My husband and I took my mother-in-law for a long weekend getaway to NOTL and we were so lucky to have booked two nights at Victoria Gables! We booked the Anchor room, which was two separate rooms with a shared bathroom (in the main bedroom). Sandy keeps an immaculate BnB and every detail was impeccably managed. The backyard is a beautiful oasis. The breakfast was better than most brunch places and was one of the highlights of the trip. From the moment I booked the reservation with Sandy, she was super accommodating and helpful. Sandy is the best host and I cannot wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at this fabulous B&B for a ladies getaway which is conveniently located within just over a 5 minute walk to the Main Street. The house is meticulously clean. Sandra and Jack are such beautiful hosts, The rooms are very spacious with extremely comfortable beds. The backyard is stupendous with many options to sit. The porch is adorable with seating area there as well. The street is very quiet. The breakfast is excellent and everything is freshly made and tastes absolutely delicious! We will definitely be staying there again! Thank you Sandra and Jack!!

We stayed two nights at Victoria Gables and loved every second of our time there. Our room was beautiful with a wonderful view of the gardens. The home and grounds are stunning. Sandy is a gracious host and prepares an excellent breakfast with home made treats that are absolutely delicious. We will definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend Victoria Gables. NOTL is a great spot but honestly Victoria Gables was the highlight of our trip. Loved Harley and it was so nice to meet and chat with Jack.

We stayed for two nights and everything about the experience blew our expectations out of the water. Sandy and Jack have created such a welcoming and open space. The breakfast was phenomenal and Sandy was such a generous and fun host. So glad we got to meet Harley too. Such a friendly furball of joy.

The outdoor space in the back is amazing. The house is located in a quiet space but very close to town in NOTL and less than 30 min drive to Niagara.

Can't wait to go back for our next visit.

Thank you, Sandy, Jack, and Harley for making our experience so memorable :-)

What a great first experience at a true B&B. Sandy was the perfect hostess. From her great personality to her spectacular breakfast, our experience was first class. Victoria Gardens is the perfect spot to spend a few days in Niagra on the Lake and explore from there. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. It’s location is within walking distance to the main area of NOTL. In the evening, we sat in their large backyard and enjoyed a glass of wine while the sun set. We highly recommend Victoria gardens - you will not be disappointed.

T,hank you so much for hosting us. We will definitely return.

What a resort! This B&B is outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family! The home is stunning and spotless. A wonderful way to relax and unwind. Close to downtown and wineries, it’s the place to stay in Niagara on the Lake. Sandy’s attention to detail was incredible and her breakfast was gourmet. Totally delicious! A true gem. And the gardens - enchanting! Thank you for such a wonderful stay Sandy! We will be back, Jan and Aaron

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and got to meet the new owners. The place was immaculate, clean, beautifully designed. 3 minutes from the main niagara on the lake strip. The owners Sandra and Jack we're such amazing hosts. The breakfast was unbelievable, my husband has never had French toast quite like this before. The backyard is so beautiful, in fact we sat on the bench and took in the flowers the trees, the waterfall, and the beautiful landscape on several occasions.

We wish Jack and Sandra nothing but success, and we will definitely be back here for years to come.

My husband and I have spent our wedding anniversary in the beautiful area of Niagara-on-the-lake in August 2019. We were looking for a bed & breakfast located at a walking distance from the Old District, and close enough to the wineries. We were extremely pleased with our decision to choose this place. Not only the property is so gorgeous, but the service was extraordinary. It shows when business people are fascinated by the work they do. We felt it all the way! Just a look at the property, inside and out, and you will notice the amount of work that is put into making this place so charming. The garden area is stunning and Jack goes the extra miles to make sure it remains like that. The décor inside the house is simply beautiful and each living area has something to catch your eyes, while remaining cozy and breathable. Sandra is a very charming person, extremely oriented to details and passionate about her bed & breakfast. She loves meeting new people and told us that her business gives her that great opportunity. She loves cooking… and in fact, she would even stay up late at night to prepare the breakfast. But not to worry… you would not know all of this work takes place while you are sleeping. And not only was the food excellent, but it was a memorable experience by itself! We felt like guests of honors in an important visit. You know what they say… you first eat with your eyes and that was so true. We were spoiled!!! We booked the Bow Room, which is the largest room, with a king bed and a view on the beautiful garden. We really appreciated the space and the fact that it was so quiet. Of course, the whole neighborhood is very quiet although located at walking distance from the main streets of bars, boutiques and restaurants. We even walked at night and used the flashlight provided by Sandra for that purpose. Because it was our first time in the area, we also appreciated Sandra’s recommendations on a few places to visit. We really enjoyed our time there and we will definitely be returning. This is definitely a place where you arrive as a guest and you leave as a friend. And we’re glad we could spend a little time with Sandra to enjoy our last morning breakfast before heading back home. We also enjoyed a bit of Harley, Sandra’s dog. He is so cute and once he got to know me… he adopted me! I did not mind at all and I am sure he would have enjoyed more of my presence!!! Or maybe it’s because I had Pepito with me! LOL! Thank you so much Sandra and Jack for your hospitality and for making our wedding anniversary so special! You certainly know how to treat your guests!

Just returned from a wonderful weekend away to Niagara-on-the-Lake for a couples wine tasting trip. We found Victoria Gables right here on TripAdvisor as being listed as a top B&B in the region, and we were not disappointed.

HOST: Sandra is a fabulous host. She is incredibly personable, hospitable, and makes you feel right at home! When we arrived, she greeted us at the front door and provided us with lots of tips and coupons for our wine tour for the day! She made a great first impression -- even booking over the phone with her a few months back was so easy!

BREAKFAST: Delicious! During our stay, were were not offered a typical "selection" to choose from for breakfast. Instead, Sandra prepared a set menu consisting of fresh baked blueberry scones and croissants, fresh fruit and yogurt. We enjoyed a delicious ham frittata, served with a side of cherry tomatoes and olive focaccia. It was quite a breakfast!! Her scones really stood out to me -- Sandra if you read this, I would LOVE the recipe!

GROUNDS: The front lawn and porch is nicely groomed. Comfortable seating on the front porch, and very well maintained and clean. The inside is so beautiful. The large foyer immediately boasts the Nautical theme that resonates throughout the entire home. The home looks newly renovated, and is tastefully decorated as per the theme. The main floor has a dining room to seat up to 8 people, and a large living room the enjoy. The spacious hallway on the second floor has a coffee nook, with a Keurig machine, snacks, and a mini fridge. It is a nice feature that we really appreciated!

Bedrooms - My boyfriend and I stayed in the Compass room. The room was spacious, super clean, and had a full bathroom. It boated a King size bed that was super comfortable -- like really, really comfortable. And was adorned with a plush comforter and crisp white sheets. I would only suggest adding an additional two pillows to sleep on, as the ones were had felt a little too soft or worn in! Either way, that bed was amazing and we had a great sleep!!

Backyard - STUNNING. The backyard goes on forever! There is plenty of seating, including a gazebo, a patio table set, an underground fire pit with muskoka seats! The backyard is lush with greenery and flowers. A waterfall runs peacefully in the back corner, and large trees create shade and beauty all at once.

Sandra, thank you again for your hospitality and for a comfortable stay! We regret that we were only able to stay for the one night, but will absolutely be back!
