The check-in experience at Delta London Armouries was flawless. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth start to my stay.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our family and hockey team. Pool area was a great space for kids to swim and parents to hang out. Our rooms were very clean, beds were comfy and we had a view of the pool. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room, which was very helpful for our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have some common rooms for a reasonable price if you are looking for a spot to host your family/team/meeting.

Just stayed at the London Delta Armouries for a concert at the Budweiser Gardens last week. I'm not one for social interaction but the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice. I needed some extra towels and robe's brought up to the room and the staff had it up to us in a matter of minutes. I was very pleasantly surprised with how good the experience was, and would recommend to anyone who wants a great hotel room a block away from pretty much everything downtown (including the Budweiser Gardens).
A bonus was the breakfast in the morning, we didn't know where to go and they had a wonderful breakfast menu and good service for a slower morning after the concert.
Really look forward to coming back!

The customer service at the Delta Armouries is exceptional. They made our stay extremely special. Everyone is patient and kind. The customer service of every single person we interacted with left a positive impression.
Our only complaint is that the rooms are starting to feel slightly old and dirty - the carpeting is old and the bathtubs need replacing. However, the towels and sheets smell and feel extremely clean, which is not always the case in a hotel. The Buffet breakfast is awesome and the pool space is extremely inviting. Lastly, the main floor bathrooms and beautiful and kept impeccably clean.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Our entire hockey team (20 rooms!) was charged for 3 nights even though we booked 2 nights!! We all booked 2 nights on the website months in advance and there was no issue flagged at all. 17 families and 3 coaches all booked this way. Upon arrival, we were all told that we booked 3 nights, which we had NOT, and then were forced to pay the full amount!! They made over $5000 on our team this way! They said that the there was a 2 night minimum stay and that only Friday and Saturday night counted toward that minimum. So even though we all booked Thurs and Fri night without any issue or warning on the website, they pulled this *small print* out at time of check-in. Absolutely unprofessional and greedy behaviour. Had we known this we would not have booked at this hotel and now we never will again.

I have stayed at this location many times. Typically, I gush over the service excellence. Unfortunately, those days are over.
Check-in was sort of okay. The team members left me with the impression that their job and key customer interaction was a joke.
I called for extra towels, and it took over twelve minutes on hold for someone to pick up the phone. This was after I called on the hotel's room phone and then called from my cellphone.
My room was not very clean. The comforter had stains on it. The pillow cases were worn out. They chose to go to a valet parking system costing double the previous parking price. The professionalism and courtesy of the parking attendants were atrocious.
The saving grace was the restaurant's service level.
Not sure why their is such a drastic decline in service. I hope they figure it out.

We requested a wheelchair accessible room at this hotel. The Accessibility was under par. The bed was too high, the room was carpeted, two people are needed to be able to enter the room, there was only one grab bar at the toilet. Just because there’s a roll in the shower does not make the room accessible. Having said all this, the room was clean. The staff was very pleasant. The food at the restaurant was average. The area was a little bit sketchy with a lot of homeless people in the vicinity, one of who approached us second after exiting our car at the hotel

Parking: Parking is available either on an outdoor lot just west of the hotel or underground. The outdoor lot is rented from the TD bank. You get a ticket to go though the gate and pay at the hotel front desk. The underground parking is located down a ramp on the east side of the hotel and confusingly marked valet. You need a code first from check in before going down the ramp. There is space for only 40 vehicles and they say vehicles should be maximum 6 feet tall as it is a historic building. Service: Everyone was very helpful from front desk to wait staff to front door. I would like to mention in particular Jacob at the restaurant and Cindy at the front door. Elevator: Only two but they are quite fast. Rooms: Generally clean and modern, but the carpets looked somewhat well used. The television was very spotty on one floor but not on another. Television channels will vary by room but all seem to come with Netflix and YouTube. You may get a walk in shower or standup shower tub depending on your room, but all seem to have the basics including lots of places to recharge and a small fridge. One room had no bathroom fan while another was on all the time an loud. Dining: On the ground floor the restaurant and bar area were open for dining but with more spacing. There is a breakfast buffet but ordering off the menu seems to produce better quality. History: This is a historic military building and more information and displays can be seen by walking along the second floor. Other; There was a pool closed for construction and a putting green on the opposite side of the restaurant. Unless you like more noise, you might not want an inside the hotel facing room. Signature floors are 18-20 but the lounge on floor 20 is closed for COVID. All suites are in the historic section of the second floor. If you are a Western parent they have special rates so compare if it helps. Overall: A fairly good stay. We would return.

Overall a nice property, just could have been designed better. Moving the pool to the west side of the building (indoor/outdoor) and making an oasis in the summer time with a cabana bar. Not sure if it’s technically possible, but it’s a lot of space there that can be utilized. It would make it more attractive being the first of its kind in the area and there wouldn’t be the smell of chlorine when you walk in. Use the current pool area for banquets or weddings, it’s a nice space for photos.

This is a great hotel in an awful area. The rooms are very good and the staff is wonderful. The bar and associated restaurant is upstairs with no other way to get there so I would not recommend it for disabled people. They will serve downstairs but, while we were there no-one was served downstairs and it lacks the ambiance there.
If I ever have to go to London, Ontario again this would be the place that I would stay but London, Ontario is not a good place to go these days.

No hot tub , but the pool has an amazing view ! And the locker rooms are very spacious and has everything in them ( showers, washrooms, change rooms, lockers blow dryer and shampoo/cond/bath wash in the showers ) even has a sauna ! The workout room is very nice with a wonderful view of the city ! It’s in the 7 th floor !
Supplies towels in gym and pool area !
