We were exited to stay here as we haven't yet had the chance when in Niagara on the Lake. The room was very dated and the a/c unit kept us up most of the night because it was so loud. The windows were dirty as well. When you charge over $400/night.......the very least I should expect is a very clean room. I was disappointed and will not stay here again the next time I am in the area. A very expensive let down.
We have stayed at a few hotels in the area and nothing compares to Queen’s Landing so we keep coming back. Our room was ready right away and was clean and fresh. The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever experienced.
We celebrated our Anniversary in Niagara on the Lake & this was an excellent choice for us. We had traditional room with king bed which was beautiful. The staff were all above & beyond pleasant & helpful. We enjoyed the Wine Sensory Package which was offered for spring. I would highly recommend the Sensory package if available to you. It was a small group & fun, very different from wine tasting or tours we have had. (Tammy was a wealth of knowledge). The whole experience from check in to check out was excellent!
Reservations were made on line easily and called the hotel to book spa times, sommelier experience and dinner reservations. We called the hotel to confirm we would be arriving before the check in time. When we arrived our room was ready which wasn’t guaranteed. Check in was quick and efficient with Ahmed who also provided our room with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates as we were celebrating our anniversary! Very nice personal touch. We attended the 2pm sommelier experience with Shelley who was very knowledgeable and had a very fun and interactive experience. I would recommend this experience at the hotel; we learned so much about wine and pairing with different foods. We followed this experience with a couples massage at the Pillar & Post and then a relaxing dip in the hot springs. Back to the hotel for dinner at the Tiara restaurant where Shelley recommended our wines with dinner (great selections) and our attentive server Rudy brought us one of the best dinners we’ve had. Our room was spacious with a water view and a fireplace. It was clean with all toiletries required. Had a great nights sleep. Breakfast the following morning with sparkling wine was very delicious. We requested a late check out for noon which the hotel was able to accommodate. We will definitely book again at the Queens Landing.…
What an amazing location. Beautiful views of lake and Niagara River. Serine. Beautiful Heritage property well kept. The staff here takes good care of you. Stroll to the downtown or take a ride midst the vineyards and do some tastings. Very comfortable stay.
