I've stayed at dozens of Marriott hotels around the world, including some of the most luxurious places. This hotel can't be called luxurious. However, it is very nice and a GREAT value. The lobby is very nice and the room was clean and well appointed. I cannot fault the place from the perspective of a business traveller that expects everything to be clean, comfortable, and everything works as designed.
My room was a small suite, which means I had a nice little kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, microwave, one burner, and a sink. Surprisingly, I also had a dishwasher! There was a comfortable sofa and a very large wall mounted LCD flat-screen above the desk. It was very nice to find built in USB charging plugs both on the desk and next to the bed.
Everything was nice - but the best part was the staff. Everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I was surprised they all remembered my name and room number!?
If I was rating this purely as a business hotel, I would give it a 5. The only reason I'll limit it to 4 is that clearly it is not a 5 star luxury resort. That said, I will highly recommend it for business travel or as a very cost effective 'home base' for vacationers.

I stayed here for a couple of nights while attending to family matters in Toronto. The hotel is a very typical Four Points, with a modern look to all of the common spaces and the room. I did not get a chance to try out the indoor pool or gym, but a quick glance at them showed them to be small but well equipped. I did get the chance to try out the restaurant, both for dinner on my night of arrival, and for breakfast both mornings. The restaurant is again typical for this level of hotel, with prices being on the higher side. The kitchen is open until 11pm for both the restaurant as well as room service, and the entrees that we tried for dinner were large portions, freshly made. The rate I stayed at (a AAA rate booked through the Marriott.com website) included breakfast for two each morning (note that parking is complimentary for all guests, versus many other airport-area hotels which charge $15+/nt for parking). The buffet breakfast was typical (yes, I'm using that word a lot) with a few hot/warm items, a waffle maker, breads, and beverages. Please note that if your rate does not include the breakfast, then the buffet is priced at $16/pp plus tax and tip. You're paying for the convenience. There are other restaurant options in the area if you have a car or are willing to walk a little. If your rate does include breakfast, remember to ask the front desk staff for the vouchers at check-in time if they don't give them to you upon seeing your booked rate.

Always a pleasure to stay here when in the city! Greeted each time with welcoming smiles and never rushed at checkin or checkout. Pool, restaurant (pre covid) are amazing. Upgraded room was a suite. Large space, well accommodated, clean. Bed was luxurious! The bar menu was still available at my arrival time and was surprisingly expansive. I took the dinner 'to go' and instead of a styro foam box was plated with real silverware and a cloth napkin. Nice touch.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would have. I am currently staying in the hotel for 11 days quarantine period and hotel's guest services are really pethatic . in breakfast if guest asks for providing them with milk and subtract all the things they give in breakfast they deny straight away and only 1 manager (mr. mukhergee) is sensible who really treats the guest well and professionally but in his absence the service is next to pethatic. it is not the marriott standard at all. Another incident happened, during collection of our covid test samples, on day of my pickup the front desk denied any delivery person's arrival and when i contacted the delivery company the front desk recognised the arrival and their manager assured me with full support on the next day of delivery. now on the next day when i called the front desk manager for making me aware once the delivery guy arrives to pick up the words she greeted me with was and i quote, "It is not my job to tell you or pick your covid samples, don't blame us for your delivery since this is not government approved quarantine hotel we will not provide with any such service and if delivery agent has your room number we will see or else we dont do it and stop blaming hotel" to this I specificallly mentioned that they won't have my room number but i have talked to their customer service and they will be having my tracking number instead and to that also she replied very rudely and said ok we will se if someone comes. its like they expect me to sit in lobby and wait for the courier agent's arrival the whole day? as i am still quarantined and not allowed to leave my room? If not, then isent this duty of hotel staff to help us out in these services? Moreover the wifi service provided by hotel is also not good, everyday 3 times a day their wifi gets down and they say take premium service of wifi for 5$ per day, in this free service these things will happen only. I have stayed in many marriot bonvoy properties and i never got such a mis treatment anywhere around the world. I will simply do not recommend stying in this hotel especially for 11 day quarantine period to anyone.

Dear Sampy Thank you for your feedback - its is unfortunate that during these time with Covid-19 additional restrictions and limitations are required to to be implemented to protect all parties involved, including our staff. I am sorry if this has come across as being rude but that has not been our intention. As you can see from all the other reviews our staff consistently is praised about being professional and friendly and help. Our internet was effected by a system wide outage with our provider and this normally received high scores also. We hope we can be of better service on a future stay. Stay Safe!

Stayed in this property with my family during a forced overnight layover. One of the reasons that I booked the room at this location is because the website indicated that there was an airport shuttle. My reservation confirmation (through a travel agent) and the Marriott website both stated that shuttle service was offered. I didn't discover that the shuttle had been cancelled for quite some time due to low occupancy until our flight landed and I called the front desk. Thus, I had to spend about $70 out of pocket to get us to and from the airport.
I completely understand not having the shuttle running if there are only a handful of people per day not using it but I am very disappointed that this wasn't published anywhere that I could have easily checked when making my booking. I don't have time to call multiple properties to see if a service advertised both on flow through to travel agency sites as well as the official hotel site is still offered.
Sent an email to management and Marriott asking for a follow up after we got home. They were non-responsive. Website still makes no mention of no shuttle service.
The room itself was basic, but fine. Tim Hortons was open next door for food.

It was a spoiling stay. Rather than a enjoy at hotel, it was more of burning head stay.
First of all, the hotel staff needs a hospitality training. Specially the senior staff.
Few points about my stay --
1. If you are vegetarian person, then morning breakfast is just nothing for you apart from a glass of juice or apple. They hardly care that people have may have veggies lovers.
2. As I am holding Marriott loyalty (platinum+), even though forget about any perk. I asked for additional water bottle in my room, and I got a response like "I have already provided 4 bottle of 1/2 ltr so your quota for complimentary water is over for the day. "
if they a loyalty holder customer can not get water complimentary then I am really done with Marriott loyalty.
3. Room condition was also pretty bad. In bathroom, handle was coming into your hands.
If you ask for any thing, first response you will say as "No" from the staff.
Duty manager which was present during my check-in time, he was so confident to say "No" along with reasoning like "It is covid time."
It was simply a spoiling stay. Wastage of time and money.

Late last summer I booked a “day stay” here when my travel plans were messed up by Covid restrictions and I was forced to stay most of the day at the Toronto Airport in between 2 overnight flights. The staff at the hotel were fantastic at every step: from initial changes to my unusual booking (check-in at 6 AM and check out later that afternoon), making us feel safe and welcome amid pandemic, to helping arrange taxi to the airport. We booked a standard room and it was very clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed to take a shower, stretch legs, get some sleep in an actual bed and get ready for another long leg of the trip. There were many Covid precautions in place, from plexiglass at reception, social distancing throughout the hotel, etc. We didn’t use any of the facilities, as the restaurant was closed at the time (they did however have snacks and some food options at the reception). There is also a Tim’s and Starbucks just a short walk from the hotel, both were open at the time, so we were able to get breakfast/ lunch.
All in all a very comfortable and clean hotel, with very attentive service. I would highly recommend it and would gladly return when in the area.

Krish gave me a 5star experience at the restaurant. I was able to take my meal to my room with glassware and plates so it felt like a home meal. I was exhausted and wanted the peace of my room so it was great. I got the steak and some white wine then slept like a baby. Highly recommended stop over option
