Detailed Reviews
The hotel was secure to limit non guest pedestrian traffic. Upon arrival it was necessary to buzz for entry. After checking in room key provided access. Room was exceptionally clean. All the rooms are sealed after deep cleaning. Even the tv remote was sealed after being cleaned. Coffee and bottled water were provided upon request at the front desk. Markers for physical distancing in common areas and elevators were very clear.

We went on a weeklong road trip staying at a number of hotels, and this one was by far the best! We stayed in one of the mobility accessible rooms since my husband is a wheelchair user, and it was very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. Everything was nice and clean. Centrally located with a parking garage.

Priceline listing included sauna which was one reason I booked - hasn't been sauna for years. No bathroom fans, simple vent only - bathroom steams up, stays smelly for 15 minutes. Complained and asked for call back, none came, called back again and asked for call back, nothing. Very poor customer service and communication. Fridge broke down, food spoiled and drinks were warm, maintenance said it happens from time to time. Nice enough rooms, great location, but shouldn't be this many issues for a "Hilton" hotel.

Travelled down for the CCMA and needed a convenient spot for access to the venues over a couple of days. This place is certainly centrally located but what a hole. The quality of the area is of course no fault of the hotel but I would strongly recommend staying in a nicer neighbourhood. The food within walking distance is fast food and low end restaurants. The local Tim's tastes so bad I gave away my breakfast sandwich to one of the swathes of homeless guys on Dundas St, London's answer to Skid Row.
The staff here are lovely, very accommodating and have a draw full of warm cookies. George the bellhop is an absolute highlight so if you end up here make sure to have a good chat!
Ordered from the restaurant on one night and somebody needs to teach the chef what a real curry tastes like. The one I received was bland and the chicken looked and tasted like sliced deli meat from a packet. You can pay $16 for buffet breakfast if you are so inclined.
The rooms are plenty spacious enough but a bit tired looking. Some pink mould around the tub, a cavernous open plug hole to swallow your valuables. I know we are in a pandemic but surely that's all the more reason to have the room cleaned every day rather than having to ask? Make sure you wear gloves or something in the winter because every surface in this place is waiting to give you a static shock strong enough to make you afraid. I think they should put rubber pads on the lift buttons and door handles! I could hear the lift from my room and there was also an intermittent annoying springy noise in the wall. The view was quite nice at least. This would all be acceptable in a road stop motel but a Hilton for $200 per night....?

The location is nice being downtown you can walk to a few bars on Richmond and Crabby Joes is 5 minutes away. But overall not very happy with the experience. I tried to change the reservation online because I ended up having to work an extra day. I thought it was weird I didn’t get a confirmation email so I tried to change it multiple times, it said it was confirmed on the website but still no email. The staff said I was a no show and I explained the situation and they still charged me for a no show. I understand some people might try to say the same when the didn’t but honestly I had a million other things to do and I did try to change the reservation. While we were there the complimentary wifi didn’t work. When we tried to trouble shoot it with the staff they said too many people were trying to log on and the max was 4. Only 2 of 4 of us were trying to get on. I was running out of data being the driver, and I tried to buy the premium wifi for 7$ but even that didn’t work. The whole time the staff were very rude and looked at us like they were above us, gave us dirty looks and were no help with anything at all. The only great employee there was a maintenance man who tried to help the best he could with everything we needed and I regretfully didn’t catch his name:(

The room was musty and smelled of mold. It certainly could use an actual cleaning, not just the 10 minutes the room attendant is given to tidy it up. We were not provided any notice that the restaurant would be closed, but it was... on new years eve. The star bucks on site was also closed. We travelled with kids to London on new years with the expectation that if we wanted a drink new years evening or a coffee in the morning, both would be available in the hotel to at least bring back to the room.
There were homeless people in the parking area using what looked like drugs. Not a family friendly area. consider alternative options when staying in London.

After having stayed at this hotel many times, this was probably the most uncomfortable room we had EVER!
One side of the mattress on the king bed in our room was like sleeping in a hole. When we first got to our room, I told my husband it looked like someone had lain on one side of the bed prior to us checking in. We each took a night sleeping “in the hole!” (My husband initially thought I was exaggerating the severity of the discomfort) There was literally a 3 inch slope from one side to the bad. Finally, on the third night, prior to our 10 hour drive home the following day, we asked the front desk to rectify the accommodations. When we returned to our room following our morning out, their resolution was to have put a “bed board” (which was literally a sheet of plywood) under the still saggy mattress. So, once again, we contacted the front desk, who then sent an “engineer” to our room to check out the situation. He literally took one peek under the bed skirt and told the front desk they needed to change their guests’ room. Really???? We were one room out of a pretty half-empty hotel. Why even use that room in the first place……..for anyone? Decommission it ffs! Why not just change the room like they did ultimately anyway? We were very underwhelmed by our stay this time. The complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning were a nice touch. That was pretty much the only positive. The Starbucks in the lobby was closed even though their website says it is open. The area around the hotel seemed to be the hangout for lots of sketchy people. I would not have wandered anywhere in the area alone.
Too bad! Hilton usually has its name behind them for quality everything. We were totally underwhelmed and honestly disappointed this time around. We will definitely choose somewhere different next time. :/

Since Expedia won't publish our review, posting here. We had 3 nights booked (pre-paid) for the Labour Day weekend, visiting London to spend time with our oldest son, had many plans booked. Stayed one night here and were forced to check out when we found a bedbug crawling across the bed (with my youngest son in it!) in broad daylight. Freaked out and called the front desk whose response was "we'll send housekeeping up"??? Housekeeping arrived, took the bug we had placed in a baggie, and said "we'll call Pest Control"????? The manager never came up to our room, but called and offered another room which we obviously declined. No other rooms available in London as it was the long weekend so we had to abandon our much anticipated vacation time and face a drive back to Barrie on Friday of the long weekend (anyone who knows that drive will understand how upsetting this was to us!). Totally ruined our holiday. We really wanted to love this hotel, great location, nice staff, but instead we were forced to leave, quarantine all our luggage, spend days laundering and spraying. If you book this hotel, understand you are taking a real gamble. I just don't want any other families to have their holiday ruined. While we did receive a full refund from Expedia (within a few days), the response from the hotel (other than offering another room) was completely nil.

Came for weekend with son’s hockey team for a tournament. Lobby is nice but the rooms are tired. Some updates were done but haphazardly. Front desk staff could not be bothered with any guest requests. When I asked when the room would be cleaned, I was told they only clean it if we request it. I expected better from a Hilton. There are other hotels better than this one if you have the choice.

Staff friendly, rooms tired.
Went for a conference and while the conference facilities felt updated the rooms themselves were dated, tired and didn’t look clean (stains around the toilet and shower).
Also, didn’t provide housekeeping for a 2 night stay. While I assume this could be a staffing issue, I find it takes away from your stay. Considering the price we now pay for a basic hotel room, to not at least get housekeeping seems like poor service.
Conference food was fair. Restaurant staff were kind but the food is lack lustre. Wouldn’t recommend. Also we shifted a table and it revealed old food and dirt so not cleaned well.

Saturday & Sunday parking on the street is allowed, except between the hours of 2-5am.
To save money I parked on the street and moved the car between those hours, all was fine.
Park in the hotel underground garage if you don’t want the hassle.
Nope; it's all contained within the hotel...
No but they have a fantastic breakfast buffet for 15$
