We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host didn't speak English well, but communicating with a translator app worked perfectly. He was from Beijing. The best surprise was the use of a parking pass!!!! This saved us $35 daily to park near Table Rock. We rode the WeGo around during the day. There is a WeGo stop a block away (2 half blocks) but it doesn't start until after 9 am. We avoided the crowds at the Falls by going early.

The B&B is very clean. They ask that you remove shoes on entry and provide slip-on house shoes while there. Tea and coffee is available 24 hours and there Is a hot water pot in the room as well. Don't expect an American breakfast but it was DELICIOUS. We absolutely loved it. Great value if you enjoy a unique experience.

We booked one night here in mid-January.
We were greeted by the friendly landlord and were shown to our rooms.
Each room that we had included an en-suite 3 piece bathroom.
The rooms are nicely appointed and fairly spacious. The mattresses were very comfortable, firm and supportive. Each of our rooms had a TV mounted on the wall with full TV service.

If you want to enjoy breakfast here, it’s a mere $5.00 per person, must be ordered when checking in, and is highly recommended and a terrific value at $5.00 per person. No second helpings. There are a few options available if you have certain preferences.
The house is 140 years old and the interior is beautiful, with wood frames around all windows, a few stainglass windows are installed, and the assortment of plants which are carefully maintained help to purify the air (not that it needs it).

Book early, book often for a excellent stay and great value.

Li the hostess was very sweet and accommodating. The home was a 150 year old, beautiful Victorian style. A beautiful flower garden in the front. My wife and I stayed in the White Orchid room which was nice and comfortable. The only negative was: the mounted television would be better mounted with a swivel so you can watch TV while in bed. The prices were very reasonable for the area and you're only a 15-20 minute walk from the Falls. I had a nice French breakfast at a nearby spot called Paris Crêpes Café. Very nice place to try!

Isn't a Bed and Breakfast place supposed to include a nice gourmet breakfast served by the property owner/host? That's what it's SUPPOSED to be! I didn't get breakfast either day of a two night stay and still had to pay $140. He wanted $160 until I complained. The host told me they don't serve breakfast in the winter time. Why was that? I paid full price and I eat 12 months of the year.

There was nobody onsite and that's very unusual as well. The host is supposed to be friendly and welcoming. He wasn't even there until it came time to collect the money!

He also didn't speak English. That's very hard when you have problems or concerns to address. I think he should take an English as a second language course. Not to sound rude, but it's one of our two national languages! Guests aren't expecting to have to use translation apps to translate to Chinese. It made the stay uncomfortable and awkward for me.

My boyfriend and I came here for our first year anniversary. It is an easy downhill walk from this place to the Falls. If you are able bodied it’s very doable. We had the English garden room and it was lovely. It had a nice view of the street. This house is a minutes walk away from the water. The host is super sweet— she gave us an informative tour but then we had total privacy the rest of the weekend. It’s like staying in a hotel room. Tea and coffee are provided. I believe she offers breakfast for a price as well if you notify her in advance as there is a menu posted in the lobby. Covid safety precautions are strictly implemented which is great. Definitely will be staying here again in the future :)

My husband and I spent New Years Eve at this B&B. The house is 104 years old, recently renovated and well maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable and cozy. The hostess Li was gracious and very accommodating, adding personal touches which made it that more enjoyable. She prepared a very reasonable yet very delicious breakfast and we got an opportunity to chat with her other guests. It was lovely. Thank you Li. Happy New Year!

We've had a wonderful stay at Li's B&B! Li was very warm and welcoming, and prepared us a big breakfast in the morning (french toast with maple syrup, fruit, yoghurt, sausages, cookies, coffee and juice). The room was very clean and spacious. The B&B is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 5 min walking distance from the Niagara Falls bus and train stations but a 20 min walk to the Falls. We would definitely book here again!

Stayed for one night with my husband. Very comfortable and quiet place, and Li, the host, was very welcoming. She clearly followed COVID-19 measures and ensured everyone was complying so we could have a safe stay. It is a 2.5km walk to the falls, but there is a bus stop just 1 min down the road. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a one night, wine tour. Very comfortable environment, bed and host. All rooms had own bathroom. Host is very attentive. Simple set up, felt comfortable sitting in the living room and enjoying drinks with the other couples we traveled with. Breakfast was a small additional cost, very well presented. Will definitely go back.
