usually went for the big chains. Never again... More

We stayed here for one night and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The rooms seem to be newly renovated! The bathrooms is great, the best incredibly comfortable and the rooms spacious and all for a very reasonable price. They also include free wifi for your stay. I would most definitely recommend and stay at this hotel... More

We stayed at Talbot Trail one night while visiting Point Pelee National Park. We're always hesitant to try a hotel or motel that we've not heard of, but this was a find in Leamington! The room looked recently renovated, #108. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There was a nice selection of sundries, enough fluffy, new white towels and... More

We got lucky and picked a great spot. When I called in I was told there may be a cancellation. They called me back in a hour or so, and we had a room. It's great. Nice and clean and quiet. Near town, nice staff. Very happy with Talbot Trail. We did happen in during a wedding weekend, and there... More

The Talbot Trail Inn was a pleasant surprise in Leamington. The service was friendly and helpful. We arrived quite late and the attendant had been about to call to make sure we weren't lost. I am always a bit leery about staying at a motel, but this was great. The rooms are distinctly decorated in a style that can only... More

We stayed at TT overnight to catch the ferry to Pelee the next morning. After a long hot day bicycling through the Essex wine country, this fit the bill. There was a nice comfy chair in the room that my husband immediately fell asleep in while watching the British Open. ;) Clean and comfy. Excellent shower. Bedding and towels good... More
