Everyone says "great view" in their review, and I would agree. But there are a number of other hotels with the same view (Marriott Fallsview - I would recommend). The front desk staff were rude and unapologetic (even the manager) when my room was not...More
Please call or review the room you are reserving. The website, while not inaccurate, is somewhat deceiving. The hotel did "make it right" immediately but as an older (tired) traveler I just wanted the exact picture on the website right when i walked in.

It depends what you are expecting on your trip. I did once with total view and it was great. Then 2 other times it was city view the rooms were very nice. I enjoy going up close to the falls on foot and hearing the roar of the falls. If it is your first time to Niagara
Falls then go with the view and on a lower floor is okay because the Canadian side is more spectacular. And yes the parking is expensive there are parking lots a lot cheaper then at the hotel.
