Very nice hotel since they renovated from the old Imperial. The rooms were modern and clean especially the bathroom and the shower which were very impressive. The room we stayed in was very big and also had a couch which pulled out into a bed. There is a large flat screen TV and a refrigerator in the room. We had a great view from the 6 floor and it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and I think it was probably the best sleep I've had in any hotel that I've stayed in ever. There's an air unit in the room which you can control your temperature because it was hot out this weekend that we went we kept the room very cold and it was very comfortable. Staff for very friendly and check in and check out were effortless. The distance was about a two-minute walk from Clifton Hill and you could also cut through the parking lot where the Raceway was to get to Clifton Hill quickly. Wego bus passes were not available there but you could buy them at a different hotel and there were bus stops nearby. Parking is $15 a night to park on site and if you want to walk a distance there's an overflow parking lot that has no cost but it is a fair distance away. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the swimming pool but it was open. Many restaurants nearby and delivery come straight to the room to drop off food.
We were able to have an early check-in and checkout is at 11 a.m. Room service is not available for housekeeping because of the pandemic so you do have to take care of your own garbage and your room. We had an amazing time in the Falls and we would definitely stay in this hotel again.

We would highly recommend this hotel, after spending hours comparing value and location The Vittoria hotel and suites surpassed our expectations.
Friendly and helpful staff, very clean nicely appointed rooms.
Great renovations.
Only negative pool had quite a bit of chlorine.

We were looking were to stay in Niagara Falls and came across this amazing place. We booked a room with a King sized bed for 2 nights and it was clean and big. We opted to pay the $15/day parking and left the car there and was able to walk everywhere as it's located in the perfect spot.
Bed was comfortable, I did read that the bottom sheet was not a fitted sheet but a flat tucked in which was true but we didn't have issues of it coming off. Bedding was spotless (all white sheets), the halls/elevators were clean and smelled fresh, no musty smells.
No microwave in the rooms but there is a fridge and small coffee maker. A bag with coffee/sugar and powder creamer is provided.(no tea, and more creamers could of been added not just 2) There was also small shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps in the bathroom.
There is an in room safe as well.
Lobby was decorated nicely and staff were friendly. We didn't use/see the pool area. It was open but you needed to book a time if interested in using. Restaurant was closed.
100% would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel was very clean. Parking was $15CAD unless you are willing to park a few blocks away in their overflow lot for free. The proximity to the Skywheel and other attractions was awesome! Around 10-1030pm the people in the room next door came back to their room and were talking very loudly. We waiting a bit to see if they settled down but they didn’t. So we called the front desk and they said they could either go knock on the door and ask them to quiet down or give us a new room. We didn’t want to make things weird with the neighbors so we chose to move rooms. So it was great that they were accommodating so we could have a quiet night. My only complaint, which is minor, is that our new room was next to the elevator and it made a bit of noise each time the motor started/stopped, kind of like someone pushing a piece of furniture up against the wall. It wasn’t super loud but loud enough to be a little annoying. However all in all the hotel was great.

I booked this hotel for one night in Niagara Falls and I cannot fault anything about our stay.
We arrived early on our date of arrival - we went to reception to ask if we were ok to park our car on site and Richard on reception advised he had a room available so we could check in if we wanted. He also advised that although hotel parking on site was $15, they also have an "off site" parking lot that was free and only a block around the corner.
Our room was lovely - a large size with table, sofa, and stool. The beds were a good size and very comfortable.
The location of the hotel I the top of Clifton Hill - a very touristy area and within walking distance to the falls (10 minutes to the Hornblower boat tour).
We didn't eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on the restaurant, but I'd definitely recommend here as a place to stay!

We had a great stay here and loved the location - it can't be beat! The staff were friendly and the hotel parking was easily accessible (at $15 a night, we decided to pay it). The rooms where comfortable and spacious. The free wifi is slow, so don't rely on it. My only two issues where noise and cleanliness. Our room was opposite where the cleaning staff stored their trolley, so early mornings we were woken by banging and talking as they struggled to get the trolley out. Secondly, there were marks and handprints on our window, so it hadn't been cleaned. We will be back again for the location!

This hotel is in the perfect location . It includes free parking which is a plus and it is under renovation so some amenities were not included for us ( pool, restaurant, etc.). Most of the staff was very attentive and room has enough space to even fit 6 people ( we were a family of 4). We liked that the sink was separate from the bathtub and the toilet so 2 people can get ready more or less simultaneously. The sheets are not the best and pillows are not comfortable. The worst were the towels... very used up, not fluffy, very small ... i think this is a perfect hotel location and serves its purpose and most likely will be even better post renovations

We stayed here over New Years. Our first visit to Niagara. Despite the fact we had contacted the hotel via email and social media, we had no response from them prior to our arrival. We had asked a few basic questions which would have really helped out for our first visit here. The hotel itself is clean and very modern. The restaurant attached is over priced for its buffet breakfast options and the front desk staff basically ignore you when you enter or leave the building. If approached they are friendly but during our 5 night stay not once did hotel staff initiate any form of communication.
I would recommend this hotel, but they really could work on their customer service.

Location is good, close to a lot of food spots, entertainment such as Ferris wheel, etc and walking distance to falls. Staff was nice, room size was good. The shower needed to be maintained better, ends has some kind of black gunk. Our room didn’t have a microwave, requested one which was $10 per night. Parking onsite was $15 nightly. The hotel’s restaurant was closed. Pool open just needed to let front desk know so they can reserve a time for you so they don’t have a crowd, I think 10 ppl allow.

My partner and I stayed at the Vittoria hotel on December 31st - January 1st. Unfortunately I had mistakenly left a Tiffany’s bracelet, a brand new Links of London bracelet, and 2 pandora rings on the nightstand. I remembered about the jewelry the next day when I was getting ready and on January 2nd, I immediately called and asked if the housekeeping staff had found and returned the jewelry as I specifically recalled the jewellery being left on the left hand side nightstand. I was told that they’d look into it and call me back. I received a call back stating that no jewelry was found and reported by the housekeeping staff Since it was only a day after we checked out, it is clear and unfortunate that someone on staff has not been honest. Although I completely I understand that it is my responsibility to double check the room prior to checkout and take full responsibility for this careless error, being told that staff have an obligation to turn in any found jewelry and/or items left by occupants does not make the situation any better. I am beyond frustrated with this situation and although I am at fault, it is disheartening that someone on staff has not been honest. We will not be staying here again and do not recommend this hotel!

Yes it does. You can also park off sight for nothing, about a block away.
Hmmm. To be honest I am not sure. I suspect that they could at least hold luggage at the front desk until the room is available. At this non-busy time of the year I would “feel” that early check-in could be a possibility.
Yes they do
No...and it’s very expensive. Tim Horton is best answer for early hours. Many places open later than you may expect
