We stayed for 4 nights for a family wedding in August and can't give high enough praise for our stay. Everything was to an exceptionally high standard. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The food was incredible - Edita is a fantastic cook with a different freshly cooked breakfast each morning. She made the best muffins I have ever...

I stayed with my wife 1 night and was first struck by the intense beauty of the residence. Edita keeps her lawn and home meticulously manicured with modern, chic design and decor. You get a key to the front door and Edita said we may come and go as we please (no curfew). Free parking in her parking lot. Only...

Edita is a great hostess. She was warm and welcoming and makes amazing breakfasts. Beautiful B&B in a quiet area, yet close to the main shopping and busy areas of NOTL. Great for biking around vineyards.

We stayed there when we were going to an event at Jackson Triggs in 2014. My bad that this review has taken so long to post. The host, Edita, was welcoming and the place was spotless. The rate was also pretty reasonable and we could easily have walked to JT had we wished. It is a suburban house that literally...

We arrived exhausted after a very long flight to a warm welcome by the owner who quickly checked us in with the minimum amount of fuss and left us to recover . The rooms were very clean and well appointed and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Attention to detail was apparent everywhere. we were travelling with some friends so...

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our one-night stay with Edita, Sunday of a long weekend. The location was perfect, only a 15-20 minute scenic walk into downtown. From the moment we got there we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was clean and quaint and our room was lovely with a large, spotless bathroom. In the morning, Edita served...

My husband and I stayed at Magnolia on Simcoe for one night as we were visiting Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. We were a little surprised when our GPS led us to a small neighborhood and a ranch-style house, but it turned out to be the right place. The room was beautiful and clean, and the hostess, Edita, was...

This is an amazing and immaculate place. The breakfast is amazing and the hostess is charming. The house is a 15 minute walk to downtown Niagara on the lake. We used the biking trails which were also incredible.
