We were warmly welcomed for our Friday night stay over by Bob and Julie who are gracious hosts, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property is very well maintained and the room we had on the second floor was clean and comfortable with a nicely decorated en suite bathroom. The sitting room on the second floor, complete with coffee, fridge, and...

We spent two nights of our April honeymoon in the Brass Bell with Julie and Bob. Since Julie is a Cocoa Florida High School graduate as we are, we were expecting lots of Southern hospitality. And we weren´t disappointed! The accommodations are lovely and very comfortable with lots of extras in the bathroom. The personally prepared and served breakfasts are...

We stayed over Friday and Saturday night. Bob and Julie were lovely hosts. We were warmly greeted and shown to our room, which was spotless. We had the Captain's Room on the main floor. I particularly liked the wood floors. There was also an electric fireplace that took the chill out of the air. The breakfasts were delicious. Bob and...

My wife and I took a long weekend vacation at Niagara on the Lake and stayed at the Brass Bell. Breakfast was great, and they helped us a bunch finding fun places to go. I'd definitely stay there again!

We stayed in Sarah's room and it was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The food served at breakfast was amazing, and was never the same. Bob and Julie were very accommodating and friendly hosts. The location is just a 2 minute drive or 15 to 20 minute walk away from the town. It was our first B&B experience and the...

Four of us travelled to Niagara on the Lake for a few days of winery tours and a play at the Shaw Festival. Our home base was The Brass Bell, a short drive to the main street of town. Bob and Julie are wonderful hosts. The beds are comfortable and after the breakfast they served we did not need to...

This was our best experience at a bed and breakfast! The house and hosts Bob and Julie are so welcoming. The breakfasts were absolutely top notch and Julie is such a wealth of information... we learned so much from her and truly enjoyed our time with them. We will definitely be booking again next year!

Our annual trip to the Shaw Festival with two friends brought us to this delightful B&B on Lakeview Road at Niagara on the Lake. We enjoyed two very nice breakfasts, one of croissants, homemade muffins with local fruit jams, and mini quiches with fresh fruit cups; and the second morning special heart-shaped waffles in honor of another couple's anniversary. This...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Superb hospitality awaits you in our comfortable, spacious home in Old Town. We are close to many of the area’s amenities -- restaurants, theatres, shopping, golf, wineries and Niagara Falls’ attractions. Built in the latter part of the last century, The Brass Bell Bed & Breakfast is named after the ship's bell of sea-going vessels, Thus the decor is a mix of contemporary and traditional styles with a light nautical touch (Bob is a retired Navy Commander). Our beautifully appointed rooms all have ensuite bathrooms, two have four-poster queen-sized beds and one has a king-sized sleigh bed. ... more   less
