When we stayed ownership had just changed. Restaurant was closed. Rooms are small and minimalistic due to the size, but if you get the Falls side, the view is incredible. Service wasn't very friendly. And valet parking is a 5 to 10 minute shuttle away...More
It was a nice experience to be in this hotel. Super nice view of the Niagara Falls. I enjoyed all the facilities in this hotel. Staff were awesome! I will surely recommend this to all! Plan ahead of time to get better rates.
Niagara Falls Tower Hotel.
This is an older hotel that is really showing its age. However the views of the falls are spectacular and at night the light show is romantic and the fire works are amazing. You are really paying for the view! As...More
We booked this for our 33rd Anniversary and loved it. Small room but we never tired of looking out the window at the Falls. Great process for getting our car although a bit pricey at $45/night, but they were quick to get us to it...More
I checked in to this hotel today. At the door the parking man was very nice and helpful. My disappointment started since I entered lobby. Very normal and average lobby ( even worst that Holiday inn at Toronto airport where I was staying last night)....More

There is no place to park at the hotel, only a small semi circle to pull off the road and unload your bags and check into the hotel. The hotel offers valet parking for $45CAD per day, or you may find your own parking somewhere else. Since I was from out of town and did not know the area at all, I decided to go with the valet parking. The parking lot that they use seemed very secure, and my car was well taken care of. The only downside to this is that you have to take a shuttle to get your car. It's free, but you have to wait for it to arrive, and then it also makes another stop at the hotel next door. It took me about 40 minutes to get my car when I checked out of the hotel; but there were many people checking out at the same time, which probably accounts for the amount of time it took.

I stayed here one night and stayed at another hotel the night before. It was the week in March when all kids are off from school so the area was very busy but the staff was very accommodating! Although I don’t remember exactly what time we checked in, we were able to get into the room early. I’d call the hotel and explain your situation. I’m sure they’ll figure something out for you!
