The Canadian Paint and Coatings Association recently held our Annual Conference & AGM at Queen's Landing in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The team led by Kim Pegoretti, and Peggy Cernick, alongside Paul Kurek, the Conference Operations Manager greeted us with smiles *always*, were helpful, courteous, and so supportive. They made hosting our delegates a joy. I highly recommend this location for business or personal travel.

We have stayed at a few hotels in the area and nothing compares to Queen’s Landing so we keep coming back. Our room was ready right away and was clean and fresh. The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever experienced.

Incredible service and wonderful amenities. The roses in bed was a beautiful touch. The hotel is minutes away from the shore, Fort George, and downtown historic district. Also wineries are very close by. Planning another stay with family since it was a fantastic experience!

Stayed here during the week for my partners birthday with the retreat package and it was absolutely fabulous. The hospitality is top notch and from the moment you check in you feel like royalty. The Tiara restaurant was definitely a big highlight for us, for both breakfast and dinner it was incredible. Location is close enough downtown to walk, while still also having the privacy of being away from the downtown core. Will definitely be coming back, thanks for everything.

Everything was perfect. Food was great, staff very friendly, rooms clean. Only a short walk to a very cute downtown. Shuttle offered to anywhere in the area. Quiet area but lots going on. The view of the lake was pretty.

OMAA was proud to host our Spring Workshop at the Queen's Landing from May 17-19. We are already looking forward to returning in 2025. Events staff Kelly Baranik was incredibly helpful and came up with several suggestions to improve the flow and impact of our event. The onsite Encore av team led by Reese was also very, very helpful. Catering staff had everything humming smoothly and the food was quite good. I would highly Queen's Landing for your small to medium-sized event.

We recently had our team retreat at the Queen's Landing. Kelly, the Conference Manager was a pleasure to work with before we arrived and while we were on site. All our needs were met & expectations exceeded. Everyone absolutely loved their rooms. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. We felt like royalty! All meals were included in our conference package which made it seamless for us - and the food was excellent.

Tiara Restaurant on Monday evening. Rose was our waitress. Talk about superb!! From the setting, to the service, the food was absolutely the best we have ever ever had and the two of us equal 142 years. Each bite made our eyes roll. Steakloin and prawn linguini. The chef Must Be congratulated. And then there is Rose - a gem. Handling 12 tables and as we watched all guests were extremely happy. She, the chef and those in gray dresses and suits (Nick and company) are gems in the Tiara. We returned next day for lunch and were provided complimentary mimosas. Shockingly brilliant in all possible ways of measurement. You must go… perfection

I can't begin to explain how incredible, professional, friendly and supportive the staff at Queen's Landing has been. Our company has been planning our offsite retreat since 2019, having to postpone it year after year due to the pandemic. When the time finally came for us to be able to safely attend, we couldn't have been more excited. If you have the pleasure of working with Kelly Baranik (Conference Services Manager) and Paul Kurek (Conference Operations Manager), consider yourself in the best hands possible. They made sure every single minute of our retreat went smoothly, resulting in the best event we've had in years. Any last minute request or change was not a problem, no request was too big. They both really took the time to make sure everything and anything we needed was taken care of, and for that we couldn't recommend them enough. Kelly and Paul, and the rest of the team at Queen's really made our event a success. All attendees had an amazing time, and we're still hearing how fantastic everything was. I would 100% recommend coming to Queen's for personal or business. From the food to the accommodation, the beautiful hotel and everything in-between. The only question we've had since our return is, when can we go back? Thank you again to everyone at Queen's! Cannot recommend it enough!

Hello Meghan: I wanted to thank you for taking the time to post such a great review and photos following your recent company retreat! First time staying at Queens Landing Hotel. Wecome by staff was sincere and personable. Room was very clean, confotably appointed. Quite atmosphere, safe feeling. Parking no cost, convienient. Service in Bacchius Lounge was very nice, friendly, not pushy. We dined at Tiara Dining room. Appetizers and dinners were excellent!! Classic atmosphere made it feel special as this was our anniversary. Our server was Lucas who was super outstanding! Well groomed, neat, excellent posture, communicated with so much respect, kind, patient, no rush. He made you feel he was your personal server. He paid attention but did not rush us. We were so impressed w Lucas! He made our evening very special. Cassidy at the front desk was most welcoming and efficient. The man at the desk in late afternoon provided a wine opener when we asked for one. Checkout and bill reconcillation was accurate, and very efficient. Overall, a great experience! Would not hesitate to stay another time.
