Maria was very welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean. Our breakfasts were so good. Fruit, yogurt, breads, croissants, meat, cheeses, muffins, juice, and coffee. We stayed two nights and breakfast was different both days. It is a great location to walk to Old Town. Beautiful garden and sitting area outside. Thank you Maria for the great two days.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this great B&B. The hosts, Maria and Joe made us feel comfortable and the breakfasts were top notch, fresh fruits, cheeses, meats, eggs and crepes. The property is very well maintained and very clean. Maria and Joe are very invested in their guests and property and it shows! Thank you for helping make our stay on NOTL fantastic.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this top notch bed and breakfast. We also stayed here seven years ago. Beautiful grounds with lots of flowers and places to sit and spend some time, nicely decorated rooms and delicious breakfasts made for a perfect stay. Located just a few blocks from downtown NOTL, we will be back.

My sister and I stayed at this wonderful/quaint bed and breakfast for the May long weekend. It was our first time travelling post pandemic and this place met our needs. Maria was very gracious and attentive to our requests and was able to accommodate. Meals by Jon were superb unfortunately we were not able to meet but the breakfast completed on our first morning (eggs benedict with smoked salmon, fruit salad, tea, coffee and light deserts were perfect!) Your garden and gazebo are wonderful and you can tell you put a lot of heart and soul into your garden - we were able to see a few cardinals which i haven't seen in years! Maria i want to thank you from the bottom of my heart and i understand you are thinking of retiring. Niagara on the lake will miss your hospitality!!

We only stayed 2 nights but it was quiet and so comfortable and very clean! The breakfasts were delicious, fresh and elaborate! I recommand this B&b! Maria is so friendly and welcoming! We rented E-Bikes which is right there near her beautiful home and the old Town of Niagara on the Lake is about 10 minutes by foot! All and all very lovely time in Ontario!

We stayed during COVID and I was not sure of what to expect, however Maria took it seriously and we felt very comfortable. There are 3 rooms in total. 2 have balconies. Ours had a lovely balcony where we sat and drank wine. As mentioned the breakfast was amazing but too much food (and I’m a huge eater). If you’re not a big breakfast person I’d let the hosts know ahead of time. If you don’t you will be guilted into eating everything on your plate. Put it this way...we didn’t need lunch. Breakfast was served at individual tables. The location is 20 minutes from town. However we loved the walk especially after breakfast. Plenty of wineries nearby. Awesome place we will definitely go back!

Wonderful little Bed and Breakfast within easy walking distance of the downtown historical district and Lake Ontario. The owner and inn keeper does a lovely job providing any information which you may need. The owner’s husband is from Italy and cooks a multi course breakfast which is 5 star! It always concludes with a yummy dessert offering. Rooms are decorated with an Italian influence and are extremely clean!

We ended up at the Via Veneto by accident when another reservation fell through and were we ever lucky that we did. Maria was not only extremely welcoming, but also very helpful in finding us the additional lodging we needed on a very busy summer weekend - not an easy task but she took it as her mission and in less than an hour we could relax and enjoy the rest of our stay. Fabulous. And yes, the breakfasts are as good as all of the other reviews say they are. We will definitely stay here again.

Our daughters got us a weekend away at Via Veneto. It was a wonderful weekend and Maria and Joe were so accommodating. Our room was clean and neat and we even had our own patio. The food was so delicious. We were just a few blocks from old town and had a lovely time strolling around. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay within walking distance to everything, Via Veneto is the place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

If you are looking for a quiet and calm surrounding to relax in after a day's excursion in Niagara, look no further, Via Veneto is for you. This quaint house is situated in a residential area and is only a 15 minute walk from the Historic district of Niagara-on-the-lake. The hosts' european background transpire in the beautifully decorated rooms and lush gardens surrounding the house. My boyfriend and I were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail given to the room and corresponding bathroom. Our day began with a two-service breakfast which surpassed our expectations and kept us nourished until late in the afternoon. Maria is the perfect hostess, friendly, helpful and concerned with her guests' well-being. I would certainly return to Via Veneto without hesitation.
