This is a great hotel where we stay twice yearly while attending the Shaw festival in Niagara on the lake. The manager is terrific, The staff is friendly. The restaurant is well priced with good food and excellent staff. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds.We love keyless entry.with Hilton app.
My husband and I recently spent three wonderful days at your beautiful hotel. It was our first visit but it definitely won’t be our last. Thanks to your generous policy of allowing pets on the premises, we were able to bring our Olde English Bulldog puppy with us. The entire hotel took all of the necessary COVID precautions and our room was large and spotlessly clean. Daily housekeeping was also available by request (greatly appreciated.) Being on the first floor allowed us easy access to a large and gated backyard-perfect for our pup! We ate the majority of our meals at the terrific restaurant inside of the hotel. Highly recommended! The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They showed our puppy a lot of love too (thank you for that.) The hotel is perfectly situated- right off the highway and a quick drive to Niagara Falls and downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. We have definitely found our new Niagara hotel. See you again soon!…
We stayed for 2 nights in November. Our room on the 5th floor, even numbered room, back side of the hotel away from the QEW. Super quiet. Large room, very comfortable king sized bed. Very clean. Smells very fresh when you walked in. Very friendly staff upon checking in; and also any house keeping staff we encountered in the hallway. Only complaint was limited channel selection on the TV. We sat in the spacious lobby to watch the Grey Cup on TV as they have more channels. You can get a drink at the restaurant bar there; so all good! There is a pool and gym and it looks like nice outdoor areas for someone staying in the summer. Super convenient location on the QEW right at the Premium Outlet Mall. About 10-15 minute drive to Niagara Falls, or Niagara on the Lake. We did see a shuttle bus in the parking lot - maybe it provides rides to those locations in high season? Would definitely stay here again. …
Is in a great location as it relates to Niagara on the Lake. Very close to the Wineries and to Old Town. The hotel was very nice which I experience every time I stay at a Hilton Garden Inn. Will be my first choice next time I venture to see the beautiful Fall colours.
If you prefer to be closer to the highway than in the middle of historic NOTL, this is a good choice. Bedding is very comfortable, rooms are quiet, parking is free, and the wifi is fast and free. We found the service to be friendly and efficient.
Met all of Hilton standards. No problems, requests accommodated, nice, clean room, friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Free parking. Did not have time to visit the pool. Woul stay there again on next trip
We stayed 2 nights while exploring Niagara wine country. The Hotel was very well maintained and clean. Staff were all friendly and very helpful, even providing recommendations for restaurants in the area in an updated printed form. Nice sitting areas for gatherings around lobby and exterior and good bar staff. Well done!
Lovely service from start to finish from check in staff to staff at the restaurant. Nice surroundings, room clean and tidy. Waiting staff very helpful, chatty and interacted with us. Nice breakfast. We had stayed in another Hilton Garden Inn in New York and were very disappointed and were not hoping for much, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Would stay again.
Clean and welcoming hotel with well designed room with lots of space to organize our belongings during our stay. We just didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or fireside on the outdoor patio. We did have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked, and the waitstaff very outgoing yet attentive. We were able to sample the chef’s butter chicken. It was complexly spiced with a lovely mouth afterglow. Would definitely recommend it for dinner, and would happily stay at the hotel again.
A great surprise, staff was friendly, rooms good size, beds comfortable, fridge coffee maker (with cream), bathrooms very functional. Tv good, but I had trouble connecting to wifi, more complicated than it had to be. Eventually wifi worked but come on super8 hotels easier. Breakfast was very good, staff good, prices for breakfast reasonable.. generally a great stay, wish it was closer to Shaw festival.
