Like always we all had a wonderful stay. The kids had enjoyed waterside and the pool. Everything was wonderful. Rooms and motel is nicely kept updated. 😊 we’ve stayed many time the last 20 years and have enjoyed every stay.

We stayed here the night before my husband was scheduled for surgery. Overall, it was a great place. The staff is warm, welcoming and amazing. We had dinner and breakfast (just me) in the on-site restaurant and it was very good. The servers and staff were great.

Perfect place to take family for a in city but feels like a resort type getaway. Pool area is definitely a major hit. There is also a restaurant attached to hotel for quick easy eating. Hotel location is great. White Oaks mall and strip malls very close to hotel. I have been there at least 10-15 times now and have always had a good time.

A resort in the heart of London. The pool facilities with its slide and waterfall is an iconic feature of this property. Our room had a balcony overlooking the area and it reminded us of being on a cruise ship. The property is clean, bright, and well kept and especially suitable for families. The onsite restaurant (Shelly's) is excellent. Like the hotel itself, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Every room is a short walk/elevator ride to a parking spot.

Cliff notes: Was bumped to a lesser room, even after I called and confirmed reservation the previous day. Was offered a higher rate for the room we were given, then I found online. Ended up getting the room at a higher rate than verbally agreed on. I asked for dinner vouchers for our trouble, he gave breakfast. (We gave them to another family as we were leaving) Phone line “stopped working” after this Called room service with no answer Called front desk with no answer (several times) Finally went to front desk, to talk to someone and was told I could order delivery. It was 920 by this point, we just went to bed. We have 2 kids under 2. I asked for a followed up about dissatisfaction on guest service, and I did not get it. Being a young family we would not have booked/stayed here with the room we received. On a lighter note, the pool was nice and fun. I believe the situation could have been made better with better customer service and I would not have written a bad review. I wish I would have received follow up for dissatisfaction, like I asked for. But did not …

Hi Krista, S, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I would like to begin by apologizing the room style you had reserved with a walk out patio was not available due to a reservation issue so staff provided the same room style but located on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the atrium. Our team understands the importance of room locations and we try our best to ensure all our guests receive what they want but there are times unfortunately issues arise that can prevent a specific location and I apologize. I was however pleased after Management spoke to you about your concerns, they provided a discount to try to make up for the error as well provided breakfast for your room the following morning. My apologies as well for any difficulties experienced in reaching both the room service line as well the Front Desk. Both departments can get very busy making it difficult to get through. I will be sure to advise both Managers of these departments so they are aware and can look for ways to correct this. All our guests should be able to contact staff while with us. I was pleased though despite the room location and having difficulty contacting staff you and your family were able to enjoy your time spent in the pool and hopefully had time to experience all the other great amenities offered here. It truly is a great hotel to stay at while in the area. Thank you again for your review. We value your feedback as this helps up to learn and improve going forward. Hotel itself was very nice, front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was very nice, pool area was great. Waterslide was fun. Service at restaurant was extremely slow for dinner and they were not able to accommodate us for breakfast at the restaurant or room served as they were understaffed.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was a mini fridge, microwave, full bathroom with a good shower and comfy queen beds. The balcony was great. Mine had an obstructed view (behind lighthouse).

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. We had no trouble getting checked in and out. Our room was very clean. We got the breakfast vouchers and the food did not disappoint. Service was friendly and fast. The pool was my favourite part, clean and quiet. The only issue I had was a loud air conditioning machine in our room but other than that, the quality of my partner and I's stay was very good. We had a lovely trip.
