Housekeeping did nothing but remove soiled towels and face cloths Never replaced them When we got to the room in the evening and found no towels we would ask front desk and they told us to come down for them Terrible house keeping staff and their management
After arriving in London after a cancelled flight and Uber ride from Pearson, we checked in and were to receive a 20% coupon for Jack Astors. I forgot to ask and they never offered, but we went to Jacks anyway. We were out of the rooms all day Friday and Saturday and the only housekeeping done was to remove towels and trash. We had to go to the desk to get clean towels when we returned. They would not deliver them to the room. We did see a sign in the elevator that said housekeeping once every 7 days. I feel it should have been much better. We stayed here preCovid and the breakfast was delicious--now prepackaged baked goods, fruit, yogurt, cold coffee and eggs one day only. We left the hotel at 6:30 am Sunday to go to the airport and I asked if they had Breakfast Go Bags, NO, could I get a muffin, NO. The location is great, the room was clean enough. Real glasses and cups would have been nice. Service was definitely lacking. 5 people--2 rooms--3 nights--$1600. For this price, I expect better. And to put the cherry on top, there was a $10 per night per room RESORT FEE charged to the credit card----for what, I have no idea and the desk clerk could not explain. Covid excuses are being used for lack of service now and it is time to stop. Step up please and be awesome like you were before.…
The hotel was nice enough and in a good location for walking to bars and restaurants. I found the room a bit dirty. The carpet and the bathroom floor was not clean. Bits and pieces of things on the floor. I wiped the bathroom floor as I spilled water on the floor and the napkin came up pretty dirty.. so I was not overly impressed as it was a $280 room a night. The bed was very comfortable and the furniture was nice enough. I found the hotel to be a mininalist type place. No real extra things on the wall or nothing on the tables, no ice machines, two towels in total for us, no real extra comfort type feeling here... no throw pillows on the couch, just generically kinda sterile. I did like the little coffee machine and the fridge was great. We also had a microwave. I guess I just expected it to be cleaner and a little more warmer type atmosphere. We had the late check out for 2pm... but the housekeeping ladies were knocking on the door at 9:30 am, we had a late night so we were not expecting housekeeping to knock so early. Here is another thing that they do not have at this hotel, a simple little "do not disturb" sign to put on the door... they don't have any kind of paper on the desk, no tv guide..it just seemed a little too sterile for my liking over all. Breakfest was okay. Nothing special and you can only get it from 7-9 am. The pictures they show have all kinds of cozy type room extras like plants and pillows but our room had nothing like that at all. Just my thoughts.…
This was an emergency medical trip. The kind and professional help from the staff right from booking to front desk made a stressful situation much easier. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well appointed right down to the umbrella in the room for use or purchase. The grab and go breakfast area was well stocked with a variety of light breakfast items and the lovely lady that looked after the area kept it replenished and clean.
My husband and I recently stayed at the Park Hotel. It was an emergency stay as my husband required surgery at a near by hospital. Everything from booking, check in, the room, even the breakfast was amazing. The room was clean, modern, well appointed, quiet, and most importantly, comfortable. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Most definitely would not have any issue recommending this hotel, and definitely will stay there again.
I've stayed at the Park Hotel countless times over the years. It is a very friendly, clean and well appointed hotel with large comfortable rooms. I appreciate their attention to detail especially during the pandemic.
It was a pleasant stay.. they have improved in cleanliness.. definitely would recommend to stay here.. best find inside the city. Would always try coming back here. Best sutied for business visits and other works inside the city
For the rate per night of this place, I didn’t have a coffee maker in my room or a working fridge. The front desk told me they couldn’t get me a coffee maker as they were booked and told me to wait a bit for the fridge to cool off which it never did. Also, their parking costs 32$ per night. I would never stay here again.
This hotel has been amazing. From the moment I checked in, I have felt very welcomed. Room was very clean, the hotel was all around very clean. Breakfast was quick to grab, And always full with options.
We love this hotel. The rooms are spacious and include a sitting area that is separate from the bed which is lovely. The beds are super comfy. The shower pressure is awesome! (Nothing worse than a shower with low water pressure) the service is always great and the staff are friendly too. We especially love the location with everything located within walking distance. The only thing I wish this hotel had is a hot breakfast and free parking. They do offer a grab and go breakfast but for someone who has many restrictions the options are very limited. Tip for parking. The hotel offers underground parking which is around 30$ a night I believe. If you park behind the hotel it’s only 16$ a night. Overall. This hotel is awesome. Worth every penny. Definitely a go to for us when we visit London. …
