We wanted to give them 5 stars because the staff phenomenal and goes above and beyond (namely Sheila - she served us breakfast and was so kind & professional) however there are some facility updates that could be done. The remote doesn’t have a sleep button so you either leave it on all night or have to shut it off yourself, our door specifically wouldn’t close properly, so we constantly had to push or pull it shut and for breakfast both juices were lukewarm from the dispenser machine. We would still come back regardless as we did have a great time!

Small rooms. Breakfast was not self serve. A bench blocked the way to the food. This was intentional, as staff insisted on dishing out cereal, pouring the milk, etc. Never saw this before. It did not make for a relaxing scene.

The place is so great and nice, i did not expected this. At first i thought s cheap but the room is expectacular, and they also used dove product for the room toilitries, but i hope they used for sensitive skin not the scented product. But overall it was a wonderful experience specially the service in the breakfast biffet the filipina ate shiela. Shes very accommodating. I love her

Due to a medical emergency my husband and I spent 2 weeks at Days Inn in Mississauga. What a wonderful place. The staff were exceptional -especially Alex who signed us up to be a rewards member and basically boy wonder when it came to asking questions about the location. We arrived early for our room and were offered breakfast which was a lovely touch.
The breakfast ladies and cleaning staff were very attentive and caring and attended to our every need.
The hotel has been recently remodeled with high end furnishing in the living area and bathroom.
The breakfast is everything you need to start your day.
We will be back. We love this Days Inn and the staff!

I've quite a frequent guest and the service is always great. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and quite helpful in anyway that they can. Especially the manager Alex such a beautiful personality. Always doing his best to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable along with all the front desk staff. As well as the room service staff they make sure each room is service with care and comfort. Will like to say Merry Christmas to thr entire staff. And thanks for making each stay feel like home.

The first room we were given looked as if they remade the bed with used sheets— several black hairs on pillows and throughout sheets, a sloppily made bed. The room smelt of old food (more like fish), and there was food residue on the floor, a clear sign the floors were not mopped. Looked as if ketchup was split on the floor and it was wiped up by the guest who spilt it. We were given the room beside it, with no reimbursement or upgrade. The walls were so thin I could hear the gentleman in the next room on the phone (and snoring) in the room we left earlier. We could hear the footsteps of every person that walked past our room. The fitness centre entailed a treadmill and elliptical, nothing else. Online it looked like the fitness centre included much more. I stayed here with my partner after a surgery in the area for two nights— would have been nice if she could have used the gym while I was resting but the 2 pieces of equipment did not suffice. A quieter experience with honest amenities would have made this a lot better.

Imagine the hotel YOU would build to reflect cleanliness, courtesy and comfort, and you'll have this Days Inn. On the counter in the lobby are the 2019 and 2020 trophies from Wyndham themselves declaring this property to be the best of the best. Walk-in showers, large sumptuous beds, electrical outlets everywhere, larger than average bar fridges. Large LG televisions in each room. We've stayed here perhaps 10 times for stays ranging from one night to ten days. It's our greater Toronto hangout (we trav el frequently for business and we tow a 10' cargo trailer, so having an ample spare parking area (gravel) to park it while we tool around is a superb bonus). This ain;t the Ritz (and it is not supposed to be) but you can spend an extra $50 or $100 on many other hotels and not get the near perfection you find here. The owners own exactly one hotel - this one - and it's apparent they care. I care to tell you about this location because in the woeful assortment of crappy Days Inns (and all other brands) this property stands out like a beacon in the night. Loads of nearby eateries and quick access to the three major highways (without any noise at night whatsoever) make this our first choice.

We stayed there for 3 nights to see visit, as soon as we arrived front desk welcomed us and check in process was very fast, the house keeping supervisor also assisted us by telling the nearest groceries and fastfood. Both were very helpful. The staff is very courteous, helpful and have excellent customer service. Breakfast is great ! Rooms are very clean. Thank you for the hospitality 😊

Location is a short drive from the airport and when I arrived I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. While the hotel is small, it packs big personality from the quant breakfast room and nicely decorated rooms. Beds were very comfy and service was exceptional but the two front desk staff members I interacted with during my stay. I would definitely stay again when I am passing through Toronto airport.

Yes, your timing for pick up and drop off are good for shuttle.
Yes. The Hotel does offer complementary airport shuttle. Considering your early morning arrival, please confirm the hotel. I checked in at 8 and was provided with the shuttle pick.
In addition to this, also check for your checkin time. You do not want to wait in the lobby for a room. Their check in time is pretty lase.
You have a bus station near the hotel that take you to a subway station where you can take it to Toronto downtown.
But we used Uber instead of public transports.
To Niagara Falls I can’t help, we didn’t go there.
Rooms with kitchen i don’t think so.
Relatively to the discount for long term stays, it’s better to call directly the hotel and ask for it.
