I will admit that his hotel is in a great location if you want to be in the middle of the action of Clifton Hill. There are lots of things to do and places to eat right outside the door. The parking area seemed a little sketchy and I definitely wouldn't leave anything of value in

First I will start with the Staff, excellent staff, we were very late to check in and had no issues. All the staff we had to deal with were very friendly and helped in every way they could without question. Now to the room, the carpet felt and were dirty and sticky, def needs a g

Stayed in this hotel one night with our grandchildren. Nice and close to activities on Clifton Hill. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Comfortable beds. Good value. Only downfall there is no breakfast and the TV reception is by antenna with only about 10 channels available.

Booked room for 4 people, has a late addition to the group,
Any other Hotel, and I have had them do it would charge $20+ for extra guest. They spewed fire code.only 4 in a room. So I was forced to purchase extra room. Or leave and go back home.
Not impressed.

What is the minimum check in age?
21. But I suggest sleeping in your car or even on the street before sleeping inside this disgusting hotel. I've never in my life seen such a disgusting hotel.

reading the reviews of this place, I m now in two minds... is it really that bad to stay here?????????????. I thought this chain of hotels is pretty ok to stay in ... but the reviews have left me aghast !!!
No its not bad at all compared to the condition of some of the other places there. It's clean, staff is nice and the location is great for walking to major attractions. We stay here at least a few times a year if not more. The bedding is decent no bugs, rooms smell good, lighting is a little inadequate but all rooms have big windows. Definitely not the Sheraton but job and cheaper than all other hotels close by. Free parking and free WiFi also.
