As noted in other reviews, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The design of room 112 is poor- the head of the bed is aligned with the doorway and hallway noise is constant (hallway traffic plus pop and ice machines just outside the door). Mattress was lumpy- needed replacing. We entered our room to note a large stain on the...

Booked a last minute getaway at this quaint Inn, very friendly front desk staff. Lovely room, quiet and clean. Would stay here again. Close to restaurants and main street. Front desk great at suggesting good places to eat and things to do.

Very nice location - walking distance to everything in NOTL. The breakfast is served at the Prince of Wales and was great. Room had a fireplace, and was clean, and cozy. Bed was old and very droopy. I slept poorly and almost rolled out it was so worn. Night reception was helpful. Morning reception was rude and insulting when we...

Amazing Service! When trying to figure out where to park (before arriving - on route) we called the Moffat Inn and spoke with Javaid. He not only guided us to the hotel parking (while we drove) he waited by the door for us to ensure we knew where to go. The level of customer service we received was far above...

My wife and I enjoyed a great trip to Niagara on the Lake in Canada and stayed at the Moffat Inn from October 4, 2016 to October 11, 2016. One of the important things that made our experience so memorable was Javaid at the front desk. Not only was he very professional in his manner, but he took time to...

Yes we had to climb stairs, but for a hotel build in 1835 this is a great place to stay. The bathroom was updated and had a great shower. The service we received at the front desk was excellent - we were shown to our room and he supplied us with clean wine glasses to go with our cider that...

We had the pleasure of staying in two rooms during our two night stay at the Moffat Inn. Unfortunately we were greeted with no hot water on Sunday morning. Although the Inn provided us with an upgraded room, i am not sure why we were in the original room to begin with. When chatting with other guests we learned there...

Niagara-on-the-Lake is an expensive place to stay and dine, but because we attend the Shaw Festival, the Moffat Inn has long been our first (and almost only) choice for overnighting. We have stayed elsewhere only when the Moffat was sold out. We cheerfully tolerated its quirky shortcomings when it was family-owned, but wonder how the large Vintage Hotels group can...

This hotel was nice and reasonably priced for Niagara on the Lake. However, it was a little worn around the edges. The furniture seemed a bit dated and the deck was in need of repair. Would stay there again.

Beautiful little hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake, within walking distance of all restaurants, shops and theatres. Parking very easy at the back. "All you can eat" breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel next door was a little disappointing - overcooked scrambled eggs and no toast though we could have eaten "a la carte" and paid extra. Room very clean and pleasant...
