Not a terrible place but very outdated for the price. When I walked in there was a horrible musty smell. Thin blanket and sheets, the shower head didn’t work other than one setting that blasted more air than water. I feel like anything over $100 a night is too much for this place.

Definitely an older motel. It was clean, however tv is painful to use and poor quality. Remote didn’t power it on and couldn’t utilize tv guide. Most channels were snowy pic. There are little to no electrical outlets. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Not ideal. A random power bar stuffed behind a bedside table.
Furnishings are old and worn

Wish I would have read reviews before booking a room. 1st room was dirty. Fake eyelashes on top of the headboard, filthy bathroom & reeked of smoke (supposed to be non smoking). 2nd room was ok. shower was grungy/ dirty looking. None of us would use it. Thankfully it was only a one night stay. Beds were clean. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Will never stay here again and don’t recommend it.

This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed at. I have stayed at this location before, it was bad then. But it is worse now. It all began when I got charged $730 on my credit card 2 days before I was to arrive for a two night stay. I called and talked to Benjamin and he sorted it it out for me, he was very helpful . The hotel seemed to cater to snow machine people. There were truck and trailers parked where ever along with their sleds hogging all the parking spaces for anyone else. The pool also it very outdated and poorly taken care of. We could only use it one day since it was closed for the second day.
We stayed for 2 nights, however during the day if you leave they re set your room keys. So you can't get in the side door and you have to go to the front desk to get new cards. It also seems like men like to just pee where ever outside, when I was coming out of the building there was a man right there just letting her go. I was with my kids and the hotel was full of girls for a ringette tournament. It was a little shocking since it was 10am in broad day light.
Over all this hotel is a dump, save your money and go anywhere else.

Theead bare carpets on stairwells. Dirty sidewalks outside the ground floor rooms. Room smells. TV snowy. $160 taxes in. I remember when quality inn WAS quality. ( stupid me, returned here bu mistake and same issues two years ago). And still serving "grab and go" breakfast. Owners must have figured covid helped them save $$$ and kept this up. Never again. Go elsewherr

The WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in some dumps. Terrible service, rooms were dirty, disgusting and smelled. The bathrooms were gross and moldy. Pool was awful didn’t even go in and the hot tub was awful as well. I would rather sleep in my truck than ever stay there again. The guys ‘working’ the front were no help and laughed when any concerns were brought to their attention. Our stay was 12/02/22 never again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location travelling thru to Wisconsin. The rooms are clean and the location is ideal for someone travelling. The staff was very friendly. Both trips were arrived late at night without a reservation. The breakfast selection and food was very good. We will stay here our next trip.

This hotel's main draw, location. It is right off Hwy #11, which also makes it noisy if you happen to stay on the Hwy side. I was here several times until I knew NB better. The rooms are acceptable, the ground floor ones have sliding doors to the parking area. But book ahead or they will hammer you at the check in. In any SW Ont town, this place would get $69, but they want $95+. There is no pool, no fitness room, only a free breakfast which is just ok, typical make your own bagel, cereal etc. There is Don Cherry's next door, and a coffee shop beyond that. Really very little to justify the price, and why they call it airport I haven't a clue as it isn't very close to the airport at all.

Stayed for a few days at this hotel for business, but would not return. The washroom smelled, the carpet had a stain on it, the doors outside wouldn't open - overall, the hotel looks tired and uncared-for.
The staff were nice and it looked as if the continental breakfast would have been fine.

The parking at this location is not the best. It was very hard to find a spot to park.

Second, the rates are appalling!! I was charged $139.99 for a room that I checked-in to at 11PM!?! I have never paid so much for a room at a Travelodge…not even in Toronto! Also, since then, I have learned that the rates at the other Travelodge in North Bay are $60 cheaper.

Third, I was charged more for a room on the first floor. I have never encountered a Travelodge that did this. I was travelling with a person in a wheelchair that could not make it up stairs. This is an injustice against people with disabilities.

I have stayed at Travelodge hotels dozens of times and at many locations, and I must say that I have never been as dissatisfied with a Travelodge hotel as I am about this one.

Never again will I stay at this location, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
