When you look at the location of this hotel, it’s in a really nice spot and walking distance to the falls, casino etc. BUT…. For some reason it feels like they want to go cheap on everything.
Parking is $20 and the lot fits about 80 cars which was extremely full the 2 nights (Sunday and Monday night) we were there. ($20 X 80 cars = $1,600 potential cash per night or up to $500,000 ++ a year just from their parking lot!). There is no service, you don’t get anything, you just have the privilege of parking your car. (Almost every other place we stay at throughout Canada, the US and Europe gives free parking to accommodate their guests, not to squeeze them for another $20 per night.)
HINT — Park at the Casino. You get charged only when you leave and we’ve seen parking as low as $5 regardless how many days your car is there.
The room we reserved had 2 queen beds and was fairly clean (other than the water bottle and candy wrappers under the bed.)
The washroom had no toilet paper so down to the lobby 15 minutes after checking in. We also called down to get 2 more pillows and it was like pulling teeth. We were lucky to get the ‘last 2’.
This location does have an indoor AND outdoor pool which is nice. Both were clean. There was an indoor hottub that was empty with yellow caution tape around it. Not sure if that was a COVID precaution or just out of order???
The free breakfast was pretty good. Toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee and milk but again (here comes the cheap part) the room to get your breakfast is extremely small and there was a constant line up. Just my observation but the 1 toaster they had for everyone seemed to be the cause of the lines. When I went to get yogurt, it was empty. I asked and the very nice lady working to fill the containers went and put 1 pack (8 in a pack) of yogurt in the fridge. I took 1 and within 30 seconds it was empty again. Why not fill up the yogurt shelf??
There is a good number of tables but they were usually full.
Containers were given to people who wanted to take their breakfast back to their rooms BUT, if you went to get breakfast for your spouse or kids, forget it. Each person had to be present to get a to-go container.
The front desk staff and the 1 housekeeping person we talked with where very nice.
This hotel could be a real gem within all the monster size hotels being build in this area but for some reason it just seems to cheap out on the little things they could do to improve.

My group of two adults and 5 older teens stayed here one night. Check in was easy and our rooms were over by the outdoor pool. We were upgraded and our rooms were second floor with no elevator which they did disclose and we were fine with. Clean rooms and beds were comfy. No fridge, but if you read the room description when booking, one would be aware of that already. I think this used to be two separate hotels since we couldn’t get to the breakfast room, indoor pool, or other areas without exiting. Breakfast was typical, glad it included hard boiled eggs in the fridge which was nice. An employee had everyone sign in with room number and guest total and provided gloves to use while serving yourself. Tables were wiped down as guests left. Short line but we were early. Also liked that the Cousin Vinny’s restaurant was right next door for dinner. We were overcharged for parking...we had two rooms but only one car but charged for two cars. The fee is mentioned online when booking so again not a surprise. It was quickly corrected to one car.

I stayed at this hotel from August 4 - 6, 2020. The location is great as it is quite close to the Falls and many restaurants in the area. If you go to the restaurant, Vinny's (next door), be advised that the portions are huge. One entree can easily satisfy 2 or 3 people. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I booked on Hotels.com which included a free daily breakfast. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk informed me that there wasn't any breakfast as their restaurant was closed due to Covid. I explained that I booked a few days prior and the free breakfast was offered as part of my reservation. The front desk clerk referred to the Comfort Inn website and informed me that there is a banner indicating that there is no breakfast. I explained to the front desk clerk that it's not my responsibility to check various websites to understand what is included in my reservation. If the Hotels.com detail is inaccurate, the Comfort Inn should ensure that the information is correct. The front desk clerk was not very empathetic and simply shrugged her shoulders. I just checked this hotel on Hotel.com today (08/11) and it is still offering free breakfast. The deception continues. If you book with this hotel, I suggest that you contact the hotel directly to understand what is available. I contacted Hotels.com and this issue is being investigated. Buyer beware then booking at this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was a perfect example of excellent hospitality. I was in a room with 1 king bed facing the Riverview. Upon entering the room and checking the view, I was surprised. I had an amazing view where you could even see a little bit of the falls for such a low price. The room was spotless, tranquil and clean. I habitually inspect the room in detail, especially due to covid, and everything was just perfect.
Moving on, the staff at the hotel is just so sweet and friendly. When I was calling to book the room, they provided me with all the pricing information, gave me different options and also suggestions on what room to get and what activities are good to do. While I was checking in, the front desk staff was super sweet and welcomed us with a smile.
The parking was only 20 dollars a night, which compared to the other hotels I have stayed at in this area is a great price. The parking was right onsite, so I did not have to walk too far or worry about my car all night.
After staying at several hotels, I have found the one I am most fond of. It was a close walk to everything which prevented me from spending extra fees for parking while doing activities.
I would definitely be coming back to this location and would suggest you try it out.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past but this feb was by far unacceptable. I actually picked this hotel because I have stayed here and enjoyed it but this time was not like the others. It started with key problems my key demagnetized over 20 times in the short day and a half I was there. The front staff told me I had it to close to my phone, one time yes but all times after I was informed I made sure my phone was completely out the way. We decided to use the hot tub only to find dead floating skin in the hot tub that the manager claims to clean daily yet we were the first ones in there at 10 am so I am pretty sure that’s the first of the lies to come from this hotel! I fell ill and had to check out early which ended up more then a headache over an hour trying to check out only to have the hotel continue to make manual attempts in all different amounts from my credit card all the night and into the early morning after I left(as soon as my credit card company forwards the proof of these attempts I will upload them) first manager I spoke with said he didn’t handle payments and the manager that I finally reached who deals with it denied everything and told me he had other customers that needed him and didn’t have time for me the only plus is that they apparently refunded the extra 40$ they managed to get away with before my credit card company put a hold on my card due to Many attempts on transactions. Needless to say i attempted to file a complaint with choice hotels but they were just as much trying to brush it under the rug as the management at comfort inn Fallsview are doing. I will never stay in a choice hotel again I’d rather sleep under a bridge!!! WATCH YOUR TRANSACTIONS I also know of one other person who had multiple extra charges pulled from her card as well same weekend somethings not right!!!

The hotel is walking distance to restaurant and falls. It is an older hotel but rooms are clean. In the main hotel rooms are on the smaller side but they do have a small balcony. Unfortunately no fridge or microwave in rooms. Bring your own cooler and fill with ice. Parking is expensive so you can park down the street which is cheaper.
They have an indoor and outdoor pool.
There is only one elevator so at times there is a long wait. Due to Covid free breakfast is no longer available on site.

We travelled to this hotel as a group for a youth sports tournament. From the minute we checked in, the hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is located in the heart of the Fallsview area with a dozen restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the casino was just down the street. Once you arrive there is no need to drive anywhere. While the hotel is a bit older than the new high rise hotels in the area, the front entrance is updated and very welcoming. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and we had no issues. There is security in the parking area which we greatly appreciated. My only suggestion would be to upgrade their cable TV selection since I found options lacking but we didn't spend much time in the room so it wasn't a huge concern. Free breakfast was standard for this type of hotel. Had the basics and a few hot options.
If you want queen beds, you will be in the low rise area of the building. Double beds are in the tower rooms and you can get a decent fridge in your room for $10/night.
If we return for a tournament again, we would definitely stay at this hotel. I cannot tell you how impressed our families were with the staff and manager on duty. They went out of their way to assist our group. We had a fantastic stay!

I really wanted to like thois hotel, the people were very nice , and it was clean ! But there was live music coming from the restaurant situated in the parking lot, very loud, and until 11 PM every night, made it difficult to sleep. The AC was loud, and people on the bed next to it were frozen, but on the other bed could not feel it. There is one very slow elevator for the whole hotel. The breakfast was disgusting. The english muffins tasted stale, the eggs were so wet, , we tried it once then bought stuff at a bakery. There are about 8 tv channels, and they flicker constantly because of the satellite tv, I assume, we kept losing signal. Parking here is 20$ a day, which was not indicated anywhere on my reservation. No fridge or microwave. The electric charging station was broken.
