Before the pandemic we would visit White Oaks 2x per year. This was our first return visit since the beginning of 2020. The staff is lovely and accommodating- GREAT customer service. The food at Play was fantastic. Location is great if you like shopping! Disliked · Kids camp at the Club meant that there was a group of kids in the pool when we wanted to swim, which was not enjoyable and the life guard who was just sitting at a table was not wearing a face mask - but not the hotel’s fault.

My husband and I had our wedding at White Oaks and the whole event went off without a hitch. We were delighted with the quality of the food and the atmosphere, but most of all with the staff! Every member of staff we crossed paths with was so kind and helpful, especially our wedding coordinator Jennica Kamara. I’m sure I’m not the first bride she has rescued from stress and overwhelm! We loved every part of our stay, were happy with what we paid, and will be back soon!

A recent quick work trip had me at the White Oaks for just one night. It had been a very long time since I had been there, and I had really forgotten my previous experience. Needless to say I was more than pleasantly surprised. First impressions were friendly, attentive staff at greeting and check in - I got walked from the entrance to the check in! My room - the Niagara suite was really nice - updated and contemporary bathroom. Shower and fixtures were really impressive. What blew me away was the spa / fitness area. The place was massive!! Next time I’m gonna to wake up that much earlier so that I can experience more. I’ll also be keen on visiting the restaurants Impressive stay, I’ll be back in the not too distant future.

We had an enjoyable stay. Girl’s getaway and birthday. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Surprised my friend with complimentary wine and chocolate covered strawberries which was nice touch. Central location for Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, Vineyards and right across the street from Outlet Mall. Room clean spacious and modern 2nd floor) . Very comfortable beds. Room service prompt response and delivery. Some noise above us (sounded like running kids) and 1 morning heard hammering. Other than that very comfortable stay. Also enjoyed the hot tub. Unfortunately did not get opportunity for spa treatments.

My husband and I visited The White Oaks Resort in December with friends while going to see a show at the shaw festival theatre which is 10 mins away. This hotel is consistent in delivery to high standard service while maintaining an excellent "serving" attitude with customers. From the minute you walk in to hotel lobby and greeted by concierge to walking into your room, its a very impressive hotel. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but we were once again blown away by the care and kindness of every single employee we encountered. The culture in this establishment is strong with emphasis on ensuring every visitor walks away feeling cared for and thought of during their stay. We would stay at this hotel over and over. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and the bed was as comfy as home, if not better. While walking in halls and entering room the air smells good at all times and loved the nespresso machines in the room, nice touch. Also, loved the gym, squash courts, tennis courts and all the spa options which we didn't use this time round but we have used in past. Shout out to Michael in concierge who greeted us when we arrived and while sitting outside upon leaving he came up and said good bye remembering who we were, and handed us a bottle of water for our travels, super impressed! .... you are treated like you are important at the White Oaks, EXCELLENT JOB! We will be returning in February for a couple get away!…

We recently stayed at White Oaks resort and choose there Wine Discovery package and I have to say this was the most memorable and luxurious stay I’ve had in a while. I’ve travelled across USA and Canada so I’ve been to numerous hotels and tours, but no one did it quite like White Oaks. As soon as you walked in your greeted at the door, with amazing customer service. The wine tour was so much fun with our tour guide Brian, and our room was great! We also had some wine waiting for us in the room which was such a nice touch. We made our way to dinner a little early and they sat us with no issues. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, I highly recommend the Beef Tenderloin and T bone steak.. it’s been a long time since we tasted something with flavour like that and I can’t wait to try it again. As well as the Shellfish 4x for the appetizer, so tasty!!! The staff was accommodating and actually made you feel welcome. Not only will I be recommending White Oaks but also the package! Review of the spa. Everything was great and really nice other than the mold window by the hot tub and the linens in the treatment room! I expected with such a nice place that there would be more than just sheets for linens in the treatment room. The sheets is definitely something they need to pay attention to and add a high quality blanket at least.

Well my wife and I just stayed for two nights at this wonderful Hotel and Spa . We were celebrating our 44th Anniversary !! The first thing we noticed was how great the staff were, right from the receptionist who helped us check in Evelyn who was just so helpful and got us a room on the ground floors, as my wife has mobility issues and uses a walker. Evelyn was just so very kind and efficient in her duties. Then eating in the PLAY restaurant , the food was delicious and the service from our young waiter Ryan was superb too! The rooms are spotless, clean and have lots of nice features like robes for use to visit the swimming pool. Plus they even have a TV screen in the bathroom, so I didn't miss a minute of any of the World Cup soccer games. Our breakfast in the morning was a delight too ! I had the eggs Benedict and it was great. Served by another delightful waitress called Mireille who gave us both a champagne Mimosa because we told her it was our anniversary . That was so good of her! We are definitely going back to stay at the White Oaks again soon!…

It is the best experience if you wanted to be treated like your special. You are greeted by the concierge at the door directing you to the front desk to check in. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, and we had a surprise upgrade. It was a fantastic room, and the bedding is so plush and comfortable. The special they offered was really a wonderful value, and we enjoyed dining in two of their restaurants, the food was top notch, and so was the service. My draft beer came so cold there was a bit of ice on the glass. We have stayed here twice and will definitely return and recommend the hotel. Everyone from the service people pushing carts to the front desk are so pleasant, and go out of their way to make your stay the best. It is one of the best run hotels I have ever stayed in.…

What an amazing experience!!!! We felt like royalty when we pulled up to the front doors. We were immediately met by Robert who was so kind and helpful. He talked us through the process of valeting my vehicle. He introduced us to Ken…a lovely gentleman who escorted us to the spa area. I had the pleasure of receiving the best massage I have ever had by Alex. It was so relaxing, peaceful and his friendliness made the experience even better. We then went up to Liv for a yummy breakfast. Laura was our server and we were so thankful for her patience, friendliness and knowledge when it came to food allergies. Our coffee cups were never empty and she was took good care of us. When we were leaving, Peter took care of us by getting the vehicle and making sure we had a lovely visit.
