This particular location is in a great spot. They also offered free parking if you have a handicap permit which is awesome. Rooms were clean. Hallways were clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We’ve stayed there numerous times now.

I'd rather stay at any of the Ramada's in Niagara Falls as they're much cheaper and the staff are much nicer. This one is only about a 15 minute walk to the Sheraton where the OLG stage is. Everything is very clean and nicely presented. The only con I would say is that the ice machine is only on the main floor.

Needs deep cleaning, but good comfortable adequately priced room. Comfortable beds. Door lock plate needs attention and was overlooked. Good walking distance. Deal for fun zone inclusion was misleading. Had to pay extra.

The only downside is it was too far to walk to the casino and the falls. Had to drive to a lot of places. But otherwise it was a very nice hotel and the room was very big. Would stay there again if I didn’t want to visit any attractions.

due to lineup it took 25 minutes to check in on arrival, we had to walk 5 flights because one elevator was closed and staff were using the other, reports of theft from vehicles from other guests, rude staff at check in.

The reception was good. The place was clean. It is very close to a lot of amenities. There are sufficient parking areas for guests to park their vehicles. My boyfriend and I had very comfortable stay here

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. We were so well looked after by Melissa. She helped us with so many things. Our trip was such a success because she was working at this hotel. Great hotel. Exc service. Friendly staff. Safe. Secure entrances. Hotel is close to all amenities and restaurants and pizza or small diners. Hotel staff are prompt if you need something. I will definitely stay here again!
