The hotel was located in a great area, walking distance to Cliffton Hill, close to many restaurants and the falls. Breakfeast was satisfactory, bagels, toast, cream cheese & jams, coffee and juices, get there early or it gets very busy. Pool was clean, kids loved it. Parking was reasonable price and you can leave the car there after you check out until 1:00. pm. The rooms could use an update.

This mid-range hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk from Niagara Falls. Large room with 2 king beds. Coffee machine, ironing board with iron available. Windows cannot be opened. Toilet is also unusual and a shower curtain is no longer contemporary. Care products available and super fast internet. The lift is very slow and stops practically on every floor. The breakfast room is much too small for all guests. Overall, there were several tour groups in the hotel and you had to queue and wait until you even got into the breakfast room. The bagels were good. However, there is far too much waste with all the disposable dishes.

This hotel has an excellent location. It has a very close stop for the WEGO transportation. You are a few steps away from Clifton Hill street. Beds are very confortable. People are very nice and the place is clean. Breakfast was included and it is fair for the price but you might miss a little extra if you expect more protein like eggs. The breakfast included bread, bagels, butter, jam, yogurt, coffee, juice from concentrate, fresh oranges and apples, some cereal, etc. Our check out was in the late afternoon and they were vey kind to keep our bags in storage in a well protected place.

After reading some of the reviews, I wasn’t sure what this hotel would be like. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels. I am not fussy…just want clean and convenient and reasonably priced. This hotel provides that. Check in was easy and quick. We were early and they held our luggage in a locked room while we went and had lunch. Our rooms were a bit old and tired, and a couple of them had a chemical odour (maybe a cleaning substance) but they were clean and had the basics. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no fridge in the room, but that was not an issue for me. I saw employees cleaning daily……wiping surfaces and door knobs and rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. While not a hot breakfast, it did have cereal, toast, bagels, etc. The hotel is very close to Clifton Hill and many restaurants. If you are looking for a high end hotel with all the “bells and whistles”, look elsewhere.(and pay more). If you simply want a clean, simple place to sleep, I would recommend this hotel.

This is a decent and clean hotel choice only a short walk to Clifton Hills and the river on one side and the Skylon Tower and the falls on the other. It seemed fairly quiet, but I was there at the beginning of the week, so I don't know what Friday-Sunday might be like. I had a good view of the giant Ferris wheel.
I think that the furniture was fairly spartan, but perfectly comfortable and the bed was nice and firm. I neither need nor want all the bells and whistles in a hotel: I'm there to tourist, not to stay in my room.
Check-in and check out were extremely quick and smooth and all of the staff were uniformly pleasant and polite. They were also very quick to deal with a minor housekeeping bobble that I encountered, which I very much appreciated.
The hotel has a decent continental breakfast setup. I'm not certain if it's because of COVID or because of a lack of kitchen facilities, but that was the only meal. This is not a complaint, as there are a number of eateries scattered around the area.
One minor issue I do have is that the main elevator is slow and small. Fortunately, there's another one at the other side of the hotel, by the pool.
You should also be aware that Niagara Falls is extremely expensive. This was one of the less expensive choices of what I consider an acceptable quality available, but it wasn't exactly "cheap". Again, not a criticism, just something to bear in mind.

Will never stay at this property again. For the quality of service and amenities it was overpriced. It was a bust weekend but nevertheless we could have gotten other properties with much better amenities for less than what we have paid at this location. Our reservation was for a king bedroom but we had to change rooms because we did not like it, so we were given a double queen bed which should have been much cheaper but we were told it is more expensive because it was priced according to occupancy. However after back and forth with the front desk we were given a $50 rebate on the room rate.

Check in was okay but it was unfriendly. I didnt feel the hospitality at all. I see that point needs to be enhanced.
It is nearby everything, Clifton hill is just few meters away. There are plenty of restaurants just infront of the hotel and within walkable distance.
They offer free breakfast which has the basic needs. It has cakes which was delicious. It has bagels, toast, cheese, jam, fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juices. The seating area is limited, so it is better to go there early at the morning to find a place. It is from 7AM to 10AM
Room was nice and cozy. Our room has a nice view overlooking the Niagara SkyWheel. It was a cool view really. The room doesnt have a mini bar fridge.
The indoor pool is so nice and my kids enjoyed it so much. There is also a jacuzzi and sauna too. It is from 8:30 AM to 10 PM
The parking will cost you $12

Get refrigerators in the rooms! Highly unexpected that there were none. One staff member tried to have us believe the hotel never had fridges. Another said the hotel was renovating and then would be installing new fridges. No matter what, when the suites have the chest of drawers and integrated cabinet for the mini fridge, it should have a mini fridge. This property should also have microwave ovens in every room. On Saturday they closed the hot tub as well saying there was a “loose tile” - drain it if needed, address the issue and get it back in service for the paying customers.

Price and location unbeatable (but also November - outside the session). Staff were very friendly. Breakfast not comparable to German hotels (there were 2 bagels, 1 toasted bread, jam and Philadelphia cheese as a topping). Rooms were clean and very large. The double rooms each had two double beds (so can be occupied for up to 4 people). Walking distance to almost everything in Niagara Falls.
