We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay here at Heathercroft. The room was very clean, spacious and the king bed quite luxurious. We had an ensuite which was very convenient [quite small] but adequate. The breakfast was beautifully presented and offered a nice variety each day. Our host Rennie was gracious and helpful with suggestions for things to see and... More

Heathercroft was a great place for a serene, relaxing getaway. Renie was very nice and her mother-in-law was waiting for us when we arrived at night. They were welcoming and friendly. They had information available of the area near by: restaurants, vineyards, sightseeing, historic sites, etc... The location proved perfect because it was in a beautiful location near vineyards and... More

I am a "Hotel" person. The only time I've stayed in a B&B was 30 yrs ago. My comfort zone is a hotel stay. But my husband surprised me for my birthday with a week end trip to Niagara on the lake. My husband is not a "planner". So I was a bit anxious about his reservation, which turned out,... More

This was our second visit in Feb 2016 for a Valentine's Day weekend getaway. The beautiful home is about a 10 min drive from the centre of NOTL, King St., and a 4 minute drive to the closest wineries. We had our Saturday evening 5 course dinner at Trius. We didn't check any other places or pricing but one couple... More

My husband and I with several friends enjoyed our stay at the Heather Croft Bed and Breakfast. Our room was very large and comfortable. Although the bathroom was around the corner, it too was large an d comfortable. The location suited us well since we were there for the September Wine Festival. The wineries were nearby and the charming town... More

Stayed at Heather Croft for 3 days in August. The house is a 200 year old State home that is surrounded by vineyards and peach orchards. It is a perfect weekend getaway for touring wineries, Shaw Festival or in our case a wedding. For the exercise enthusiasts, the Niagara Park Way tail system is only 3 km away past several... More

After a long road trip from Hawkesbury, Ontario nice to find this b. & b. same comfortable and friendly experience. Great breakfast and nice outdoor sitting area with sound of water. Close to several wineries. Less expensive than places in Niagara on the Lake for sure. Cannons to scare off birds only bother you if you want an afternoon nap... More

Heather Croft is a really nice B&B, within short driving distance of the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake; the rooms are large and comfortable, and the breakfasts and other amenities were very nice. The only issue we had was that the bed was quite creaky. It's worth noting that the B&B only takes cash (which some booking sites don't make clear) and... More

One can enjoy the unique world of the town and Heather Croft can be a hub for everyday exploration of the region. Living in an almost bicentennial is a great experience in itself, but when every guest room in it has its own character and the overall atmosphere is both friendly and fantastic, and quiet even by the Niagra-on-the-Lake standards,... “All rooms are good - they are individually decorated in period style and colour scheme indicated by the room name. The blue room is immediately on the left at the top of the stairs with gold room adjacent to it. Both of these have en-suites. The green room is on the opposite side of the landing with a separate bathroom (with bathtub and shower over bath) that could be designated for the green room or shared as suits the group. The bathroom was well supplied with quality vanity items.”
