We recently stayed at Lakelands for 3 nights and it was amazing. The couple that runs it is so kinds. The breakfasts were multiple courses and were amazing. The best quiche I ever had, eggs Benedict, omelets, zucchini bread, banana bread, fresh fruits and yogurts were amongst the items served while we were there. We got about 6-8 vouchers for complimentary wine tastings at local wineries. We were literally within walking distance of the Pillar & Post and town. A complimentary phone is provided for calls to the U.S. which saved us from buying international plans for our cell phones. A complimentary fridge stocked with waters is in the hallway and you can make your on coffee or tea with at any time during the day. Wine glasses are also provided should you want to open some the your wine you purchased in the area. The backyard is adorable and has seating if you want to spend time outside. Free wifi and cable tv are provided as well. Could not ask for a better bed & breakfast.

This was the best B&B we have ever stayed at. The property and rooms were absolutely beautiful and clean as a whistle. The breakfasts were top notch in taste and presentation. They hosts were the nicest and made us feel so comfortable and like old friends. Their recommendations for wineries and restaurants were spot on. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone, and we plan to return next season. Thanks to Zoli & June for such a wonderful experience!

What a wonderful place to stay! The suite was beautiful and so tastefully decorated..along with the whole b&b. The proprietors, were so warm and helpful! The location was perfect....a short walk (which is needed after the amazing breakfasts) to the downtown area for shopping, restaurants, and taking in the beauty of Niagara on the Lake. June and Zoli were very helpful with direction and their suggestions were right on. Can't say enough about the comfort and cleanliness of Lakelands...we added a return trip to our bucket list.

NOTL is a wonderfully beautiful area and Lakelands BnB was equally wonderful. A beautiful home with lovely hosts. Our breakfast was sensational. Fresh, tasty and left us full of energy for the day ahead. It was an easy drive to Niagara Falls and what an amazing site the falls are. Lakelands is settled between many of the vineyards and a nice walk into the centre of NOTL. We had dinner at Treadwell where the service and food is first class. Overall a wonderful stay at NOTL and Lakelands played a large part of our experience.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Great balance between interacting and leaving you alone. Breakfast was off the hook good; don't miss it. Room was large and comfortable. Location was quite and close to downtown, 10 minute walk or so. Very easy going, this is the place you are looking for.

Took a girls weekend to Niagara on the lake and found this wonderful bed and breakfast. 10 min walk to historic area and shops. Beautiful spacious room with all the comforts of home. Our hosts June and Zoli couldn't have been nicer in welcoming us into their home. June's breakfasts are spectacular and delicious! As first time b&be a we were pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and comfortable they made us feel. Their home is beautiful and I have never stayed in a hotel that compared to the cleanliness of this home. You will not be disappointed I promise. We had even booked a wine tour in advance and the bus arrived promptly at the house no problems at all. We will be making this a yearly trip and will certainly stay here again. Thank you for your incredible hospitality.

I lucked out and booked this B&B at the last minute following a cancellation. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with a two day trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake and Lakelands did not disappoint. The location, accommodations, breakfasts, hosts, and amenities were excellent. The hosts were warm, welcoming and very helpful. The gourmet breakfasts were delicious. Our room was large, immaculate and stylish. We were just a ten minute walk from Queen St restaurants & shops. We also thoroughly enjoyed an unexpected bonus in the inn's high quality bikes which we used to tour several nearby wineries along the river route with complimentary wine tasting coupons!
