Bed was horrible very hard and sank into the middle so my partner and I were not able to get comfortable or sleep well before his surgery. The temperature was not easily controlled. Window shaker did not have a thermostat high or low and a dial. Which it never seemed to reach it's setting and ran non stop.

Staff was friendly and room was clean hallways have a horrible wet carpet smell and high humidity in them.

Lamps in the room weren't all plugged in nor could you plug them in anywhere without moving furniture l, even the coffee maker you had to either move to another location or move the furniture it was on so it was rendered useless.

Upon arrival the entrance overhang clearly required construction, unsure of what happened to it and no acknowledgement made during check in for the awkward and seemingly unsafe front of the building. Definitely a missed opportunity to make guests feel safe and secure in a building where the first impression is so negative.

Shower head is very low, I was ok at 5 foot 4 but much taller nd you're bending over to put your head under water water pressure was barely strong enough to rinse soap from hair. Temperature was fine and towels were readily available clean and soft

Stayed at the Days Inn London with Wyndham points, the floor would have been more comfortable then the mattress on the bed, reached out to the front desk and nothing could be done according to the clerk.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and the floor smelled like marijuana in the hallway, that is great for a non smoking hotel.

Before posting to trip advisor I contacted the hotel GM and the best answer I got from Mr Leblanc was sorry for the discomfort during your stay!!

That was my first and last stay at the Days Inn London.

I would give this hotel a zero but the room was nice and clean. During the COVID issue we didn't expect much but there was no provision for morning tea (No I won't make tea in a coffee maker, try it sometime). We brought plenty of food with us, but needed a microwave, ours didn't work, when we reported it to the desk they said OK...NOTHING. when we checked out and again mentioned the microwave and that we should get a reduction in our rate we were told only the Manager could authorize a reduction. I waited for someone to call, email, etc, NOTHING. They only care about $, Don't stay here!

Very awful stay at days inn... started off great with a wonderful employee named Kevin who was very helpful and accommodating for all of our needs. During out stay we were headed out of out room and some junky walked by and dropped a big shank! We immediately called kevin who was very helpful, he came to the rescue very fast and removed the shank from outside our room and told us he was going to investigate. We no longer felt safe staying so we left! A big f you to the junky who ruined our experience and reminded me that i still have depression but thanks to kevin you deserve a raise

I had to make a short 3 day trip to visit family. The room was very comfortable and very close to the stairwell. The staff were really friendly and helpful. What I really like about the location is the variety of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. No need to drive around. I will definitely be coming back in 2021.

We recently stayed at this hotel during a trip to London for a meeting. The pictures as seen on the website and trip advisor are definitely dated.

I booked the room a few weeks before our stay and received several emails the slats of which was a reminder that my stay was in 2 days.

We arrived at the hotel later in the evening due to a planned meeting at dinner at another location. When I went to check in I was told that there was no reservation because it had been cancelled due to a credit card issue. I was never informed of this. Luckily they had a room for us. I feel like we would have been making the 3 hour drive back home late Saturday night.

We got the keys and proceeded to the room. It’s evident that there have been renovations taking place, but after speaking with our friends who also chose to stay there, the renovations might have been taking place for sometime.

The room had new laminate floor installed but there was no baseboard or trim, the entry light was not working properly, there was a gap around the air conditioner that was retro fitted in the existing opening and there was wall paper peeling on the walls.

There was also a vacuum that was abandoned out in the hallway. I don’t know the reason for this as it was obviously not used due to the amount of dirt on the hallway carpet.

When I checked out I mentioned this to the front desk employee who’s name is Erik.

I explained my disappointment with the state of the room expecting it to be like any other hotel room would be and not in a semi renovated state. His reply was “Ok” I further voiced my my opinion that I thought that the room probably should not have been rented and again his only reply was “OK”. I stated that i was just informing them and again he only said “OK” He had a very condescending tone to his voice and was almost dismissive almost wishing me to leave as soon as possible. I overheard him checking another guest in the previous night and some of his comments he had made to the mother and daughter that were registering had me somewhat offended so I can only imagine their thought.

I can say this much that I will never stay at this location again. I will also advise any friends that are traveling through the London, ON area to avoid this establishment at all costs.

We stayed at this hotel while my daughter had a swim meet in london. There were multiple hockey teams at the location and the walls have absolutely no sound proofing. I had paid for a slightly more expensive hotel in the region hoping to get a nice clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel so my daughter could have a good sleep for her 7am swim meet. It was very loud and the rooms were very shabby. The beds were old and creaky. The main surfaces were clean, but the walls were not.

This has never happened to me before I checked out of a hotel early and paid for the 2 days. I brought my wife to London to celebrate her 50th birthday, I looked on the web site and found this hotel the pictures showed beautiful queen beds very clean rooms but to my surprise the room we got was completely off, the beds were rock hard, furniture was old, the air conditioner control were hanging out of the system it self, our main door lock almost locked us in and out of our room, the bathroom had no fan in it, cracks in the walls paint chipping everywhere. I would say to anyone who wanted to stay at this hotel to pay the little extra and find a better hotel

Customer service was excellent. We asked if we could get a second chair in the room as there was only the one computer chair and we both needed to work on our computers and eat our takeout, neither wanting to eat on the bed. The manager provided a second computer chair from the room next door which was not booked and said he would arrange for it to be moved back in the morning after we checked out and our room made up.

We understood that if the hotel had been fully booked this would not have been the case, and he explained that the downstairs restaurant was not part of the property so we could not just borrow a chair from the dinning room.

We noted that while the hallways and outside looked a little run down, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, and excellent value for the rate and location.

Completely unkempt in the halls, garbage, towels and left over food all down the hall. Strange wet spots and stains between the junk...I have expected to find a pile of feces as I walked. Room is dated, air conditioning is ancient and when turned on smelt moldy, but it did get better surprisingly.
Bathroom was at least clean and so were the towels, but a cracker sized bar of soap really doesn't help, bring g your own.

No, there are no balconies, but our room had glass doors that opened out to the central area with the pool.

Is your hotel Ina walking distance from Western University?

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately London does not offer any hotels within walking distance to the University. The University student residence does offer accommodations on occasion, or you would have to consider a hotel in the downtown or south end. A taxi or city bus would be needed to go to the University.
