The mattresses and pillows were comfortable and there are so much things you can do at Crowne plaza hotel. First they have a indoor waterpark where anybody of any age can go to. Beside the hotel there is a casino and a arcade room I would recommend this hotel.

Despite the bad customer service at the Crowne Plaza res roti on desk, the staff at the breakfast are very kind, and service was amazing. Food is decent, with a live station for eggs and lots of variety. Our waiter Zlatko was great! Would recommend going for breakfast, it also comes with a great view!

I was extremely happy with my stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I chose a room with a Falls view, and was given a room on the 9th floor, with amazing views ..spectacular during the day or with the coloured lights at night. The room was spotless, with ample towels, and coffee making facilities. Breakfast at the Rainbow Room was delicious, and on e again I had perfect views of the Falls as I ate. The restaurant staff were very helpful and quick. The meal was huge, but I was allowed to take the fruit I didn’t eat, back to my room in a box. I realise that the Starbucks on the hotel ground floor is a separate business, but I was disappointed that they did not open until 8 a.m. I was the first customer for the day. Booked rooms for a weekend getaway with my family and friends to celebrate two birthdays. Firstly the pictures are misleading. They show a huge picture window in the falls view room with gorgeous views. Looking at those we booked a falls view room specifically. The window was barely 2 feet wide and on one side of the wall and you have to crane your neck to get any falls view. The thermostat kept cranking awake loudly all night and did not let us get any sleep. When we complained early in the morning we were met with staff without any empathy. They only moved our room to another when the maintenance guy confirmed the problem and told them we needed to be moved. The other room was equally bad with the views. I do not recommend staying here if you are not prepared to be charged for every little thing. I paid $40 more per night to get queen beds so we could sleep comfortably with our two children. However, even though we had double sized beds in our room, the reception kept insisting that “all fallsview rooms have queen size beds”. We have a queen sized bed at home and the beds in our hotel room were obviously much smaller. Rooms are uncomfortably small and our bathroom door swelled up and didn’t even close. They completely stopped all housekeeping (no changing towels/cleaning up/giving more shampoo the next day) unless you go to reception and specifically ask for something. You’d think with cuts in service they’d charge people less for staying here… We were charged $40/day for…

We stayed at the Crown Plaza for the 60th birthday of one of the Ukrainian refugees living with us. Not only did the staff post a sign at reception wishing Lena happy birthday (in Ukrainian) but upgraded our rooms to the best in the hotel. Wee will NEVER stay in another hotel in Niagara. The location, like many hotels in the area is very convenient for travelers. The hotel is connected to a parking garage (additional fee), Casino Niagara, and another hotel (Sheraton). There is also a Starbucks located at the street level and Prime Steakhouse located on the 10th floor overlooking the falls. We dined at Prime Steakhouse for our anniversary dinner; this was the second time we had dinner there, and it did not disappoint. The wait staff is very attentive, accommodating, and knowledgeable - the food done to perfection again! It is certainly fine dining - be prepared for an upscale atmosphere and prices to match - but for a special evening it is worth it. This was well located fir the falls. We chose a falls view room which was amazing. Very large hotel with a lovely restaurant on the top, a bit pricey but worth it for an extra special treat. Staff extremely helpful, definitely the best located hotel for the occasion.

Stayed in room 510 which was clean and comfortable, but not set out very well. As with many hotels, the TV appears to have taken the place on the wall where the mirror needs to be! Enjoyed a great view of Niagara Falls from our room. Elevators are VERY slow.

The location of this hotel is faultless! Absolutely perfect to be able to see the falls and both Clifton Hill and Victoria Avenue are a short walk away too. As per the other reviews, the hotel rooms are quite dated in terms of the decor and furniture. But our two rooms didn’t have any problems with them. We were on the 6th floor and had a great view of the falls (although the windows could do with a clean!) I would HIGHLY recommend anyone staying here to pre-book breakfast (or a room with breakfast included), because the food is super tasty, filling and the service is great AND you sit over looking the falls too. Why would you leave for breakfast elsewhere when this is your view?!
