We enjoyed our three night stay. Room on 3rd floor was very comfortable. Staff in all areas of the hotel was helpful and courteous. COVID-19 protocol was strictly upheld. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfasts were excellent. Looking forward to a return visit.
My husband and I just returned from a fabulous one night stay at the Queen's Landing. This is the fourth time we have visited this property and we continue to return because the experience is always first rate. We purchased the overnight stay, dinner and breakfast package which was absolutely exceptional and an amazing value. We began our getaway in our room which had a lovely fireplace. We then had a drink in the cozy and beautiful lounge, Bacchus before dinner. Our three course meal was in the elegant Tiara dining room where the food and the service is always the best of the best. We had two exceptional servers for our meals who treated us with friendly and attentive service that enhanced our meal experience. I was able to swim in the beautiful indoor pool which was a treat. I highly recommended this hotel, the lounge and the dining room for your next stay in NOTL. We will be back!! …
My husband and I frequent one of the Vintage hotels at least twice a year , in August for our birthdays and in December for our Christmas gift to each other along with a couples massage, the outdoor hot tub is just spectacular. We have always had a great experience with the utmost in professional service and the staff are exceptional. The rooms are always clean and I love the rose on my pillow. One summer we sat out on the patio ,facing the sailboats in the harbour ,eating dessert and sipping on specialty coffees ,Cream Brûlée ,made with in season local peaches . I have NEVER tasted anything so marvellous! This year we ordered breakfast in our room.It was hot and delicious, I felt like a Queen! And so very spoiled . We enjoy walking the neighborhood and this year we took in the Winter garden for Vintage guests , across from The Pillar and Post ,taking time to sit by one of the many fires. The town has many quaint shops ,terrific restaurants and lovely neighborhoods to explore . The bike paths are fantastic and along wine routes. My absolute favourite pampered getaway Liz and Doug Brewer…
When we first arrived at the hotel, the sight was beautiful. They did a really great job maintaining the cleanness of the place. Their Christmas decoration was outstanding, and more importantly the staff there was very polite and quick on their feet. We got the retreat package which included dinner and breakfast and WOW was it delicious. The room was also very tidy and neat with a stunning view of the lake. I would definitely recommend going here even if its for a staycation just to enjoy the food and environment they provide.
This was my first time staying at the Queen's Landing Hotel and I am blown away. The hotel was sparkling clean, the staff was very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. Our room came with 2 alcohol wipes to sanitize whatever we wanted for peace of mind. The atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming from the moment you step into the hotel. The food was fantastic. Our package came with a 3-course dinner in our room along with breakfast for 2. I really liked the bathrobes because they were super soft and cozy. The electric fireplace in the room was also a very nice touch. The only thing that can be improved is maybe the elevator. It could use a bit of a touch-up and maybe brighter lights to compliment the bright and warm lobby. Very pleased and would highly recommend for your next staycation!…
