Wish I could give zero star. Room was dirty, blankets were stained, hair on the pillows. Had to climb over one bed just to get to the washroom. Felt very unsafe while we there based upon the noise levels of other tenants. Ended up cancelling our 2 night stay after only 15 minutes on the property. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I'm with a non-for-profit, and was just shopping the Lane to see who has weekly or monthly rates. The receptionist was SO RUDE and HUNG UP ON ME! You can easily just reply 'no, sorry, only night by night rental.'. You don't have to slam the receiver down when I'm about to say thank you for your help. Hanging up on me was the easiest way to make sure about 700 people know to never use your services, even for just one night. Take care.

I have been there on last Saturday sept 10th Everything was dirty carpet stained and not vacuum, AC full of cigarette butts, bed sheets full of hair, bathroom filthy. This place should have been closed down! As a Hotelier myself I must say it’s a real shame!!!

Was filthy. First room was very dirty and smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. Lights didn't work. No Wi-Fi. No remote for the TV. No hand towel or washcloths. The motel appeared to have a number of drug addicts living there. We went back to the front desk to let them know the room was completely unacceptable and we were told that we could either check out another room that was nicer or she would give us a full refund (the full refund was denied by another staff member later that night). We decided to check out a second room. The second room we were given was a little bit cleaner, although we spent 20 minutes cleaning it ourselves. The hallway was completely dark. After bringing up our suitcases we discovered that there was absolutely no hot water, even after letting it run for 15 minutes. The second room also had no Wi-Fi and, again, the tv had no remote control. We were assured that it would be brought up to us but never was. This room also had no hand towels or washcloths. We decided that we couldn't stay at this hotel so we went back down to the front desk to let them know we would be leaving and asked for our money back. We were then told that we would be charged a cancellation fee of one night's stay plus taxes and fees. I let the lady know that we weren't canceling we simply could not stay in the hotel because it was not acceptable and not what was advertised. How in the world would we be expected to stay in a room that was beyond dirty, had no television, no Wi-Fi and, worst of all, no hot water. We were given a third room and because it was now late we decided that we would just stay there until the morning rather than pay the fee and leave just to rent another hotel room. I can't even begin to describe how utterly filthy this room was. I took a number of pictures. This third room also had no Wi-Fi, no TV remote control and there was a window that had an air conditioning unit that was too small and didn't fit the window so the room was cold. On the TV stand / dresser there was a sharp knife that would be easily accessible to children had there been any in the room. We could hear everything that was said outside our room by people milling about out there and, vice versa, they could hear our conversations because we literally had an open window that would not shut. The toilet was absolutely revolting and had obviously never been cleaned as there was fecal matter caked underneath the rim. The bathtub likewise had not been cleaned as it had a major build up of scum, grime, dirt and mildew. The chain lock was barely hanging on, making it completely useless. I would not advise any single women to stay there alone. The only reason I felt safe there was because my fiance was with me. Sadly I didn't have the option to put minus 20 stars for this facility. I would not recommend anybody stay in this place as it's likely a health hazard due to the buildup of mold and grime. When I asked for a receipt I was told that they didn't have any receipt paper so they couldn't give me one. When I asked a second time while we were checking out I was given a scrap piece of paper with some scribbles on it and that was what was to serve as a receipt for our horrendous stay. It's my opinion this place should be condemned. It's filthy, it's broken down and, in my opinion, completely uninhabitable. In my entire lifetime I have never seen a more disgusting place and it ought not to be advertised on any vacation website.

I would not even give this place a star- but to post the review you must give it one star. This place needs HEALTH INSPECTOR, BUILDING INSPECTOR, ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR, to name a few. Phone didn't work, television didn't work, bathtub taps did not work, smoking room full of burn holes on carpets and in bedding! Smell in room was gross -I have a feeling this motel will be short lived as CLEANLINESS is NOT a PRIORITY at this hotel whatsoever! Also NOT impressed with TRAVELOCITY for endorsing such an establishment. 1 STAR is TOO HIGH!!!

CHECK IN TIME IS 2PM: BE THERE ON TIME so you can VIEW AND DECLINE THE ROOM!!! and still have time to locate another property to stay at! If you choose to stay: ATTENTION: BRING REACTINE OR BENADRYL YOU WILL NEED IT!!! We felt since TRAVELOCITY was RECOMMENDING THIS MOTEL that the reviews online were just UNPLEASABLE CUSTOMERS - WE WERE WRONG!!! This place really should be condemned!!! -Free Breakfast IN BOOKING - we were told "they don't have it and to take it up with Travelocity" *from this point on anything was "to be taken up with Travelocity"!!! - First you will be greeted by the smell of SMOKE *in the non-smoking room* accompanied by lingering smells of BLEACH, AMMONIA and some heavy perfume, along with burn holes in the carpet and bedding *some on the curtains* (however frayed, it's a wonder this motel has not yet gone up in smoke!) -Phone not operable -Television not operable *once repaired IT HAS NO STATIONS available -Jetted Tub: did not work *once repaired, water was filthy, tried to fill tub but there was a h0le in the bottom that didn't allow the water to stay and fill! -Bedding - filthy had hair on it (warning bring your own we are glad we did!) -Bed - held up with old wood - not properly cleaned under *you WILL find surprises around the bed as this motel DOES NOT CLEAN!!! -Floors - filthy, had not been vacuumed severe water damage on all the rooms we saw as the carpets are all bubbled and crinkled. (tripping hazard for some) -Bathroom - needed a proper cleaning! 1 roll of extra THIN toilet paper. -Heaters - GOOD LUCK perhaps bring your own heater! ,,,it's a game of chance in many ways!!! It might work, it might not, it might work for a while or it might just quit in the middle of the night!!!-and if it does, the motel will refuse to answer calls or banging on their door! You WILL need to bring our own blankets * In our particular case our friends ended up staying in our room due to the heat in their room stopped working in the middle of the night and the motel did nothing about it! Everyone was complaining at front desk-some screaming, but the young girl tending desk seem to take it in stride smiling the whole time, but not really responding. Very odd - as if this is the norm there. We are currently taking it up with TRAVELOCITY to see what they will do to compensate us. We had brought 4 pillows and two large comforters to which -Service - Best of luck! They are not rude, they just smile, nod, and walk away and ignore you! VERY FRUSTRATING!!! -Parking -careful!!! Some people LIVE here and have specific spaces and if you park IN them they will FIGHT YOU. We were lucky my husband and his friend were able to diffuse the situation and we moved our vehicle to the road. In closing we paid almost $500 New Years Eve to stay in two rooms, to which "you pay AT the hotel". TRAVELOCITY was only willing to give us a voucher for the troubles we went through. WARNING DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL - YOU CAN'T IMAGINE THE DANGERS!!!
