Cecile's continues to be an outstanding B & B. The ambience, the quiet, and the wonderful host, Chris. This is a special place where we are made to feel at home. The house has the elegant feel of an understated Paris apartment. The gardens and charming front porch invite us each year to share a glass of wine and enjoy...

We've been going to NOTL for years and once we stayed here, we've never stayed anywhere else. Chris, the owner, is a superb host and the property is elegant, but not pretentious making it a perfect place to stay. It is located on a quaint side-street and is walking distance to the theaters and downtown area which is important to...

We have stayed at Cecile's house several tImes in the past, so on our wedding weekend, we knew just the special place to return to. We also wanted to share this special weekend, with family, so we rented the whole house. The breakfast and the the over all ambience of Cecile's house is elegant, warm and always inviting. On the...

We enjoyed our first visit to Cecile's House for two nights in late August. We were very impressed with Chris and his immaculate B&B. He was so gracious and understanding as we knew we couldn't make check-in on time, but greeted us with a smile when we were even later than anticipated (darn border crossing!). The room is comfortable, clean...

My husband and I spent another memorable 2 nights here - we have been staying here for many years and always look forward to our next visit. Chris has done an outstanding job of making people feel welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is superb - both in presentation and deliciousness. We have had many interesting conversations...

We're in the middle of our second stay at Cecile's in NOTL and loving it. Chris is a wonderful hotelier and knows the right touches to make things feel elegant and welcoming, from the pitcher of frothed milk for our breakfast coffee to the buttery-rich croissant, he makes the second B in BNB stand out. The decor is tres francais...

Every year we meet friends at Cecile's House and it is the most wonderful, comfortable setting for our reunion. Chris is an accomplished host and the accommodations are first class. The breakfast is the best anywhere and I will dream of the delicious scones, pastries and local fresh fruit until we can return next year.

We have been coming to Cecile's House for 9 years now. It is always a most comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our host Chris updates the decor and improves the facilities of his home every year. And the breakfast offerings are always simply delicious.

For nine years we have been staying at this B&B and who would believe it gets better every year? Chris has worked extremely hard in the off season, every year, to make Cecile's House more comfortable and more attractive demonstrating his interior design talents, And, every morning, he works hard to produce the finest French breakfast that we find ourselves...

We just had another fabulous visit with Chris, the best B&B host ever. This was year 5 and we have booked for next year. The decor is very French and every year Chris has made some updates. His breakfast is out of this world; Imagine opening your eyes in the morning to the smell of fresh home-made croissants. And that...
