stayed a couple nights while visiting family and it wasnt bad. Beds were clean and it was nice and quiet, however there was a faint cigarette smell in the room but i got noseblind to it after a while. Overall not perfect and not fancy but not a bad place to stay at.

Very clean and well appointed The bed was very comfortable with quality pillows. Bathroom was well stocked and clean. Only stayed one night but will definitely stay here again when in North Bay and will recommend the Lincoln Inn to my friends

Super happy about my stay. The fire place and tub were great! It was very clean. Check in is a little different than the norm. Super happy about my stay! I will come again! Ask for extra towels ahead of time! Only comes with three

This can’t be same place that has the photos in TA. We pulled in to a very tired looking motel with buddy in the back corner working on his truck, a car with a busted out back window, the smell of pot and a bunch sitting outside having a fun time.
Ok,,, pay, get the key, get in the room to a strong odour of cat pee (??? Perhaps???) dingy, and honestly, I didn’t even look at the cleanliness factor because of the smell. Wow, definitely not the same room as the pictures on the net.
Turned around, got refunded and went elsewhere.
You only have one chance at a first impression.

Although the man who checked me in was barely friendly, everything else was fine. The run was clean and comfortable. I liked being able to park in front of my door. The Wi-Fi was reasonably fast. The water was hot.

Lake Nipissing was nearby. I drove by the shore for quite a while as I came in from Sudbury... though I was tired from a day on the road, so I didn't leave my room to see it.

The owner was offensive and rude - the rooms weren't clean and the maids didn't come to clean the room - it was noisy - I've traveled a lot and it was the worst experience I've ever had - I would never stay there again not would I ever recommend it to anyone

We arrived in North Bay after 3+ hours driving on snow and ice packed Hwy 11. It was about 9 pm on Dec 30th, and very bitter cold! Our usual preference was not open and so I turned to trip advisor to find another small business on the Lakeshore. I was glad I picked the Lincoln Inn.

We did not have a reservation and were simply a drop in to this 1950's style 'Motor Inn'. Reception was worked by a pleasant young man, check in was a breeze. Simply fill in the normal generic 'hotel information card' and leave with keys, wifi password, movie channel and 'block heater plug in location' information! 90$ tax in for the night, double occupancy.

We stayed in room 29, one off the end, opposite the office. This is certainly an old building, but only shows it in charming ways! Most aspects of the room had been renovated. There was a floating laminate floor, new paint, flat screen television (serviced by eastlink cable). The heat is charming radiated heat with old style hot water radiators. The thermostat was very easy to control, even for someone who has never experienced this type of heating system. There was a airconditioning unit in the wall, but at a nightly low of -39 C in not sure it was needed! The bed was a very plush queen sized bed with 4 pillows and new bedding.

The bathroom had new cushion floor and paint, as well as a second radiator. There was an ample supply of toilitries as evidence of a newer tub surround.

The outdoor receptacle to plug the car in was much appreciated. Make sure you bring your own extension cord!

Overall much more than expected. Everything was very clean, and comfortable. As a small business owner in the North myself, I enjoy supporting other small businesses. This place was a great hit, and in the future I will stay here again!

This was the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in. The tubs have a dirt ring that looks like they've been there for years. I asked to change rooms, but to no surprise it was the same. The price on the Internet was much lower than what they wanted. Definite rip off.

Yes, it is situated on Lakeshore Drive but on the opposite side of the road from the lake. The room (two double beds) was a good size, clean and equipped with a slightly larger than normal mini-fridge and a micro-wave oven. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room can hold maybe ten people at once - one table for four and a counter which could seat about six (and this for a motel with about thirty units) - and the choices were limited. There is a Tim Horton's close by though if you want anything more substantial.

Bedroom is divided off from living/eating/kitchen area. Has Queen size bed and there is a pull out couch in living area. So very comfortable and bathroom really nice. The Desk staff/owner was so very kind and helpful. Have stayed there several times.
