It may not look as fancy as its next door neighbors but this place was great from its location to the little bottles of shampoo! We walked in early hoping to get our room and not only they had it available for us, they also upgraded us to a deluxe room. Even without the upgrade Natalie at the front desk... More

We stayed in one of the two bedroom suites for the night with our family. It was gorgeous and very spacious! The staff was very accomodating and attentive to all our needs. They even provided a playpen for my 9 month old son. Lots of parking and close to all the cute little shops. Will definately come back again!

Three of us spent a night in the Mirabella suite - what a wonderful experience! The suite was large and comfortable - we wished we could have stayed much longer. The service was outstanding - the staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

My husband and I stayed one night only at the Moffat ... how we wish we could've stayed a week! The room and bathroom were spacious and extremely clean. The hotel is so conveniently located, with ample parking. Most impressive though was the outstanding customer service we received at the front desk from Natalie and John. It was truly a... More

Moffat Inn shares owners with the illustrious Prince of Wales Hotel. It is strategically located right next door, and supposedly, guests are able to use the facilities at the Prince. The rooms were quiet, clean and spacious enough! Ours had a small patio with table and chairs, but it was a little brisk to sit out! Keurig coffee available in... More

Any one who has been to Niagara-on-the-Lake has probably walked by the Moffat Inn as it is situated between The Prince of Wales and the Shaw Club Hotel on Picton Street. It looks very nice with its green awnings and flower filled window boxes but as the old saying goes “Don't judge a book by its cover” What can I... More

Stayed here for just one night. The hotel is quite old, and reminded me of the kind of pub / hotels that I might stay in back in rural English in the lake district and it felt a bit out of place in a town such as Niagara on the lake. First impressions are not so good, it feels like... More

Don't know where to start. From the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out was the most enjoyable weekend. The staff was the best we have ever experienced. If we asked a simple question they front desk did the best they could to accommodate For example. We were looking for cards and he looked and looked until... More

We had the same impression as "3Thirstytravellers" - the hotel is not well kept and is highly overpriced. Entering from the parking lot you are met with the a distinct musty smell of mould. Dirty laundry and garbage bags are lining the hall. The hotel furnishings are run down and shabby. For the cost I would look elsewhere.

We have been staying here for years but it is no longer quaint and charming, just old, tired and worn out. The exterior needs a good clean and painting. While the bathrooms were recently renovated the rooms need to be redone. Furniture is worn out (dated, chipped, no doors on the tv cabinet, faded) and decor is so dated. Our... More
