Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We booked at the very last minute for 1 night. It was the cheapest option in Niagara Falls on a Saturday night. It was clean, quiet, staff very polite. Cars are charged $10 for parking. No pool, despite pictures. Downside... beds squeaky and saggy. A/c worked well as did min fridge. Very basic. Close to Clifton Hill/Lundts Lane/LCBO.

We arrived later at night. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms could use some updated furniture and paint, but they were adequate. The bed was clean and comfortable. no bedbugs or the like. The location was ideal...an easy walk to the local attractions.

It not may be the most impressive of places when you first pull into the parking lot, but it's quite comfortable inside. The management is nice and they're doing a nice job of keeping it in good condition for guests. I think they could easily justify charging two or three times what they did just based on the location being so close to the Falls and the many attraction in the downtown area Savings translated into more fun to be had at the nearby Fallsview Casino and additional cash for shopping. (BTW loved the Bare Naked Ladies ringing in the New Year's nearby).
I will for sure make this motel my first choice any time I'm visiting Niagara Falls. The driving in was easy -- just a few turns after exiting off the QEW and they have free parking. Look forward to coming back in summer!

Its big scam, owner lied after check out for 100$. He said we damages his property. God swear which is lie. Our kid droped little food on bed which is washable. But owner is 100% lier. Very dirty shower curtain, stained towels and pilow provided us. Room is not good for living. Most of the alcoholic people booked this hotel.

Was here for provincials baseball tournament this weekend and this was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. The only thing clean about this place was the sheets. I complained at check out about the bathrooms and showed the guy at the front desk the photos. The rub was not cleaned I refused to shower in there I went to my friends room next door. There was hair in the drain catcher, hair all in the bottom of the tub, 2 used bars of soap on the ledge with pubic hair on it I wanted to barf. I refused to take my shoes off in the room I only took them off to sleep. The beds are hard very springy and uncomfortable. The tv remote was sticky I was grossed out I washed my hands right away. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could

Don't reserve this on Hotwire! No one will stand up for you if there is an issue. I accidentally booked thinking it was pet friendly. Girl at front desk said I could cancel the booking if I called Hotwire, but Hotwire could not reach anyone at Fairway on the phone. When they finally got through 2 days later, the manager (who was different person than I dealt with) said no, he would not approve the refund. Don't trust Hotwire with 2 star hotels. Don't trust a motel that refuses guests and then charges their credit card anyway

1 star!! Outdated, old and not worth the $114 from Groupon. Empty toilet paper, Dirty used towels under the sink. Wet toilet paper on the bathroom floor.. Beds had bad springs very uncomfortable 😖.

The location unbeatable for the price. We were able to walk to Clifton Hill and the Maid of the Mist in less than 15mins. It is very easy to find and parking is free! We saved at least $40 in parking alone since we could leave the car there and walk everywhere easily.
The room we stayed in had two queen beds. It was large and had a tv. Everything worked and the room and bathroom were clean. I was surprised how comfy the bed and pillows were and the air conditioning works great! I slept as good as i do at home.
The management was very helpful and friendly when we arrived and gave us several maps and coupons. Although we didn't use it there is wireless internet available for travelers with a laptop, which would come in handy.
Staying here made our whole trip run smoothly and affordable for us. I would definitely stay here again the next time I go to Niagara Falls!

We found this hotel on the Niagara Tourism website and decided it met our requirements, completed the online booking form, and got an instant reply confirming the booking. On our arrival we were met by the management who were both very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Any special requests we made were met with polite instant response, if the answer to stranger requests from the norm (glasses repair), was still handled in a totally proffesional manner. The rooms are large, clean and generally well equipped, free high speed Internet provided. The one thing I would like adding to the room would be drinks making facilities, this is only a small point and not to distract from the good stay we enjoyed there. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel if we ever return to Niagara or recommend it to friends and family to stay there.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty !!! No heat in all the rooms !!! Bad smell, dirty toilet with pee on it. I didn’t stay because it was -4 outside and the rooms was freezing cold and when I asked for money back, they start making stories, lied to me and at the end they charged my credit card twice for the rooms and twice for the deposit. I don’t know who gave them licence. Don’t Go There – Ever !!!
