Recently stayed here for a hockey tournament for our granddaughter and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. We originally had to make two reservations in order to book for two nights since we were using points, and they were so accommodating to arrange it that we didn't have to change rooms. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We will stay again when we visit next year.

Hotel's Favourite
Loved the fact they cleaned my room daily as I was staying for 11 nights in total. The only thing I was a tad disappointed with was the fact they didn't check the soap dispensers for refills as mine needed refill... just saying... and I had to call once to get my room done as I had visitors coming to visit. But the food was excellent!!! Service was excellent

Excellent level of cleanness and great people working there. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit and bread.
Beading was very confortable and the noise isolation has very good.

There were cobwebs in the corners by the ceiling in the bathroom. The hot tub was disgusting - tons of bugs including a huge dead fly and a big chunk of lint swirling on top - and when I reported both at the front desk, the reply was "ok, what's your room number", not "sorry about that" or even "thanks for letting us know". Difficult to manage the room temperature. Called earlier in the day to confirm accessible room and was given a different, not accessible room at check-in so that had to be redone. Best thing about stay was John(?) who seems to run the restaurant and was fantastic. That said, pretty sure prices in room service menu in the room were lower than what we were charged when we ordered.

The employees weren't able to communicate. We had a bad night because of noise beside our room. I asked for a late check out until 12. Unfortunately at 11 the houses keeping knocked the door and woke us up. I called the front desk and the girl apologized and i told me that there was nothing on system from her colleague. She asked her manager and allow us to stay until 1pm. At 1240pm we got a call and it was this mean agent from the front desk kicking me out telling me that i had to get out of the room at 11. It was so frustrating having ro explain again to the 3er employee about the whole issue but what felt worse was the way he talked to me kicking me out of the room i paid for.

Have stayed more then 4 months at this location this year. After returning to work in the area I shower up at 1:00am and they could only offer me a suite. Was the only room available. But was over double the price our company had been told we pay. Frustrating knowing how long I’ve stayed at the same location and then just get shoved aside. It’s 1:00am and it’s the last room available. They should have honoured the price no matter what room. It was just for a night until another room was ready.

My husband and I stayed here for five days. The rooms are very out dated and dirty. The bathroom smelled like urine and when we got there one of the beds didn’t even have sheets. I asked to have our room cleaned and they told me I had to give a 24 hour notice to have it cleaned. I was so disappointed and would never stay here again.

From the beginning of our stay we were greeted with the best service imaginable. The Staff is very helpful, and very friendly, not to mention will bend over backwards to try and help with anything you may be needing.
The guest rooms are updated and beautiful, not to mention super comfy beds that swallow you whole and allow you an amazing night's sleep!
There are plenty of restaurant options in the area, but if you don't want to leave the hotel, this location has it's own restaurant and bar, and let me tell you the food is wonderful. (Make sure you don't miss breakfast). If you are looking for snacks, the lobby's snack bar has a wonderful array of options, and drinks, and it is always stocked.
There's a great pool and a gym if you decide you've over indulged in your stay.
We stay at this hotel every year and we've never encountered any issues whatsoever!
I only wish more hotels had the care and attention this one provides.

I recently held a luncheon reception at this property. Right from the start, Keely Cambridge was wonderful to work with! Keely was professional, very helpful and she went over and above what was asked of her. The lunch consisted of delicious sandwiches, cheese & fruit trays & fresh vegetables. There was an abundance and the quality was outstanding! We also had guests stay at this location on the same day (for my son's wedding) and they were extremely happy with this property! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Oakville. Thank you to Keely & team for making our experience an extremely positive one!

Spent a couple of nights in a suite on the top floor. The suite itself was spacious and comfortable, but neither the shower nor the toilet was properly cleaned, the bed made a lot of annoying squeaking noises and the living room was too dark. That said, the hotel has a good location and competitive rates, so this wouldn't keep me from coming back. The included breakfast for elite members was also tasty, albeit not "cooked-to-order".

Clarkson Go Station in Mississauga is closest!
Thank you for your question. I believe our best suited room for your needs may be our Junior suite with two queen size beds and a pull out sofa bed. It is a larger room. The sofa bed is in the living area. Please let me know if you have any other questions that I may assist you with.

The easiest way would be the Go train as mentioned above. The cost is approximately 15$ return CAD. There is free parking at the GO train station.
