We have stayed in many Best Westerns over the years, but the BW London Airport was definitely the best overall. Pamela at the front desk greeted us warmly, took care of our rather complicated reservation smoothly and efficiently, and went over and above on the day of our check-out.

The check in was fast with friendly staff made me feel welcome. Lots of covide protection every one has a mask sanitizer available to use. Nice clean lobby very welcoming.Ive stayed a lot this year rooms are always clean beds are very comfortable. Lots of hot water. Lots of parking Nice and quiet always a good nights sleep. Haven't tied the breakfast yet but smells amazing when im leaving.

It has been a challenging 16 months and staying in a hotel is another big step to normal life. We were put at ease instantly as we arrived and continued to feel safe with the measures in place at this location. It is not the fanciest place or the most amazing area of town but it exceeded my expectations. IT is clean, quiet and safe with everything you need to rest and enjoy your stay. Very nice big breakfast is the perfect start to the day. Booked private use of the pool at the end of the day was also very calming before bed. The employees went far above and beyond the usual interest in how their guests were doing. They took personal interest to make us feel welcome and looked after. A pleasant stay overall.

We recently had a trip booked out of London Airport and had 2 rooms booked at the Best Western London Airport, unfortunately after having to call to cancel many times (as no one answering reservation line) that when I did cancel i did not write down the cancellation info and the 2 rooms were charged.
After numerous calls (and messages) the Best Western London, i was unable to get my money back (as they are stating I no showed). I requested to work with them, trying to get a credit for when we did re-book our vacation and nothing.
I am extremely disappointed, during this uncertain time dealing with the pandemic, i would have hoped for some compassion from the hotel.

There is a vast difference in the explanations when we compare your trip advisor review, our management review as well as Best Western customer service complaint file. Unfortunately, we cannot authorize a refund for your stay with us as there is no documentation provided that your reservation was successful cancelled. i had reserved a reservation for a night with my 3 small pugs. I chose the hotel even though it was out of my way because the lady who booked my reservation was so helpful. when i arrived the manager, Connie Page seemed she was having a bad day right of the bat, which we all have those. She was very confusing to what i had booked and extremely short when I was asking for clarification as to what she was asking. each time I asked what she was trying to explain or correct her about what i was booked for she just got flustered and and very unprofessional especially for a manager. She got so stressed she called me rude and refused my stay. (the other two staff were very nice) I was selling my house and had planned to stay there willing to pay for the nights plus 90$ for 3 6lb pugs but only staying the day. The Holiday Inn on Wellington London were half the price less and so polite and accommodating. My family was to stay at the Best Western next weekend and they have decided to stay elsewhere.

Dear BALW8, Unfortunately, our management review has determined that event described in the review did not go exactly as described. According to the hotel policy, we only allow a maximum of 2 pets per room but our manager initially did an exception for you while making a reservation and allowed 3 pets per room with a standard pet charge of $30.00 per night per pet, and with your agreement, we made a reservation for you. Generally, we do not provide a guaranteed early check-in before 10.00 am but since you requested an early check-in we offered you a day rate and allowed to check you in earlier than later. In spite of all these policies and exceptions communicated with you while making the reservation, you were quite combative and rude towards our staff upon checking in requesting for a discount and complaining about the policies. Unfortunately to avoid any issues in the future, our manager Connie Page politely requested you to find a better hotel which suits your needs and cancelled your reservation without any penalty. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for choosing Best Western London Airport Inn and Suites.

I booked through Priceline. Hotel refused to provide me with a room because I had a pet even though the sign on the front desk said pet friendly. I agreed to the additional charge for the pet and they issued me room keys. As soon as I walked in the room they called the phone in the room and told me I could not stay because of the pet. The front desk told me I would have to contact priceline for a refund and that the hotel manager would approve the refund. They refuse to authorize a refund and told priceline that we stayed in the room. I have reached out to the hotel and to Best Western corporate. The answer has been too bad and we are keeping your money. I went a couple of kilometers to the Staybrige Suites. It was clean comfortable and the staff was courteous. Avoid the Best Western in London!!

While our management review has determined that the events you described could not have taken place as you describe them, Hotel was never informed about a pet in the room until our front desk person encountered while taking the security rounds. Your reservation was booked through Priceline for a room with 1 king bed which is not pet-friendly accommodations. We could have easily accommodated your request if we had any rooms available which were pet-friendly and upon manager's approval, we did offer you to stay in the room for additional cleaning charge of $30.00 on top of pet charge. Usually, a deep cleaning cost for a room is approximately $90.00 to $100.00 plus taxes. This special request was denied and you decided to check out instead. Unfortunately, since your reservation was prepaid through Priceline and we offered you the same room which was booked online; we cannot authorize a refund for your stay with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused.

This hotel is terrible! We came with 3 other families and were promised a group rate of $90 plus tax. One family was over charged and given quite a hassle by Gunspeet at the front desk. Then when this same family got to their room they found that all the drawers were full of garbage including used masks! Then I was told if I paid debit that I had to put down a $250 deposit which is completely ridiculous. They assured me that I would receive it back the following day which of course was a problem! They tried giving me a refund back on my debit card and it was declined. Why would a REFUND be declined??!! It doesn’t make sense. It took them 40 minutes of screwing around to figure out a solution. They wanted to etransfer me but I did not trust that they would do this so I demanded cash back. While my husband and I waited for them to figure the refund out we watched 3 people come down and complain about various things. One couple came down quite upset because their toilet wasn’t working … they had to fill the recycling box with water and pour it in the toilet to flush. Crazy!! The others complained about the shape of the room and a/c issues. My son and his 4 friends walked through the lobby to go to our car and they came back in through the lobby and they were told to stop walking through the lobby! I’m not sure how else they are to get to the car. They all had masks on and we’re respectful. I would definitely not recommend this hotel! The service was the worst I have received!

Much like some of the other reviews, we were moved rooms a total of 3 times in one hour due to filth in the rooms.Im not overly picky but this was blatant filth accumulated over time .at check in we were put through a speil about rooms being empty for 3 days between guest to guarantee sanitization in compliance with covid...we opened the door to room #1 to find slept in beds and dirty towels. Back to the desk to move to room two, we moved in unpacked, staff apologized no harm no fowl, time for a shower, shampoo bottles were empty as well as a few that had what appeared to be food on them? Off to the desk for replacement, back to room..pull comforter down to find stains , holes in sheets and hair in the bedding..we called to have house keeping properly change bedding, we were then offered the option to move to a "king suite" which we chose to do, we immediately checked bedding which was even dirtier then the last room, again, hair and multiple stains in bedding, we were tired so had house keeping come in again and change the bedding, after another 30 mins we left the hotel, it had food on the ceilings, old dusty spiderwebs everywhere as well as splatters and stains everywhere..the manager asked if it was ok if house keeping cleaned the room tomorrow? We decided to pack up and go else where.

Overall hotel was stunning and the ambiance was impressive! Stayed here for one night in their beautiful suite room. The people from the hotel made us feel special by decorating our room with the linen origami, chocolates, champagne...
Front desk was friendly and helpful. When we arrived the check-in process was quick. The room was great it had a separate sitting area, kitchen and dinning space. The beds and pillows were very comfy. We had a great time.
The only n only negative thing I would say is we requested the GSA for a late checkout for an hour which they said no for. Like I have stayed at other hotels but they never say no for an hour so I was little disappointed.
But overall we had a great time!!

The staff at the Best Western London Airport were very customer service oriented. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful when needed. The breakfast bar was very good with many different varieties of breakfast foods, juice and coffee. The atmosphere was very bright and cheery. We were in London to work at the London Boat, Fishing and Outdoor show at the Western Fairgrounds. They also would run a shuttle service for us if necessary. There is not enough words I can say about the staff they were all so helpful to us. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Bedroom is not separate, just a divider.
Thank you for your interest in Best Western London Airport Inn and Suites. We have three park and fly options for 1 week would be $30 plus taxes , 2 weeks would be $60 plus taxes and more than 15 days upto 1 month it would be $80 plus taxes.
We have a heated saltwater pool and it is around 28°C comfortable for a relaxing swim. Unfortunately, we do not have a Hot Tub.
