Checkin was easy and efficient. All staff were accommodating and friendly, especially Yvonne, who treated us like royalty. Comfy room and wonderful breakfast served in the inn across the road. Away from the hustle and noise of downtown NOTL but east access to all the area. Highly recommended.

Checking in and out was flawless and easy. Location (if you like to hike) is great as it’s very close to a huge park with tons of trails (and even close to the Bruce Trail) Their website and other reviews however talk about the nicely updated rooms. Definitely a work in progress. The room we stayed in was musty, and the bed/mattress was WAY past the time to replace it. The stairs up to the floor our room was on were all rusty and gave the place a sense of being run down. Generally, I guess you get what you pay for. It’s a decent rate for this area. But unfortunately, we will not plan on returning any time soon

For the price, we were surprised there was no continental breakfast and only coffee makers in room which are not great. Rooms were very nice and clean. A bit bright in the morning though. Stairs were a slight issue for the elderly. Restaurants are far, so we couldn't get food and even finding water was impossible. Tap water is bleachy. All in all, a lovely place but come fully prepared with food and water. Hangovers hurt without it!

We booked late at a busy summer weekend. Kent motel was not so much of a choice but where we could find 3 rooms. Kent was great in all respects, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, clean and very tastefully decorated (nice books on the shelves, with great titles that invite you to read). Check-in and out was beyond contactless yet felt personal. Would definitely stay again and again.

The service provided here was unlike any motel or hotel I've ever been to. I stayed here for my wedding, as did many of my guests. Debbie called us multiple times to let us know how many guests were making reservations and then called us a few days leading up to our check in to make sure everything went smoothly. They wrote on a sign out front welcoming my husband and I too. Debbie even brought breakfast up to our room. Amazing experience!!!! Picturesque area. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!! And to boot, the beds and room were very comfortable and clean.
