We had an appointment the following day, so we decided to stay at this Quality Inn where we had stayed previously. However, this time, we stayed in the main building where you checked in. The room was large and provided a view of the indoor pool across the roadway. The breakfast was also in this building, which was just an elevator ride away. Unlike other hotels in Nisgara Falls, parking was included.

*** Bad ☹️
Excessive plumbing noise from other rooms, even louder than our noisy air conditioner eg. you don’t get to sleep until your neighbour’s stop using their wash basin and shower.
No fly screen to keep the flys out eg. couldn’t open the window.
Plenty of lights in the room but only 50% of the globes are working.
Curtains don’t block the outside lights at night.
I didn’t feel safe leaving valuables in my room.
Lots of wear and tear!

*** Good 😊😊😊😊😊
Location Location, 10 minutes walk to the falls down a short steep hill.
Easy to find Hotel because it’s beside the Skylon Tower and Casino.
Downtown is top of hill, the same level as hotel eg. Walk to everywhere and leave the car at the hotel, that’s a plus.
Comfortable beds, not too hard or soft.
Food court in the Casino opposite eg. Tim Hortons, Burger King, Sushi, Burritos…
Tip: Tim Hortons sells large cups of Hot Water 20 cents per cup.
Free hot and cold water dispenser at reception, otherwise it’s not cheap to buy water downtown.

Breakfast self serve:
Waffles hot
Sausage hot
Scrambled egg hot
Cereal packets
Bread
Muffin
Orange juice
Tea & Coffee
Decaf coffee (Bonus)

Conclusion: if you need a hotel room in a top location with free parking then this is the hotel for you.
I won’t return because I value my sleep.

Note: every hotel I’ve stayed at Niagara Falls have been in very poor condition, probably due to excessive tourism.

We recently stayed here for an extended weekend. Overall it was fine. Not great but not bad. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner, especially the floors. Unsure if they were mopped very well before we got in to the room. We were in a room on the bottom floor and were able to park right outside our door. We booked here because of the free parking, the free breakfast and the proximity to the Falls.

Location: It was just a short walk down the hill to the Falls and not too far from restaurants and activities.

Rooms: Like I said could have been a bit cleaner but overall fine. The beds were comfortable. The shower pressure could have been better but there was plenty of hot water.

Pool: You had to book a time for the pool as they could only allow a max of 10 people. We didn't have an issue with booking this and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Breakfast: I wish the website had said they were not really offering a breakfast. I understand they can not have their regular breakfast available but what was offered was kind of pathetic. It was an apple (red delicious which are a terrible eating apple), a muffin (that was really dry) and an apple juice box. We ended up eating elsewhere which kind of ticked us off because we thought there might at least be yogurt or a bit more variety of fruit or perhaps at least fresh muffins.

Overall I likely will not stay here again but it served the purpose for the three nights we were there. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway.

We understand that the "bagged lunch" style breakfast in the morning was due to COVID restrictions but a number of annoyances happened during our stay. We arrived at the room only to discover that the previous guests left their dirty towels hanging in the washroom and no clean towels were to be found. The little travel bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion were there but no regular hand soap to wash with. When we asked for clean towels - we were told to vacate the room while they looked after it. We ended up going for dinner while we waited. We booked a time to use the indoor pool. All was well until we got to the door and it was locked. They knew we had booked for that time and yet we had to hunt the staff down in our swimwear to get them to unlock the door. It wasn't until after we had gotten in the water (and the staff had vanished) that we realized that there were no "pool towels" clean and dry for our use either. Thankfully, other guests had booked shortly after us (pool area can have up to 10) and we snagged some towels when they were let into the enclosure. The location was great & the parking and wifi were free so to have all the mishaps that we did - we were sorry that we chose them and will be very hesitant to choose them again in the future. We have paid less at a "lesser" accommodation and had a much better experience. Buyer beware...

literally the only saving grace is the great location and free parking (if you are lucky enough to find a spot). Other than that this place is a huge rip off. It’s FILTHY (the photos i attached speak for themselves); The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and during a pandemic places are supposed to be going out of their way to be even cleaner!!!! Ceiling was falling down in one of our rooms, dangerous mold debris and dust in both rooms. Grafitti on walls that say “dirty s&)t hotel”. No towels at check in. Dirty bathroom with hair on floor. Filthy halls with huge soiled laundry bags blocking the elevators which made things especially challenging for my wheelchair bound mother. We overheard an argument over the walkie talkies over who would come to help us at front desk when we tried to reserve pool. no house keeping services, no breakfast buffet but there are daily resort and tourism fees in addition to the very high nightly rate. When we tried to resolve things with manager John O‘Connor, we were told we had to go through Choice hotels corporate who just referred us back to this hotel. They told us they can’t refund any of the charges including the tourism fee which is optional as per Ontario law. Horrible experience and will never stay here again. Tons of other customers were complaining similar things during our stay.

let me start by telling that covid Ckeaning Protocols are really NOT taking seriously at this hotel , first room we got had all kinds of hairs in the sheets ,Clerk when to inspect the second room he gave us and was not much better . the room had spider webs in the corners and the sinks still had soap stains from previous guests. if ypu don’t care about cleaness and just want a good location with free parking go for it . PS: don’t bring your wife there or kids ,moslty for a guys trips lol

Great location, you can walk down the hill to the falls. Rooms are modern and the bed comfortable. Average size, but on the small side. We enjoyed the balcony although there was not much of a view, just the parking lot. The breakfast is a take out brown bag with a cheap apple juice pack, small dry muffin and an apple. Drive north on Stanley to Lundys Lane for a decent breakfast. You will need to mortgage your home if you go to IHOP, which is close by. Note the Casino across the road is closed.

Booked the king room with spa tub for our anniversary got to hotel they said they had upgraded us but when we got to the room it was a king bed with balcony, no spa tub, we went down and tried to get correct room but were told room was unavailable that’s why we were “upgraded” to 7th floor at no additional charge , We said we wanted to cancel as the room was not the one we booked online, we were told By the girl working the front desk they couldn’t do it there were no cancellations and the rooms don’t match the pictures online. I was very upset so we left and went to the Howard Johnson where we happily paid almost double for the same room we booked here. The worst part is this hotel charged me for the room I didn’t use plus an extra $50 no one seems to know what it was for. So now I am trying to get not only the room fee back but also the extra $50. This place is a scam I would rather sleep in the street than come here. Would not recommend to someone I hated.

Although this is considered a 3 star venue, two staff upgraded it to a 4 star in our opinion. At check-in, we were greeted by a young lady with a lovely accent who was most cordial. After we got settled in our room, I couldn't figure out how to work the TV. She came over and went through the process with us. During the two mornings that we had breakfast in the large dining room, the attendant went above and beyond her duties of ensuring that there was plenty of food. She checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and even made us fresh waffles. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable, and shower water was hot and forceful. The only thing missing was a microwave. Parking was included in the very reasonable cost for the accommodation. The location was central to all activities. An indoor pool is also on the property.

We only had one bed in our room so you would have to check with hotel how many can fit in room. Might have to ask for roll away bed for third child.
