we stayed only one night with breakfast included in this hotel chosen by the tour to visit Niagara Falls, within walking distance in about ten / fifteen minutes. our room was super clean and fragrant. modern structure and staff always courteous to customer needs. good breakfast.

Cleaner than average guest rooms (we had 2), spacious guestrooms, air conditioning was a bit cumbersome to operate but it worked fine. Friendly, efficient staff at front desk. Parking sufficient. Too bad it's a bit far walk from Clifton Hill.

I stayed one night at the Ramada on Ferry St. In Niagara for a friends wedding. The room was clean, the location was perfect - a 15 minute walk to the falls. And so many businesses and restaurants around in walking distance.
The only hiccup we had was I paid for everything online with my credit card - pretty standard these days. But when my partner went to check in (his name also on the reservation) he was given a hard time because he was not me. I was at a wedding venue getting ready, and he needed to shower before going to the wedding coming right from work. With a little convincing they allowed him access to our room, but that part was a little bit annoying considering his name was on the actual reservation and all fees already paid.
Staff was nice, all mask protocols were in full effect and followed, sanitizer everywhere available, and all physical distancing markers in proper places.
Would stay again.

This probably would have been a 3 or 4 star review if not for the hotel’s poor service. Check in was fine, location is decent, parking is fine, rooms are a good size. We were staying for two nights and were told we had to request housekeeping service if we wanted it. Our first morning there our toilet clogged so my husband called down to ask for maintenance. Before maintenance could come the clog resolved, but water had overflowed onto the floor. We called down and said we no longer needed help with the clog, but could we have the room cleaned. We were told no - they would not clean our room. I told them toilet water had overflowed onto the floor and they reluctantly agreed to clean only the area around the toilet. I am not sure if they did so - when we returned to the room later that day the towels we had around the base of the toilet were gone but it was not apparent that they cleaned, especially since nothing else in the room was done. We couldn’t even empty our own trash because we did not have a trash can on our floor.
The morning of checkout, housekeeping staff knocked on our door several times to ask when we were leaving. I told them we paid for the room until 11, we would be staying until 11. I thought it was very rude of them to rush us like that.
I know there was a time when it was best for everyone’s health and safety if cleaners did not enter the room on a daily basis. However, those days are over, so this is no longer an acceptable level of service. We should not have to beg for clean bathroom floors. This hotel needs to provide an acceptable standard of service or reduce their rates accordingly.

The room itself wasn’t horrible the bed was comfy but the shower was gross. I am very particular about the cleanliness of washrooms and the shower was not cleaned or maintained.. gross black in all the grout, hair from previous tenants etc… literally left without showering. I also have a big issue with places raising their prices 5x just because it’s New Year’s Eve… some people are travelling for work and not for a party so why should we have to suffer the cost burden, yesterday was 300+ today is 79$ for the same room.. did the hotel change overnight?

While this hotel has 2 things that are most important to me - safety & comfortable beds, it missed the 3rd - cleanliness. Overall it was reasonably clean, but as soon as we got into our room at 7pm after driving all day, I went straight to the bathroom and found urine in the toilet and dried on the seat. I just don’t know how this could’ve been missed by housekeeping. I was absolutely exhausted and had sanitising wipes so I took care of it myself, but after the dismissive response I got at checkout when I was asked how my stay was, I wish I’d made a big deal about it which it deserved. There wasn’t even “we’ll comp the parking” ($20 - which is outrageous considering it’s a tiny, unsecure car park that is largely used to store 40’ containers and not guest’s cars and there was a homeless person hanging out there smoking). There was a hole in the actual bed spread as well as the sheets and the aircon was crazy noisy no matter what setting it was on. I very rarely leave a unfavourable review but I feel I always leave fair reviews and this is as fair as it gets.

If you booked at a higher price through their direct website (not 3rd party), they won't match the best price (ie. When room prices drop closer to check-in date). Housekeeping didn't clean our room after check-in (we stayed 2 nights) nor did anyone offer us fresh towels.

Like others who have posted here, we booked our stay with this hotel 6 months in advance in order to see the solar eclipse in April. 3 weeks before our stay the hotel just cancelled our reservation, saying a group had booked through May. I had no idea they could even do that. They obviously just wanted to get more money for the room. The manager offered no assistance to find another room. When I posted a negative review on Google, the hotel offered me meal vouchers if I ever stayed with them. Meal vouchers! Because of this experience I will never stay at a Ramanda hotel ever again if I can help it. If there is any other option to choose, I will choose it. This is really poor conduct and should not be permitted, in my opinion.

We were staying at this hotel for one night during our 2-days-trip to Niagara Falls from New York. We did not select this hotel as it was secured by the tour operator but we were very happy about the size of the rooms and the excellent sleeping quality. Also, the complimentary breakfast during which you should not expect a lot in North America, was OK with toasts, cheese, fruits, yoghurts etc. Well done and I would certainly return if visiting Niagara Falls in the future.
A minor downside is the location. You need to take a cab to get to the heart of the city but seven dollars spent on cab are well justified given the sleeping comfort offered by this hotel.

Was due to stay here in April for the solar eclipse. Ive had this booking for a long time and had paid in full only to receive an email that the hotel cancelled my booking 3 weeks b4 travel as it is "over booked" They obviously took no thought to the fact that we were coming from the UK and have flights booked etc.
I have found an alternative but because its so close to the eclipse it is double the price.
Their actions are totally unacceptable and i will never stay in a Ramada hotel again

This would be a great question to ask the hotel but I’m sure it means that it’s $300 deposit for the duration of your stay for one room. You will be refunded if the room is free from any damage or stolen items.
There was not with our stay but I am not sure about their protocol
I noticed the fee someone else paid but we had a very good discounted deal which may our stay at this hotel even more enjoyable
There are more places to choose from in the Niagara Falls area.
