The interior is very good , cosy rooms , good location, but there was a dirty everywhere! ( especially someone’s hair in the bathroom ! ) . They don’t have a slippers, bathrobe, toothpaste and toothbrush 😊 So sad, I’ve paid over 250$ ( +deposit) and i even can’t take a bath 🥹 In addition, i am healthy person, but they gave me the room which is considered for the disabled people. So strange at all 🤷♀️

It was an older hotel and it needs to be updated. It was good for a one night stay for the price and did have a nice bed. The breakfast was good and multiple options. We also did a week parking and the vehicle remained in good shape while we were away.

Warm greeting from staff with no hesitation to help with directions. Maintenance could inspect elevator areas outside the doors for spills, otherwise clean and sparkling premises. Outstanding selections for breakfast always.

I had high expectations for this hotel as it's a family favourite due to its ideal location. This would've been our third stay but unfortunately, due to the winter storm we could not make it. I was contacting them a day in advance but their customer service was horrible. Due to severe weather conditions, I was unable to make my trip and requested a refund or at least a reschedule and was ready to pay the price difference in the future. Despite the circumstances being completely out of my control, the hotel refused to accommodate any changes.
I understand that policies exist, but good hospitality also means being reasonable and understanding when unforeseen events occur. A good hotel should be more flexible and not choose to prioritize profit over guest experience.
I won’t be booking here again and would advise future guests to be cautious—this hotel does not value customer service when it truly matters.

I have spent a night at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mississauga - Toronto Southwest after arriving from a long international flight. The hotel is close to the airport and has everything one would expect from a Holiday Inn Express: clean beds, a decent shower and a good breakfast. Overall, I would recommend for someone that needs an overnight close to a flight and/or is going to the area.

After getting stuck in Hamilton Airport after airline related problems, my sister had made arrangments for me and our elderly Father to fly out of Toronto the next morning and managed to get us a reservation at the hotel. By the time we got a taxi to this location, over an hours drive away from the airport we were stuck at, I was more than ready for this day to be over. However, in all the confusion with everything going on our reservation turned out to be in a combination of my sister and my name and my phone died while the attendant was on the phone with my sister. This attendant called my sister back from their phone, got all the details straightened out for us to check in, later in the evening helped me print out a copy of our new flight info when I was having trouble doing so, set up a wake up call and airport shuttle service for early the next morning...and did it all with a smile. After all the frustration we had endured and uncooperative people we has experienced earlier in the day for the first leg of our trip, this young lady and the service we received while at the hotel was a terrific experience.

We chose to quarantine in this hotel, we were told before booking and upon check in food we ordered would be delivered so we can maintain quarantine. One particular employee refused to do this and asked us multiple times to come into the lobby to get our food. Though we see this as very irresponsible and dangerous as we are supposed to be isolating as we have previously left the country. This employee said it was fine to come downstairs and that he says it’s okay to, though we had specific orders from the government who called to ensure our quarantine plan we are not to leave the room. If it was really fine there would be no need for self isolation and wearing a mask was enough, although this is clearly not the case as a mask doesn’t fully protect a person. People who are isolating may have the virus and this is very dangerous to instruct people to come to the lobby. This employee also made a sarcastic comment not to eat to much after us picking up our food. The rest of the employees are wonderful and it’s a shame this man has made this such a terrible and uncomfortable stay for us.

Called and booked rooms at the last minute because our flight was canceled. We were four in our party. The evening staff with John did an excellent job getting us settled in. They were helpful and organized. John even ensured that the morning staff were aware that we would need a ride back totnhe airport in the morning and what our needs were. Clean nice rooms. Overall hotel is well kept.

Stayed here during our last leg on a trip to Ontario. Clean room, breakfasts were good, no issues with Wi-Fi or other concerns. The staff was very helpful in helping us organize our last couple trips into downtown Toronto, our return flights and how to drop off our car rental.
