The hotel seemed to be renovated. The rooms were really Big, Spacious and Clean. The room we got had a wonderful ambience. The falls and mist of Niagara could be seen from one of the windows. Walkable distance to Niagara. An excellent and reasonable place to stay
Avoid this hotel for at least another 6 months to a year. They are doing a large renovation and all the amenities are closed and larking is off site. So if you have a lot of luggage it’s a huge pain. The price is comparable to other better hotels in the area so choose somewhere else.
In room 408 the outside wind is blowing through the AC unit and a whistle sound is permanent, day and night. Also there is an extra door between the next room, and you can hear all conversations. Clients should be warned about this room and other similar ones, and the price should be discounted! For the second night in this hotel we insisted on changing rooms and the experience became very pleasant. Spacious, clean, quiet, great location. Will come back but watch for rooms with problems.
I heard this was being renovated and was interested to see what this place was like. Never been. Well, we will definitely be coming back. Check in was smooth, friendly and quick. Because of construction, parking was off site and free if you don't mind walking about 3 minutes. Elevators are pretty quick. The rooms are amazing. Calming colours, clean, spacious like really spacious, and bright. I normally don't sleep well at hotels as I'm very particular with mattresses. thankfully, these were firm mattresses with great pillows and i slept very well. I even slept in a little which is unheard of. Very close to Clifton hill, 2 to 3 minute walk if that. We will definitely be returning here and will recommend it!
Worst experience and customer service ever. They are renovating and nothing on site, no kettles, no room service, no pool no nothing, you only find these things out after paying and then too late to cancel. We could even get a spoon to stir our coffee. For an almost $200 per night hotel this is ridiculous. I'm Australian and don't have high expectations , but come on. This hotel needs to do better, much better. So disappointed in what is meant to be a quality hotel. You would get better amnesties from the el cheapo $69 hotel down the road. Do yourself a favour and don't stay here.
This is the second time me and my boyfriend are staying at this hotel. We paid $81cad plus taxes. The hotel is modern, very clean, and smells nice. It is close to everything you need in Niagara. The reason why I gave it 4/5 is because it is currently under construction. The onsite parking is closed but we were able to park for free on a nearby lot which is a 5min walk from the hotel. We were looking forward to their hot tub/pool but it was close as well. Hopefully when we come back they’re done with the construction. We still like this hotel and the service is good.
We stayed at Vittoria Hotel & Suites (16-18 November) and from the initial greeting at reception to the check-out we didn't have any issues what so ever. Richard checked us in super fast and gave us early entry in to our suite on the 9th floor with excellent river views. Well appointed room plenty of towels and toiletries. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Plenty coffee supplies and the bottled water was appreciated. Great location, close to everything and well with in walking distance. Free off-site parking was also good. Would thoroughly recommend
We stayed at the Vittoria November 10 to the 15th 2021. This is a great hotel, very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are in the planning stages of renovations, but made sure we knew about it and the pool and restaurant would be closed before we got there. This did not bother us as we don't really use either. Overall a wonderful stay.
We've been to Niagara Falls many times but this is our first time staying at Vittoria. Check-in was a breeze with very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and good size room. Wonderful location. We particularly loved our view overlooking the Skywheel and Clifton Hill. We parked at the free offsite parking lot which is 2 minutes walk and nicely paved. This hotel is now our new favourite and will definitely come back again.
Located directly near Clifton Hill and many restaurants. Just a short walk to the falls. Parking available for CAD15 per night or at the moment for free (3-4min walk away from the hotel). Rooms are spacious and we’re very clean. Staff was friendly. Swimming pool and restaurant are under construction at the moment. The walls in the hotel are thin. So you can hear your neighbors or people on the floor. No big issue for us. More towel racks would be helpful. We would book it again if we were in Niagara Falls.
