This was a special weekend planned by one of my daughters to celebrate my Hallowe'en birthday. Four of us had 2 adjoining rooms and everything you could need was provided. The beds were so comfortable and each room has a great bathroom (especially shower). When we returned to the room after dining, the Management had left us a bottle of white wine in ice, along with 4 glasses. How thoughtful !
We shopped across the street at White Oaks Mall and enjoyed a great dinner and fun evening together. We had a super breakfast (recommend the salmon benedict) in their restaurant before packing and each heading home in a different direction. It certainly was a wonderful way for the 4 of us to celebrate. I stayed here many times when I was working and also since I retired. We live over 2 hours away and meet our family in London often since they also live in different areas of Ontario.

This time at the Sheraton 4 points hotel.
Service and rooms have gone downhill since last time we went.

Where do I start.
We have been to this hotel several times before covid and it was great with good services and staff were happy to help in any way.

When checking in the person checking in forgot to ask if we wanted the breakfast for 2 or the points for our Platinum stay. No biggie we asked for the breakfast the next morning.

The sink and bathtub were not cleaned properly and I asked for a change of rooms but they could not because they were full. So I asked if someone could come clean and they did send someone but perhaps they are using the wrong types of cleaners. I have had a cleaning business for 28 years and know the difference between clean or not.

Then my granddaughter wanted to get something from the vending machine. She saw the item she wanted said $1.00 underneath so she put her loonie in and the corresponding number and letter for what she wanted. Nothing happened. She tried 5 times and no go. So we asked the person at the reception if maybe it was broken. He came with us and my granddaughter tried again. Still no go.
He tried and then said that the items were 2 and 3 dollars depending on which one and I then showed him that it said $1.00 under hers. At this point he said they have no control over the prices and the machine was not broken. Well broken or not it was very disappointing to my granddaughter so we made sure she had enough for it even though it was false advertising.

We went to shut the door to the seperate room and it was off the track so my husband had to fix it to use it.

To top it all off there were little red ants all over the floor in the room.
What a disappointment from how great we thought it used to be.

Great Hotel just off the 401 in London, Ontario great location if you are traveling in the are this is our second time at this property, great decore large rooms extremely clean I am little desapointed no hot tub in the pool area but the pool was great all the employees are very friendly and helpful, it's been my experience in all the Marriott properties I have stayed.
I always say, the Marriott is my home away from home.

We have travelled to this location for 3yrs for a girls hockey tournament. All families who booked for this tournament had their CC info sent to one of our organizers, incl expiry dates. The hotel has yet to be contacting any of us to let us know.

Walking into our room, I discovered an unflushed toilet, & used bar of soap in its dish. I wiped the full room down with my own disinfectant wipes & asked for fresh towels. The next morning, the housekeeper was cleaning the room across the hall from me with gloves - I requested she empty our garbages and for fresh towels... she left the bathroom of the other room & came into our room (with the same gloves), emptied our garbages & pulled off from her cart towels and handed them to me. I explained to her the cross contamination, & that I would not accept those towels. She was clearly annoyed with me, placed the towels back onto her cart as I pulled our own off with my clean hands.

Additionally, the security guard (dressed in a blue golf shirt & baseball cap, no name tag) was constantly following the girls (ages 14 -15) through the hotel, watching them swim in the pool, getting out of the pool, exercising in the fitness room, going into elevator & stairwell after them. When parents complained nothing was done. I was made to feel like a peasant, & that by agreeing to stay here (& pay a hefty amount), we were vulnerable to their inability to handle different situations and ultimately experienced the worst hotel stay of my life.

We too were part of the group of 5 girls hockey teams from our town that spent the weekend at this hotel. From check in we were treated like we were a burden on the hotel. As parents we were told we couldn't stand in the hall and quietly talk outside of our own block of rooms. We were told to go inside our rooms or to the lobby. Once in the lobby we were told we couldn't stand and watch the television there, we had to sit on the couches. We were denied when we originally asked to book a conference room to congregate in yet we all saw them available and not being used over the weekend.

The girls were followed around all weekend by one male security guard dressed in a blue polo shirt and a baseball hat. He had no name tag or anything similar which would identify him as being employed by the hotel. This security guard followed the girls through the halls, stairwells, fitness centre. When the pool closed at 10:00pm he stood by the towel station just staring at them as they dried off and left.

The girls were made to feel extremely uncomfortable and the parents were treated like children. The manager has responded to other reviews by our group and his response to this review most likely will be that they need to do better and they failed to provide us the service that we paid for by booking our stay here.

It was shameful the way we were treated. If you are looking to book a team to stay here I would advise to look somewhere else where you most certainly would be treated better.

Very clean. Presents well when you enter the lobby. We were directed to park all the way around the back near our room but there are no elevators there so we had to haul our luggage up via the stairs which smelled mouldy. The shower head was yellow and rusty looking the bath faucet didn’t fit the space for it and there was a hole visible and it moved about when we used it. There are only plastic cups in the room (have they heard the theory about reducing plastic for the earth - why no glasses) and after I had one glass of white wine at the lounge I was charged $28.59 for one glass of white and one glass of red. Offensive enough that I was charged for a glass I didn’t drink - the red. (I get it I should’ve noticed but was enjoying a laugh with friends so I was distracted) but it was $28.59 for 2 glasses of wine. Highway robbery!!

Ideal busines hotel in London Ontario. Fair pricing, Central location, free parking (lots of it and for all sized vehicles) , and good food/drink choices on site or a short walk away. Excellent service at the front desk and restaurants. The transition to Marriott has impacted upgrade options vs Starwood for the front desk so thats been a frustration for some. As a Titanium never a problem and even SPG Plat recognition of status had been exceptional in my years staying there.

Good location, excellent service in the restaurant and great food. I stayed for two nights, experienced no issues. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom walls could use a through cleaning and underneath the closet in the hallway.

Stayed at this hotel last weekend. we booked a blocked of rooms for a baseball team at a rate of $180.00 a night. 2 players had to cancel due to Covid but when we tried to book one more room at the same rate 6 days before we arrived they said no. We are very busy and the new rate will be $382.85 a night. We did book one room for the friday night at rate of $400.00 so the kids can play hoping we could speak to them in person when we arrived. Peter the Front Desk Manager was a waste of time. The hotel had many rooms left but told us that they were fully booked even though i could book a room on my phone at the front desk. this is the last time our team will be using the Four Points for our baseball games. I suggest all coaches baseball/hockey/basketball etc go to another hotel in London. Furthermore, the room they gave us was in the back of building C looked like a old run down motel that they put a Four Points sticker on.

Dear Resort310360, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I'm sorry your stay wasn't what you were expecting. Our team blocks do close usually 3 to 4 weeks before the arrival date, so we are given the opportunity to sell our hotel out. Our rate was very high on Friday night as were most of the other hotels, as it was a very busy weekend in London. I'm sorry we were unable to reserve a room for you at the team rate the week of arrival, as unfortunately that rate was not available after the cut off date. We did have rooms available on the Saturday night as you saw online, but the rate was selling for the rate that we were offering. We hope that you change your mind and come back and visit us the next time your travels bring you to London.

While visiting London, ON, my wife and I had breakfast at the 4 Points Sheraton London. We were promptly seated and advised that we could order from the menu or try the buffet. We opted for the buffet. There was a good variety of hot and cold items to eat, fruit, breads, and cereals. We loaded our plates with fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, and potatoes. The food was good, the service after we were seated was a little slow in getting our check. The manager was hustling around maintaining social distances for his customers to be seated in a timely fashion.
