Place needs updated. Carpet in hall on second floor needs replaced. Food was very good and staff pleasant. Value good for cost. Beds extremely comfortable. Close to shopping mall and to 401. Pool water warm

During my stay for work, my pick up truck was stolen from the parking lot during the night. I live a few hours away so my wife set out to pick me up with my belongings, but staff continued knocking on my door every hour asking me to leave so they could clean my room or if I wanted to pay another night. They were informed of the theft and no support was offered. I am disgusted by the customer service after this unfortunate situation. I will be back in London for work but will never stay here again.

Older motel but in good condition . Very nice pool and the louge bar has great food and service .the wings are great we were going to go out to a restaurant glad we didn't. Very close to many stores walking distance

There was no reason for 8 people in the very next room where allowed to have a party at two or three in the morning. I called the desk 2 times but that didn't help until I went next door. I was at leave able to ask the people not booked into the room to please leave. They apologized and left. Probably not the smartest thing of me to do, but I needed to travel the day and the hotel staff apparently wasn't ready for such a confrontation.

The room smelled, the bedding was itchy, there were bugs crawling on the bathroom floor, the first night there was very loud noise in the hall and adjacent room until 3 am, I called the front desk at 1 am but it seemed no action was taken. The next day I asked at the front desk why the noise didn’t stop. I got no answer. Apparently there is only 1 person working at hotel at night. Another guest at the front desk said someone tried to kick in their door at night. The second night there was very loud noises in hallway and adjacent room until 4 am. There was no housekeeping after the first night and no notices anywhere that housekeeping is not done during multi-stay visits. There was a very strong smell of marijuana in the mornings inside the motel. There was an abandoned car in the parking lot outside with no license plates and windows broken. It’s safe to say I will never go back to any Ramada hotel.…

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Our room smelled so bad, it was dusty, the tv remote control was filthy. It’s a motel not a hotel. I will never cheap out on a hotel ever again. Don’t waste your money here. Spend a little extra for a nicer place.

Carpets looked as if they were half ripped out in hallways. Grungy, smelly overall. No working ice machines. No fans in bathrooms equals quite the smell. Had access to multiple rooms (sports event) and some rooms had decent fridge and others were hardly working.

Stayed two separate nights in two separate rooms. First room smelled horribly of marijuana, second room was lovely, other hotel guests screamed, ran the halls, pounded on doors and walls, until after one in the morning.
