Queen's Landing offers a charming atmosphere with luxurious touches, though a few guests find the decor a touch dated. The staff's exceptional service, characterized by warmth and efficiency, consistently impresses visitors. While rooms are generally praised for their comfort and cozy fireplaces, some guests suggest they could benefit from improved cleanliness and updates. The hotel's cleanliness, however, often receives commendations, as do its prime location and high-quality amenities. Despite this, opinions on value vary, with some questioning the cost relative to room quality and dining experiences.

We spent two nights here with the dinner package deal included - our room was a Deluxe King with fireplace in Room 251 (with a side view of the Niagara river). The property is well maintained and has a beautiful entry filled with seasonal flowers and plenty of free parking on the premises. The check-in was fast, friendly, and professional (with Krystyna). There are two elevators to take you up to the upper rooms. There is an indoor swimming pool, spa tub, sauna, and gym equipment. The room was very spacious, carpeted, air conditioned, gas fireplace with the flip of a switch, two comfy Queen Anne sofas with ottoman, two large night stands, and a very large table with many drawers and a small fridge. There was a Nespresso machine with coffee supplies but sadly, there was no kettle or supplies for us tea drinkers. The bed was very comfortable. There was also a safe, iron, and bath robes. The bathroom was large and clean. The shower had good water pressure and liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided in dispensers. The waffle weave towels were very luxurious and absorbent. The only criticism we had was that the bath tub was sluggish to drain, as was one of the sinks - this could do with some servicing by the maintenance or plumbing staff. The dinners and breakfast we had in the Tiara restaurant were well prepared with attentive staff (Rose, Lisa, Franki). The location was great to take a short walk down to the riverfront, very short walk to the Shaw Festival Theatre, or even stroll the main road in Niagara-on-the-Lake to shop, people watch or eat. This location is also a short drive to the many wineries in the area. In summary, our stay here was excellent and I certainly felt like a queen for my birthday celebration. We will certainly consider returning in the future. Thank You Vintage Hotels.

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and spent 2 nights in a Jr Waterview Suite. The room was impeccable and the service their entire team provides is exemplary. We ate breakfast and dinner at Tiara on a few occasions and the food and service was amazing. We really enjoy Niagara on the Lake, and when we visit, this experience only affirmed our decision to stay at Queens Landing for future trips.

We made a late booking for the Labor Day weekend and got a ground floor room with a view of the parking lot; even so, we got lots of natural light and the greenery that surrounds the hotel provided us with tranquility and a very pleasant view. The room was a Premium King with a jet tub and a fire place, large enough at over 30sqm. The table, even though adequate, could have been bigger, and the same stands for the fridge. The beautiful bathroom could use a bigger shower cabin and a towel warmer, the lack of the latter being compensated by excellent house keeping: even though the room had been fully serviced during the day, in the evening a maid knocked on the door and offered extra towels and bottles of water.
The hotel occupancy seemed to be 100%, and there were multiple parties and events going on, but we cold not hear any noise during the day, in the evening or at night. Overall we enjoyed a very pleasant and quiet 2 night stay in a beautiful and well managed hotel.

We hosted a three-day corporate event at Queen's Landing in July, and it exceeded all of our expectations by far! From the early planning stages to the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and eager to assist. They ensured everything was set up exactly as we had envisioned and were always prepared to pivot as things unfolded throughout each day. A special thank you to Peggy and her team, who truly made this event a huge success. As an event planner, you always hope for this level of service and attention to detail, and they went above and beyond to support me and cater to everyone's needs. You truly are remarkable!

The venue itself was perfect for our needs—spacious, well-lit, and equipped with technology/AV that made our presentations and discussions run smoothly. The rooms were always clean, and the staff made sure there was ample time to preview the meeting spaces to make any last-minute adjustments. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and conducive to both networking and focused work. The layout was flexible, allowing us to easily transition between different event segments and break-out rooms.

The catering team did an incredible job, offering a delicious variety of menu options that impressed our guests. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, from coffee breaks to lunch service and even the dinners we hosted on-site at the restaurant and reception area were intimate and enjoyable. We loved the breakfast buffets as well in your blue room! Our guests also stayed in the guest rooms throughout the event, and they were always refreshed and well-maintained with the softest sheets.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our corporate event. Queen's Landing provided the ideal environment for both productivity and enjoyment. We highly recommend Peggy and her team, and we will definitely consider it for future events. Thank you again for making our event such a resounding success!

This hotel is beautifully appointed, traditionally decorated, displaying bright Canadian art. The location is just slightly removed from the busy Queen Street, and 1 block from the wonderful Riverwalk paths. We had a weekend pkg, which included an excellent dinner at Tiara Restaurant (thanks to our waiter Rose), and a European style full buffet or a la carte breakfast. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, spa pool, and sauna. As we were celebrating a milestone birthday, the hotel provided a courtesy bottle of sparkling wine, with chocolate and a lovely card - a classy touch. Hotel staff are uniformly friendly, professional and happy! Wonderful oasis away from the big city.

I came here to learn tax stuff, and they spoiled us rotten! A highly successful financial officer ( and Mom, away on a one week business course).

My organization runs this course, and I am one of the instructors. We need a place for 8 to 10 hours a day of learning and group work …but we also try to be in a beautiful (non-conference center vibe) location for our cohorts of 50 people.

The food is exceptionally good and this spot is part of a constellation of resorts and restaurants in the area, which is also good for a group budget. The restaurant staff are so friendly and their breakfast individual coffee carafe is classy, and classic ( they make Macaron in-house!)

This will be the second time in a decade we have used this facility and I have to say we come “off season” in the winter but they still do the flowers and beautiful rooms for the summer season. Ok, I really really love the flower-management (if you love flowers, you’ll notice).

Rooms have Nespresso machines, robes and many have fireplaces. Pool and hot tub - this is a hybrid hotel resort and the perfect place for group meetings and retreats. BONUS : they have this gorgeous library, a powerful space for groups, conversations among boards/leaders , see my pictures

Queen’s Landing is a luxurious Georgian style hotel that my husband and I enjoy returning to every year. The Christmas decorations are beautiful, and the hotel room is equipped with a Nespresso machine, huge King size comfortable bed, luxurious spa quality body cream and soap with even warming pot lights in the bathroom, and provides the use of fluffy white bath robes. We received a beautiful rose every night too! Truly it is a pampering and beautiful experience to stay at the hotel. We also loved the Tiara restaurant buffet breakfast included at $30pp which was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel, from the service and the ambience it truly is a holiday delight.

This was my second time organizing a corporate offsite at Queen’s Landing, and I couldn’t wait to return! Both times, our team had an exceptional experience and were thrilled to attend the offsite at this beautiful property. As an organizer, the level of service is unparalleled.

As soon as I booked the venue, Peggy Cernick, the Senior Conference Services Manager, reached out in her friendly manner and made the process seamless. Peggy was always available for any of our needs, and Paul Kurek, the Conference Operations Manager, was always ready to assist during our stay.

To illustrate the friendliness and service orientation of this establishment, I’d like to share a story from my arrival this November. I didn’t arrive as early as I had hoped, and there was no bell person to assist with unloading my car, which was packed with 36 welcome bags and all my belongings. The front desk went the extra mile by calling the maintenance person on duty to assist. He was incredibly helpful, carrying the bags to the backroom for drop-off and even taking my luggage up to my room. This small gesture made a significant impact and is something I will always remember.

I look forward to booking again.

Need to update rooms , bit dated for the money we are spending
Washrooms need the most work, a stand up modern shower would work great, especially for older ppl, or ppl with disabilities
Also the rugs , and curtains need some change
I can say as a positive, everything was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly

My family and I stayed at Queen’s Landing (Room #295) from December 26 to December 28 (2024). We are regular patrons of brunch (Christmas Day and Easter) hosted at the same location. Here is a synopsis of our experience as hotel guests.

Room: The bathroom was problematic for these reasons: (1) The towel holder was not properly affixed to the wall, (2) the paint on the ceiling was creaked and peeling, and (3) black substance was growing from a cracked grout line adjacent to a vent (see pictures). Other amenities in the room (e.g., fireplace, bed) were on par with a 4-star hotel.

Front Desk Staff. On check-in, staff were polite and attentive. On check-out, staff were polite yet inattentive to detail. After being notified of an error by the hotel made during our visit (i.e., delivering a food hamper we did not order), staff at the front desk handle the situation without due diligence.

Food. Excellent in both the Bacchus lounge and Tiara restaurant. Both settings are pleasant and oozing with character. Service in the Bacchus lounge was poor (i.e., slow, unorganized, etc.).

Housekeeping. The staff were polite, efficient, professional, and meticulous in all their duties which included set-up and turn down service in the room daily.
