The minute we walked into the office we burst out laughing. The place stunk like garbage, nobody was at the front desk we waited for a few minutes until someone came from the side room who had been laying in a bed with another person snoring and no sheets on them bare legs hanging off the bed. We paid for the room and after we paid the man asked us if we were planning on leaving the hotel at any point during our stay because he didn't have a room key for us as the people who stayed before us took it. We were pretty much forced not to leave the room. We got to the room and the place was absolutely repulsive. The chairs were ripped, the sheets had red stains on them, the bathroom door didn't even open without hitting the sink, the room smelt like someone just vomited everywhere. My boyfriend and I were too afraid to even sit down on the furniture it was so gross. There was cigarette burns in the furniture and the desk falling of the walls. The first thing we did after taking pictures to laugh at later was grab a phone book and call to book somewhere else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone, unless you wanna get aids from breathing in the air.

I paid $60 for a room because it looked cute on the outside. Went inside and it was a dump. There were cigarette ashes all over the floor, so it hadn't even been vacuumed. The re were bugs everywhere I looked. I got the creeps and went back to ask for my money back after 5 minutes in the room. The guy behind the desk said that his father ran the place and only he could give refunds, but that he was out for several hours. I went and found another perfectly nice place for the same money, and called later to find out if the manager was back. They knew it was me calling and screamed at me "No he's not here!" and hung up. I kept calling for days and when I asked for my refund, they swore at me and said "No Way!" (it was usually an older woman who spoke broken English in a thick Indian accent, and she would actually scream it at me). By then I had left town so I couldn't go down there to deal with it in person. They were rude and nasty on the phone and never had any intention of giving my money back once they had my credit card number, so they got my money and I didn't even stay there. Crooks!

I rented a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. There was 2 bars of soap and a hand towel to shower with. There wasnt even any toilet paper. I never even slept here I stayed for maybe a half hour and drove home without even asking for a refund! The nice reviews on here are absolute B.S! Its a dump I wouldnt even send my ex mother in law here! Find another place to stay you will thank me! Discusting!! I wouldnt even dispose of a dead hooker here out of respect for the hooker. Not kidding.

We stayed here because it was the first place we saw and were exhausted, After having paid we entered the room and were hit by the thick smell of smoke. My first though was to turn around, leave and get my money back, then I saw the no refunds sign. When I went to take a shower in the morning I didn't bother because the smell of the water coming from the pipes smelled of rotten eggs, not a problem I've had anywhere else in London.

Nice and comfy but dirty the rooms were alright but the bed was comfy and you know we did it. But the motel operator wasn't all that knowledgeable. But it was dirty. not kept well clean

Crack heads on month to months bases room was hot box beside me in stunk, weed smoke every night,drunks sitting out side, washroom stinks, shower head very low, plunge your own shower, in washroom l killed 10 bees are more, earwigs in fridge, flys every where, no cable, wet floor from barely working air conditioner, cigerrat buts on a non smoking floor, stained yellow every thing, owner enters when every he wants but does not clean just moves your stuff, manager screams you don't like get your stuff in get out, no room cleaning at all, in much more i payed for a mouth in lasted 20 days no refund, unsafe in should be shut down. Please help shut him down. First thing I saw was tenet with a dog in his bar b cue had to stop in ask they said yes I could have a barbcue in dog. Not a week later cut my lock to my barbecue well i was at work in said fire department did it so I call it in to fire deparment guess what they said they where never their in would have give some kind of notice. Then went back to own he said he had his guy move it his guy said he the owner did it then he says I'll call cops I said good he put down the phone in left.

Stayed from 12 Feb - 15 Feb 2010. Family day weekend. This was my 3rd trip to London and have stayed in this motel. It is clean and very comfy. Friendly staff and very helpful. Excellent location and rates.

I recently left the Casablanca motel last Saturday the room I was in I was paying $1600 for the room we had roaches and bedbugs and they didn't do anything there is so much drama there I was not happy with my stay I do not recommend this motel I had black mold in the bathroom under my sink and I told the owner and they did nothing
