Convenient and quiet location. Very well maintained and operated. The hosts are friendly, but not at all intrusive, and there to help with anything you need. We loved the coffee bar room where there was always tea, cold water or coffee available. The rooms are spacious, very clean and very tastefully decorated. The best part was the outstanding breakfast served every morning at 9 AM in their beautiful dining room. Different every day, but always filling, delicious and beautifully presented.

We stayed three nights at Darlington in the Oaksene room and so enjoyed ourselves. It’s a quiet, exceptionally clean and welcoming place to stay. The breakfasts are wonderful. The location is perfect. We had ZOOM deliver us each a bike and we loved the nearby bike paths.

First time staying at this B&B. Room was very clean with nice decor. Being Covid times, Host ensured everything had been cleaned properly. Even when advising how to turn TV and Bell systems on, he only pointed to clicker, as didn’t want to touch them. Breakfasts were to die for. Eggs Benedict followed by small Oatmeal/Banana pancakes. The next day eggs, sausage followed by cheese filled crepe. It was also very nice that both days, the Host ensured they came out to chat with each of the quests. Would highly recommend staying here. Close to Main Street NOTL, Niagara and many wineries.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights during Thanksgiving week and would highly recommend Darlington House as an excellent choice of B&B. Marlena and Yarek were wonderful hosts - friendly, helpful, and never intrusive. Lovely historic home and our room ( Oakdene) was spacious, clean, and king bed very comfortable. The availability of a help- yourself coffee/beverage bar down the hall was a nice plus. Quiet location with a great view of the park across the street and walking paths galore. About a 12 minute walk to downtown. And to save the best for last…the breakfasts were simply amazing!!!!

Outstanding, friendly hosts, Marzena and Yarek, who invited my husband and me to spend the night in their gracious home at quite a reasonable price for the area. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented in keeping with the charming rooms and general atmosphere. Excellent location within some walking distance to Niagara-on-the-Lake’s main street, wineries and Fort George. At the suggestion of Marzena, I went for a bike ride around the area and ended up taking the very scenic biking trail along the river to Niagara Falls and back. I stopped by the roadside fruit market for boiled corn on the cob on my way back; quite tired but happy. A special thank you to Marzena and the fellow guests who were quite supportive when they found out that my husband was completing the Sick Kids Hospital Great Cycle Challenge. Their generous contributions will definitely help in the fight against childhood cancer. We will return to Darlington House.

From the time we were making our booking until we said good-bye to our gracious hosts Marzena and Yarek our experience was superb. They were so generous with their time and assistance in everything from restaurant recommendations to bike paths and vineyards not to be missed etc... Their B&B is spotless with nicely decorated rooms which feel fresh and airy. There is a sweet little kitchette for their guests to make tea & coffee or just be able to put your wine to chill in the fridge. The breakfasts were both delicious and different each morning served in an elegant setting. We had a two night stay to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and hope to be able to make this an annual event. We want to give them the best of recommendations but also fear we may not be able to get a booking next time we return because you will all want to go there!

WOW! Marzena and Yarek were such great hosts. Everything was amazing! The grounds were absolutely beautiful and so were the rooms! Breakfast was cooked with love and the food was plentiful. We usually stay in Niagara Falls in one of the big hotels but with COVID, we decided to stay in a B and B. We are so glad we did! We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for making our first trip out in over 2 years due to COVID and wonderful experience.

My wife and I recently returned home from a fantastic 2-night getaway at Darlington House Bed and Breakfast. Marzena and Yarek were outstanding hosts, and provided unbelievable high-end breakfasts each morning. When rainy weather prevented Peller Estates Winery Restaurant from honouring our dinner reservation, Marzena recommended a nearby Italian restaurant (Ruffino's) that delivered fantastic food to the B&B. Marzena provided plates, cutlery, candles, and 80s music on their covered private backyard patio oasis -- and gave us an unforgettable evening.
