Location was amazing we were able to walk from there to all attractions. House is clean and not very spacious but great for the price. Would recommend definitely. Check in was easy as well as check out and we had free parking on site. Breakfast a big plus!

The location was very convenient and the host was helpful with suggestions of where to dine out. There was good ventilation in the room, and it was quite peaceful. There were some inconveniences. No side table by the bed and no convenient place to plug in a cell phone charger. No towel hanger near the shower or sink. No paintings in the bedroom to make it feel a little more cozy. There was little or no space near the sink to place objects such as a toiletry case. The room was clean and chairs were comfortable. The breakfast was very pleasant. Parking access was good and the stay was enjoyable.

We loved how personal the experience was. Definitely more memorable than a hotel. The room and bathroom were unique and comfortable. The breakfast was thoughtfully made and delicious. We had a lot of flexibility with check in time and were able to keep our car parked at the B&B even after we checked out, which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first time in a B&B. It exceeded expectations. Eileen is very nice and accommodating. The house was clean and tidy. Parking was very easy and we felt safe in the area. It's about a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill and 15 to a good view of the falls. It was very close to the casino as well. Breakfast was delicious and ready exactly at the time scheduled. Would definitely stay here again. Of note, the Ivy room where we stayed was right off the dining area so you could hear people through the door. It did have an in room shower and bathroom.

We enjoyed staying in a small, quaint B&B rather than a larger impersonal hotel. We were able to organise an earlier than normal breakfast as we were being picked up early for our Over the Falls Tour. Everything worked well for us during our stay.

We stayed at the Glen Mhor for 2 nights in August (my husband and i and our 11 year old son). We were in the Wisteria room which was more than adequate for our needs. Eileen was very welcoming and get homemade items at breakfast went down a treat! My son loved helping himself to the homemade cookies on the table downstairs and having chilled bottle water available in the fridge was a bonus! We were able to leave the car and walk into town to access everything Niagara falls has to offer without worrying about finding and paying for parking. Situated in a perfect position overlooking the river with views of Rainbow Bridge from right outside!

The owner was "very" nice and when she saw that my husband was so tall she gave us her biggest room. The house was very dated and the bathroom was so very small. BUTTTTT it was sooooo close to everything we did not need to use our car at all so saving us many-many dollars in parking fees. The breakfast was OK I am sure it would better be appreciated by someone who liked fancy cooking. Myself just some eggs and bacon or ham and toast. BUTTTT would probably stay here again.

After an enjoyable and relaxing stay at a B&B in Niagara on the Lake we headed to Glen Mohr in Niagara falls , that had glowing reviews online. There was no one to greet us at the door, but an envelope with room information, breakfast form and any allergies. The Wisteria room had a ceiling fan, which we turned on being a hot sunny day. The breakfast room was the only other area to sit, and it was stiflingly warm. Someone else was using our supposedly private bathroom ?? . We headed to the Hornblower Cruise ,which is an experience you have to try at least once. In hindsight, it probably saved us from severe injury. On arriving back to the room, the ceiling fan had come apart, broken glass and bulbs, screws (one of which was a spiral fluorescent) and 3 of the fan blades were on the floor ,shag rug,and the beds. I tried calling the number for the owner, got an answering machine. Tried calling booking.com , was put on hold 15 minutes before I hung up. I cleaned up the glass and put it all outside the room on the tiny shag rug with a note .The owner called back ,said she was at the airport picking up a relative , and would send her son to fix the fan and clean up. 15 minutes later we left the room for supper and the glass and rug had disappeared, no one even knocked on our door to see if we were OK !! Later that night the owner came to the room, she was very pleasant and calm, asked if we wanted the comforters changed, but did not apologize or ask if any of us was hurt. The beds were creaky but comfortable. The bathrobes and towels were very soft and comfy. Breakfast next morning was delicious, poached egg in Ham , fresh fruit and scones with strawberry jam. I found it strange that there was no apology or offer to reduce the room rate considering our experience .

I am very sorry that you did not have a good experience here. We tried to address the issue as quickly as possible. The fan was replaced the next day. As you mentioned, I did come up to see you as soon as I got home. I did apologize for the trouble that you experienced. You indicated that nothing further was desired. I am glad that you enjoyed breakfast!
