I recently visited the White Oaks Inn spa, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The holiday decorations were absolutely magical, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere that put me right in the Christmas spirit.
The location is incredibly convenient—right across from the outlets, making it perfect for combining relaxation with some holiday shopping.
The service was truly outstanding from start to finish. The valet parking was smooth and efficient, and having someone carry our bags directly to the room added a luxurious touch. Every detail of our stay felt thoughtfully taken care of.

Wow were do I start. This hotel is absolutely stunning. In a great location across from the outlet mall and 15 minutes from downtown Niagra Falls. I have never in my life had this great of customer service. We travel ALOT and this place by far has the most incredible staff and services We got the breakfast package. We stayed in room 315 . It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Very close to the lobby and restaurants. The room had 2 double beds , safe and fridge with coffee and water and closet The bathroom was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, scrub mitt, lotion and sewing kit. 2 plush robes and a tv in the bathroom. My only complaint if that even is one is there are no hooks for towels or robes.

It is my first time here. And the fourth hotel I have stayed in in the last 2 weeks (serious vacationing). This place has been around for a long time. But it does not smell like it. It is so clean and seems to be newly renovated. Toilettries are luxurious and towels are spotless and thick. Floor is impeccable. Beds are clean and white. Nespresso bar in the room with clear demi tasses is a nice touch also. Staff is friendly and very welcoming. Glasses and windows in the room are smudge free and try as I might, I cannot find any dust. The staff seems to really care about the quality of the stay which is refreshing. I mean they White Oaks does not even HAVE to try this hard, its location and reputation are great but they are acting like they have something to prove. Which is nice. Will check out the rest of the property later. Ordered room service which was prompt. Word of warning - the large nachos order is delish and could feed a small army. Seems there is a wedding this weekend but there has been none of that ball dropping for the other guests you usually see when a hotel is hosting an event.

My girlfriend and I wanted a weekend getaway to spend some quality time together as a couple. My girlfriend picked this place because of the overwhelming positive reviews and was also within a 45 minute driving distance from our home. On arrival I could feel something wasn’t quite right. The location of the “resort and spa” is immediately off the highway. The exterior design felt dated, but we were hopeful that the inside would surprise us. Unfortunately, that was not the case as the entire hotel was dated everywhere we went. It wasn’t just dated. It was tired. The pool and hot tub must be 30+ years old as they were as basic as one can imagine. It reminds me of a basic hotel with a pool. The rooms were equally as basic. The pictures tell the story and at $409 a night that is way overpriced.
After check-in and leaving our bags in the room we remained optimistic and decided to take a walk around the property. The rear of the property had some charm with the gardens and water features. There was also some seating outside for lunch I presume but there weren’t any waiters in site. We continued to the Play restaurant where we were immersed in a sea of dated and tired furniture and design. We sat at the bar and ordered a nacho platter and a couple of drinks. While we waited we shared our thoughts of the resort. We couldn’t understand how the positive online presence could be so misleading. Even their signs when you walk through the front doors promoted a “Best of the Best” poster stating “Voted 12th out of The Top 25 Spa Resorts in Canada.”
Our nachos arrived. Surprisingly they were served on a paper backed tinfoil that covered a typical round aluminum platter that nachos are normally served on. As i picked nachos off the edges of the pile some tin foil stuck to each nacho piece. This continued on several pieces that I put aside. When the server at the bar asked how everything was I commented and showed her the tinfoil that was stuck to the nachos. Instead of apologizing and listening to the concern and taking note of it she simply responded with “would you like something else?” This seemed like a typical and expected response given the state of the hotel as a whole. On a positive note, when we received the bill the server had removed the nachos from the bill so that was appreciated. Thank you.
As we sat at the bar to contemplate our next move we decided we no longer wanted to stay as everything was nowhere near what we had expected at this price point and proceeded to the front desk to request a cancellation of the reservation and give us a refund. Thankfully after presenting our concerns to the supervisor they cancelled the reservation and refunded us so in the end the only thing we lost was some time and a disappointing experience.

CUPE Education is just wrapping up our most recent School here at White Oaks and had such a lovely experience and we wanted to take a minute to thank all of the fantastic staff working at White Oaks.
Before we arrived Roger, Sarah, Marcin, and Tina collaborated with us to organize everything to ensure our event ran smoothly and the four of them “the dream team” were beyond fantastic – making sure that everything that we needed for the school was ready to go when we arrived.
As always we were greeted at the concierge by Michael with his warm and welcoming smile and met Jeremy, a pleasant and new addition to the team who provided us with outstanding customer service – as the entire team always does! Then we were greeted by the friendly and efficient staff including the front desk. It was wonderful to see Leonardo and Desai, who got us set up for our rooms quickly and efficiently.
The meals throughout the week were outstanding! White Oaks dining room staff did not disappoint as they were incredibly attentive and the chefs working behind the scenes did an outstanding job of providing us mouthwatering choices on the buffet. Jacob, Sid, Christine, Rocco or Marrietta and the dining room team made sure we were well taken care of each day. It was encouraging to see the managers working alongside their team doing anything that needed to be done to make things run efficiently. An outstanding team for sure! Mulu and Parker were here all week providing us with outstanding customer service and it was good to see them again, but we missed Serk who we understand was off taking care of family!
Evelyn was always on hand and attentive and available at a moment’s notice to provide any assistance with anything that we needed and always responded with “my pleasure” when we thanked her of assisting us. Sean made sure the snack area was always ready, and Ivan and Marcin provided any technical support we needed along the way which led to a very stress-free tech experience!
Huge thanks to Roger, Jason, and Sarah for checking in with us all week to make sure we were being well looked after – which of course we always were! The three were welcoming, friendly, and funny cracking jokes and making us smile. Jason also went the extra mile in caring for one of our staff in such a gentle and soft way that created space for them to relax and breathe through their blood pressure check. Huge thanks for your angel spirit – Jason!
It is also important to share a shout out to the wonderful, hardworking, and dedicated room attendants. Thank you for always keeping our rooms clean and attending to our needs.
There are so many to thank that we hope we did not miss any one but to summarize, White Oaks have amazing staff, and this is a tribute to Ameer who was also readily available to actively listen.
This resort is 5++++ stars and we simply cannot say enough!!!!!!

This is a very nice place to stay if you’re going to visit Niagara Falls, wineries or historic old town. Everything is less than 10 miles away. The rooms were clean, service was good, check and check out, was efficient and parking was readily available. The doormen at White Oaks were extremely helpful because we never did see the concierge. They have espresso in the rooms where I would prefer regular coffee. We didn’t use the pool, but it seems very nice. Breakfast is not included in your stay so I would suggest more casual food available for breakfast lunch and dinner. If you don’t choose room service, they give you a five dollar coupon to use a check out or at any of the restaurants. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and I would definitely stay there again.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the White Oaks Resort. We booked the Girls Just Wanna Have Fun package. It included a spa treatment, an in room movie,snacks and a credit toward dinner and breakfast.There was no shortage of snacks to enjoy during the movie. As soon as we walked in we sensed the calm and relaxing atmosphere. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Especially Penny and Talin in the Spa and Brian who drove us around on the wine tour. The 3 stops on the tour were chosen carefully and with some thought. The wine tour was not included in our package but was booked at the concierge desk and left from there as well. It was about 4 hrs long. Just perfect.We learned something different at each stop. Our room was clean and the chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us was a nice touch as was the chocolates left on the beds with the turn down service at night. Our dinner at the Play Bar and Grill was excellent. The servings were generous and our steaks were cooked to perfection. Great way for us to celebrate turning 60.

Excellent Stay!! Recently visited Jim Corbett for 2 days and stayed at the White Oak Resort, which is located at Dhela Road, I made a booking through Vidhya, who is handling central resort booking (91 72105 72595). I received a warm welcome from Aksha and another young girl at the front office, who ensured a smooth check-in and showed me to my room. Although I had requested a room with a bathtub, they were able to instantly change my booking to a room with a balcony, which I appreciated. The room was very clean and spacious, perfect for a family of three. As a hotelier, I am very particular about service, hygiene, and food, and I was impressed with all three aspects at the White Oak Resort. The food was excellent, thanks to the chef and his team. I especially enjoyed the delicious meals they prepared. The service team was also exceptional. Nitish and Manpreet were always smiling and dedicated to their job, and they were very calm and down to earth. They are truly assets to the property, I would highly recommend the White Oak Resort to all travelers. It is a budget-friendly resort with excellent service, hygiene, and food. Exquisite venue for a conference. The staff is amazing, present, friendly and hard working. Most of all, plentiful, nice to see a company that sees the value in maintaining an appropriate amount of staff to run. I stayed here as part of a group for a conference and it was beyond amazing. The food they served at all meals was delicious, having 3 buffet areas help make sure everyone got their meals warm. Snacks and drinks were plentiful with tons of variety. Quality of the food, drinks and snacks was great, we never went without. I had a room at the end of a hall, it was quiet, even with construction down the hall. The room was beautiful and had everything I needed for a 4 day stay. They give 5$ coupons to use in house daily if you opt out of housekeeping, I used mine towards a meal at Play. It was delicious and serving was massive. The housekeeping staff was happy to take my dirty towels and offered to refill anything I needed. I have never seen such attention to details as here. I did use the pool area and it was nice and warm. Well done White Oaks, I hope you’re good to your staff, they run everything like magic!

My friend and I booked a night at White Oaks for a spa getaway and overall, the stay was excellent! The spa experience was fantastic, with the staff being very accommodating of my allergies and injuries and providing a full experience. I'm impressed with how well my manicure and pedicure have held up since returning to work, and the massage sorted out a knee sprain that was stubbornly not healing! From the moment we arrived, staff were eager to greet us and help, particularly Kheng, who helped us with our luggage and introduced us to everyone else, directed us to all amenities and ensured we had water as we ventured out into the heat. An absolute gem. Housekeeping staff noted our early check-in and asked if our room was suitable and if we needed anything extra since they were right on the floor. Very sweet and attentive.
We did have an issue with Reservations prior to arrival. This was our first stay and we initially booked spa time then a room, not aware there was a package we could have booked with spa credits and a one night stay, along with meal credits. When I called in after booking to ask about it, I was quoted a price and told I could add it anytime up to check in. I was not told the price could change and didn't want to add it without asking my friend, and lost track of calling back for personal reasons. By the time I called, I was told the price had gone up over a hundred dollars, far less of a deal, and the agent noted, "well, we have to make money, you know". It was off-putting, and I noted this on check-in. Enter Nick at the front desk, who asked if he could try to set this right, as he understood our frustration at not being told the price could change, nor anyone noting the original quote. He stepped in and offered us a voucher to eat at Play on the house as a way to brighten our stay, and it certainly did. The food was fantastic, and it truly made a getaway during a difficult personal time special. I cannot thank him enough for being so thoughtful and attentive.
The resort is very clean and the room very comfortable. If there is one criticism, I would say the pool and jacuzzi were overly chlorinated (several other guests were commenting too when we were there) and there was a bit of a weird grit in the jacuzzi? Not sure what it was. It was late evening when we went.
Overall a lovely place and would go again!

I noticed dust/dirt on the balcony and there was occasional construction noise. But room was clean, although housekeeping seemed very busy/overwhelmed.
We didn’t this trip but there are a tonne of wineries in the area. I like Suzanne Staff winery - especially for their white wines. I like Reif winery for all their wines and Gretzky for baco noir (red). Gretzky is connected to another winery as well. Enjoy.
There are more places to choose from in the Niagara-on-the-Lake area.
