Located in Fallsview, our "boutique" hotel is 500 yards to the Falls and two blocks to Fallsview Casino and Scotiabank Convention Centre. Our guestrooms occupy the topmost floors of the tower with floor-to-ceiling windows providing unobstructed breath-taking views of the magnificent...
So if I had paid $100 a night this might have been a 4 star review. The staff was nice and helpful but all the furniture was worn carpets stained and at $230 a night I assumed WiFi was included but they charge you $45...More
The rooms are small but you can see that in the photos. We had a Fallsview and it was a great view. I was pretty disappointed in the parking situation. They have a “valet” when you get there. He parks your car but when you...More

Great view of the falls. I had no complaints about the room although I see other had. Unfortunately, the good experience which this could have been was marred by the gouging tactics. Parking cost us $45 for one night. Also charged to our room was...More

There is no place to park at the hotel, only a small semi circle to pull off the road and unload your bags and check into the hotel. The hotel offers valet parking for $45CAD per day, or you may find your own parking somewhere else. Since I was from out of town and did not know the area at all, I decided to go with the valet parking. The parking lot that they use seemed very secure, and my car was well taken care of. The only downside to this is that you have to take a shuttle to get your car. It's free, but you have to wait for it to arrive, and then it also makes another stop at the hotel next door. It took me about 40 minutes to get my car when I checked out of the hotel; but there were many people checking out at the same time, which probably accounts for the amount of time it took.
