I normally avoid casinos due to the disgusting cigarette smoke found in many of them. None of that here! The facilities are well-maintained and beautiful. Plenty of games to choose from. While it is a casino, somehow the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, instead of the glaring/blaring atmosphere found in many casinos.

Every staff member we interacted with was pleasant and personable, much better than the hotel across the street we were staying in.

Food options are plentiful, from the food court downstairs, to the buffet, to the restaurants out back. Prices on food are a bit high, but there's usually discounts / comps available out there if you look for them.

Like I said above, I normally avoid casinos....but not this one. We stop by here any time we're passing through.

I visited this hotel on February 23, 2020. I spent one night with the most fantastic view of the falls both American side and Canadian side. Niagara Falls is absolutely stunning and my room over looked at the falls in the river. I had a meal at the noodle bar which was quite reasonable and excellent quality and service. The casino is spacious and clean although I must admit they are not very generous with jackpots. The buffet is excellent very good quality for the $29 that they charge. On Fridays they apparently have crab legs and roast beef at a bit higher price. I think it’s the best place to stay in Niagara Falls Canada.

We had a very nice one night stay at this hotel. I love that this hotel is at the centre of it all. It is connected to several other main hotels including Four Points Sheraton and the Hilton. The hotel offers indoor walkways to these hotels from Fallsview, which is so appreciated in the cold winter months. There are also several restaurants, shops and the casino all within indoor walking distance. The customer service is very good. We had been travelling all day with our 5 year old, and decided to order room service at after 8:30 PM. It arrived within 20 minutes. The pool it's nice — it is quite small, but the water is warm, and it is suitable for children to swim in. The spa is also very nice. The rooms are clean and tbe views of the falls are amazing. Overall this is a very good hotel, and will make for a very nice one to two night stay in Niagara Falls.

Visited over an August weekend.
Covid protocols very efficient.
Miss the buffet but the deli move into that space is well organized.
Really liked the chairs, couches area around the bar in the center.

Found the staff to be really engaged and worked with positive attitudes and a smile.
I don’t remember this positive customer service experience pre-Covid.

We did have some interactions with patrons that were not as positive. On the elevator from parking one poor lady was near hysterics when another couple tried to get on the elevator (to make 6). They exited and then she whisked out hand sanitizer and yelled at her husband/male friend to use it as he had touched the elevator controls.
Folks, appreciate there is still some anxiety but if you can’t handle others yet maybe it’s best not to go out just now. Can’t imagine they had a fun experience.

Overall we had a great time and hope to go again in the fall.

This is a policy according to Supervisor Michelle that if you lose your gold card it cannot be replaced. You have to come back to check to see if somebody turn it over to the Players Advantage Club. If you take the bus and if you don't have your gold card then you have to pay first and refunded after when you get to the casino. Other casinos like Casino Woodbine and Casino Rama would replace a lost gold card no problem, not with Fallsview Casino Resort. It seems gold card is gold to them. They are not concern about how upset the customer is or that it causes anxiety not to have a replacement gold card. They just dont't care about customers.

I have been to Fallsview frequently over the years and have seen many changes...some good and some bad. Ever since Mohegan has taken over the changes have been nothing but bad. From the parking changes of both location for hotel guests and charging for parking even when you've spent quite a bit in their casino to changes in the buffet and changes in their actual hotel and the complimentary rooms...it has gone WAY downhill. There are many more casinos and hotels in the province. I would recommend going to one of those instead.

We took the Casino bus from Hamilton. It was my second time. Service was pleasant, the drivers were friendly and professional.
Voca People show was so good! Happy to have been able to get tickets.
Lunch at the Deli was awful. I had the grilled veggie on a bun. One bite made everything fall out of the whacking big bun. My friend had the sliced turkey sandwich and actually ate the turkey with a fork and knife because the bread was so thick.
If you want to charge $14 for just a sandwich, please use less bread, a little more lettuce/tomato and put a little more quality into it.

I have come to Fallsview since it first opened. It was an enjoyable day away from the daily grind. I no longer find that to be the case. Ever since Mohegan took over it has been, from my perspective, a gradual move away from the "recreational" gamer to a more "upscale" gamer. From the increase in the progressive limit amounts to the increase in the price of the food ( buffet ) to the increase in the max limits for slots, playing at Fallsview has become a very much more expensive entertainment venue when compared to all the prior years. If the service, quality of food, and other amenities, etc. increased by as much it would be more acceptable. But, that is not the case. As a result, I no longer see Fallsview as my first option for gaming.

We gambled in the Casino at Fallsview. Most machines are broken. There is nothing good about this place. Very frustrating. You cannot really have fun there. We decided to extend our stay. Do not get a PAC Card it will not work in the machines. I guess we are masochists. No rooms were available for the next night. We were told this at the front desk. I called on my cell phone from my room an hour later. Yes they had rooms from 199.00 per night. What was that?
Thet do not need your money or your service. Stay sonewhere else. The rooms are below average and quite ugly the service is terrible and the Casino is a joke. The people who work here could not care less about their guests. The restaurants are overpriced. The shows here are second rate.

Dear Joanne M, we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your recent visit. We are committed to providing exceptional guest experiences and this does not reflect our usual high standards. Our Players Advantage Club is a rewards program for earning great casino offers such as promotions, Cash Back, hotel stays, meals, concert tickets, exclusive invitations to members-only events and tournaments, and more. To use your PAC card while playing at slot machines, please ensure that your PAC card is inserted and reads “accepted” on the screen while you play. If you require any assistance with your PAC card while playing at a slot machine, please do not hesitate to request service from a Slot Attendant. Please note that all offers and rewards are based on recent, qualified play with a PAC card. Should you have any questions or concerns relating to PAC, please visit the Players Advantage Club Booth and our associates are happy to assist you further. While hotel room availability at Fallsview Casino Resort is limited and in high demand, we may receive reservation cancellations and the rooms become available for booking thereafter. We also have a partnership with the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel, connected to Fallsview Casino Resort, offering our PAC members great room rates. Customer feedback is an important component of our business, as we are always working to make improvements to our services. Your comments have been passed to management. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

Not a great experience. A very long wait to check in just for starters. They ended up putting us in the first room beside the lobby, which was the most basic room, and definatly not set up for guests. There was no chair to put our stuff on, no towels, no towel racks even, no TV remote and a very stained floor. I tried calling for towels but couldnt reach anyone, so we had to go to our dinner plans unshowered. It took 8.5 hours to get a TV remote after 3 times asking, the towels only took two times of asking.
I was charged for a city view room and saw afterwards that my room shouldve been more than $100 less. The floors were so stained as well, thank god I brought sandals. At checkout I asked if that room was meant for hotel staff and family and friends and they admitted to me that it was and they only put people in there if really full. I tried to email, call, leave messages about my stay, and no response. I finally had to call head office so we will see where that goes. I do not recommend this hotel, save your money.
