This bed and breakfast was perfectly located for venturing out to see the falls and hang out downtown. Parking is onsite and gives you back door access. My husband and I love breakfast in bed so this was a great touch. I appreciated not running into owners and other people, just because that is part of a B&B I don't... More

My husband and I just returned from spending the weekend at Cairngorm. I couldn't get to the computer fast enough to write an amazing review. This was our first experience with a B&B. We visited Niagara Falls for a romantic and relaxing weekend trip. Annette offered us both at her fantastic B&B - it was just what the doctor ordered.... More

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and decided to try a b&b as it seemed a cheaper option. Well, we were pleasantly surprised by this nice, spacious, clean, well-kept house! The balcony off our bedroom was lovely. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing there after a full day of sightseeing. My only complaint was that we would... More

We stayed for 2 nights and could not have asked for more. We booked room 3 but we were upgraded to room 7 on arrival. Annette greeted us on arrival and was a perfect host. We had a freshly made breakfast delivered to the door each morning and it was beautiful. The design and decor of the B & B... More

We stayed in room #7. Despite what a reviewer wrote earlier it is not at all to small. The breakfast as mentioned all over these reviews was delicious and Annette was very friendly, met us at the door on our arrival and was ready to assist throughout. It is a beautiful place. We went for Beauty and the Beast and... More

My husband and I stayed at the Cairngorm B&B on Sept 5&6/08. From the moment we arrived we received outstanding personalized service from Annette, the owner. She made our stay comfortable and we felt secure knowing she was always in the house looking after our needs. The house is spotless from top to bottom, well cared for and decorated in... More

I have just returned from my second stay at this bed and breakfast; and was not disappointed. It is obvious that Annette goes the extra mile in caring for the property and ensuring that the rooms are immaculate. I appreciated the beautiful breakfast tray that was given to us in the morning, and it was so nice to enjoy our... More

My boyfriend and I rode our bikes from Toronto to Niagara. (!) 150 km!! We did it! But we could not have done it without the gift of The Cairngorm waiting for us when we arrived. We had phone ahead of time to let Annette know we were arriving by bike. She was so sweet and helped us plan the... More

We decided to stay at the Cairngorm Bed & Breakfast for our 10th year anniversary. We loved it! The house was beautifully decorated with a calming light green foyer and a grand "Scarlett O'Hara" wooden staircase. We stayed in the Garden suite (room#5) which had a very comfortable king size bed, a jacuzzi and a walk out balcony overlooking the... More

My wife and I decided to book this hotel based on the favorite reviews and stayed there recently for 2 nights. The interior and general ambiance is nice but the plus and also the minus of the place is its owner Annette. We have not seen there anybody else except her. The room (#7) was too small - no place...
