Tucked away beside the Covent garden market, this place is a hidden gem. They have awesome staff and enough in the way of amenities even during the age of Covid. They make sure that you are given the options to make your stay very memorable, at a reasonable price. Them being attached to gnosh is also awesome, whether you book or just walk in.

I am already looking forward to my next stay!

This Boutique Hotel is the best little secret in London. Located right Downtown across from Covent Garden Market and the Budweiser Hockey stadium, the area has all the amenties of a big city including a great restaurant accessed off the lobby. The rooms are comfortable with very tall ceilings in a cool feeling loft environment. The Staff are great, accommodating and bend over backwards for any reasonable request. it is the only place I will ever stay in London

I stayed here for a night on business and I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean, the bathrobes provided were cozy, and free coffee and tea was available in the Keurig in the rooms. The staff at check in and out were courteous and kind — definitely get the map they offer you for directions to parking since it’s all one way streets to get there! The parking is nearby the hotel and you get a slight discount when paying through the hotel. Lots of stores are in walking distance. I highly recommend the hotel and will stay here every time I have to be in London overnight! (Oh and it’s cheaper than the chain hotels too so that’s a bonus )

Stayed on a Saturday the week before Canada Day. There was a beerfest going on with tents in front of the market across the street. I was on the 3rd floor and quite a way away from it but still could hear the thumping from the afternoon into the night. Could also hear the water running from the next room. You also need to consider it is open concept so no doors on the toilet, shower, tub and sink. It isn’t a problem as long as you are by yourself. Parking is under the market so 24 hr parking is just $19 rather than the full rate as long as you get a card from the hotel front desk.

Very nice 'hip' hotel. Huge room ('marvellous queen') 3rd floor. 'Open concept' so bathroom is open to main room (toilet in own small room). Rainfall shower-head behind half glass wall. Nice desk setup. Lots of plugins for laptops, phones, etc. Small bar fridge with separate freezer compartment. Huge windows with dark blinds. Very clean, neat, and decorated in a nice modern style with pot-lights, laminate, etc. Restaurant looked beautiful but did not have time to go. Right across from indoor market and lots of restaurants. Very affordable price.

I'm in London a few days a week for work, and Hotel Metro is *hands down* the best full-service experience London has to offer. The design/decorating and architecture is high quality, the staff is super friendly, the location is as central as it gets, and the views are great to wake up to.

This hotel is unique, and plays on being different from the chain offerings in London. The Restaurant (Gnosh) has a great set menu that you can get sent to your room, but the atmosphere is really nice whether you're at the bar, at a table, or on the patio. Love the proximity to Covent Garden Market, which is great for local snacks, and there's some really great options within walking distance.

The Assistant GM Ryan, and the front desk staff Sean and Ellie go so far above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and have made so many great recommendations over my stays.

I've told all of my friends that if ever they need an overnight stay in London, Hotel Metro is the best one they're going to find.

I recently traveled from Barrie to Windsor (stopping in 5 other cities) and Hotel Metro was the highlight of my trip: the room was spacious + impeccably designed with high end amenities (the tub, the shower!) and the most comfortable bed I'd had all week. Be sure to check out Gnosh Dining (order in or visit downstairs) for the full experience. I will 100% be back (and plan to use the tub next time) during future visits to the area.

I stay at Hotel Metro every few months and have always had a great experience. The rooms are huge, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the showers and soaker tubs are great and they always give the best service right from the start of booking until checkout.
The location is right downtown London and walking distance to many restaurants, the indoor market and the arena for sports and concerts is right across the street.

The best customer service I have ever had at a hotel before! They accommodated our early check in request, came up to our room to help us plug the laptop in to watch a movie at 11:30pm. The restaurant Gnosh has amazing service and an even more amazing ambiance. The hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend!

We booked this hotel through Expedia and the service from the hotel front desk since day one has been awesome! It’s hard to make changes on an Expedia reservation and Ella at front desk helped each time I called the hotel directly. Was able to order dorm supplies on amazon directly to the hotel and staff were so accommodating and helpful. Bonus: shower has rain shower head so very relaxing and hot water never ran out and didn’t have to wait a long time for it.

I'm not actually sure. Contacting Hotel Metro directly (or phoning them) should provide you with a definite answer. I only stayed there as a guest for a week in Aug. Sorry I can't be of greater help.

We have a partnership with GoodLife fitness which has a fully equipped facility just down the street from the Hotel. They have a limited 24hr schedule and are located on King St. & Wellington St. Our front desk staff would be more than happy to provide any further details for your complimentary use of the gym.
